A young man named Michael was very helpful. He looked up the exact airfilter I needed and showed me a video to help install.Quick, efficient and friendly service!

I came in and bought a battery and Michael helped me carry it out and install it in my car. He was very friendly and had a smile the entire time he was helping me. I will definitely recommend Auto Zone to anyone looking for automotive parts!!!

Autozone employees at this location are always quick to help and provide excellent customer service! I was asked when I walked in what I was looking for and Spike found it for me and brought it to the front for me so I didn t have to hunt for it, as I do not know the store layout.I m very pleased with this experience and will definitely return to this location for automotive needs.

A much older mature gentleman was working and I guess because I'm a female I don't know what parts I need plus I felt as if he was rushing me to the point o told him I could take my money and go somewhere else , it will spend at another store just as easy as it could here. Everytime he seen me he was asking me if I was ready to check out and I know he asked me 3 xs

Fixing up a truck I purchased and had no key remote for the locks. Store Manager of all people said he could order it and it would work for the vehicle. Got the remote went back and asked another manager for help getting it to work. Reluctant he finally looks it up and said we needed a remote that works on it already to get this one to work. I said we didn't have one which is why we came here. After he said nope won't work I asked for a refund. Nope no refund just Store credit. Went next door to ace hardware and 5 minutes later I had working remote. Never will my family shop at auto zone again with 3 managers who wear customer satisfaction guaranteed. That's only at ace hardware. Let me know if someone wants to buy a remote that I can't return

Clean and organized most times. Major draw back is no help. You walk in and typically the employees are talking. They ignore you unless you stand in front of them.What happened to the days of you walk in and someone greeted you with a Hi,.. can I help you locate anything? Hi, .... hows your day going. Hi , ... what do you think about the ...... weather/gas prices/ fishing/the Kardashians. Anything. Anything at all that acknowledges that a customer has entered your establishment.When you get their attention they are helpful. You have to, LEAD THEM TO BEING HELPFUL.

Changed my phone number to my rewards and lost 1600 dollars worth of warranties/records according to the man bun warlock behind the counter.VERY upsetThe parts are all Chinese just like online stores like 1AAuro and Parts Geek and if they're not then you might as well go straight to the manufacturer (I.e. NGK) with these ridiculous prices.I thought I was paying for there record keeping and warranty but changing my phone number erased all of that.BTW people I've spent over 4-5 grand in the last 2 years

Had my battery checked then replaced, good price & all took 20 minutes. This guy was knowledgeable about vehicles in general & extremely nice & helpful

My mother just went in there, looking for a screw for her bumper cover, and was told by the person working the counter that he couldn't look it up. When she got back in the car, it literally too me 4 seconds to find it. Don't bother with this place if you expect customer service. If you already know exactly what you want and just want someone who can work a cash register, I'm sure it's great.

My daughter and,I went in knowing nothing about cars and Terry was really terrific. He helped us figure out the issue with her car and got us the right parts to correct it. Fast, friendly service. Extremely kniwledgable.

Auto zone Ami are like in one I preached Bible others prayed sports Arabic people that work there your cane or helpful for knowledgeable 1 for examples is name is 2 spinners since i can remember since i started going there and made that might place your choice to did this man pin with what i speak auto zone i speak of Terry but God-bless him and godless everyone in Mountain Home love you oh thank you

I have purchased a number of auto parts here the last several years. Good people generally helpful. I wish they had someone to train the employees on electrical testing. I have to do all that kind of work myself. But basically it is a good place to buy parts. THEY also have a very good return policy if I get a bad part.

Chris Loftin was the nicest man. Put my headlight bulb in and fixed hood latch that was stuck. An issue I didnt even know about. Wish I could have tipped him. This review is the most I can do. He was a real blessing.

Was looking for a O-ring. Had the old one so they could match it. All they could say is I had to go to the dealership to get a new on. Went to Car-Quest down the road and they had a huge assortment and matched it. This place is a joke, don t waste your time.

Complete joke of a company ordered two lateral arms through them which was a pain to begin with got the first one and no one knew what was going on where my part was and never cared to take anything besides my first name was told the next one would be there in two days fast forward two days later same situation no one knows anything about the part if it was even ordered or anything all while being extremely rude the parts manager called me saying he had it and as I get there it was the complete wrong part that had been sitting on the shelf complete joke of a parts store just use orielys much better people and better parts

These guys go above and beyond to help their customers. If I could rate higher I would. I brought my starter in and although it couldn t be bought at their store they tried to help me fix it and Mark and Mike are very knowledgeable. I d recommend anyone to this store thanks guys

The staff at the Auto Zone in Mountain Home AR are friendly, caring, and extremely knowledgeable of the products they sale. If they don t have the product you need in store they can order it and have it there usually the next day. Their knowledge of so many different vehicles and parts installation questions will keep bringing you back for more of their amazing service and reasonable pricing.

Seems like I get so many reward points that sometimes I go in for some thing I need and walk out paying almost nothing. The staff is eager to assist you , they're knowledgeable and work hard to make sure you get what you actually need the first time.

I went here for a piece of heater hose. I gave them my old hose and asked them to match it. They gave me 5/8, but it turns out my old hose was 3/4. I learned this when I brought it back after finding it wouldn't fit. The guy said he was new and I can understand that. But, mistakes because of untrained staff seems to be a problem fairly often here.

Absolutely Awesome. Their was an elderly man waited on me an my son. Had gone to O Rallys and horrible service by Burger King and should have went to Auto Zone n first place but wasn't sure car would make it. Anyway my battery was bad And Auto Zone saw it right away and check it. Bought one from their. I Want to thank them so much for their help. But I Rallys said we had to take battery in out and see make of it and thought maybe battery but not sure. He went back inside afterwards and believe it he lock door behind him. So went straight to Auto Zone and they were great. Do want to thank them so very much for their help and even though little high for me on low income I didn't have a choice. Thank you so very much.

These guys almost always have the answer and if not they'll find it. Mike has earned my return business just by taking the time to look for the air filter for my Harley when the other nameless parts store down the street looked at it just told me "Can't get it." It was a basic K&N round filter.

I Love Auto Zone!! They are always pleasant and helpful! They have Everything a Gurl or guy could want to maintain their vehicles. Prices are pretty fair besides that you can get outside help with code reading, battery install, windshield blade replacement install... ALL for FREE. .This store is always clean! Masks are NOT mandated and there are dividers by registers for??? Well they have them if this matters to you.I recommend this MH Auto Zone

Haven't been there for a while but the service is always good, staff are very helpful they have all kinds of auto parts for all types of cars you can go up to the counter and tell what you are looking for and they can look it up and get it for you if they are out of stock they can order it for you and they will let you know when it comes in always well stocked.

The service tech was amazing. My car wouldn't crank at 5:30 that morning. He tested my battery and it showed it was bad, even though I had it only 10 mths. Replaced it and made sure everything was ready for me to drive. Thankyou Irma Thomas

Always liked autozone but the service is going downhill. In the last 2 weeks I had to wait on parts that they had to order. Seems fast when they say next day but how would u know since they didnt call like they say they will both times.This time I waited till 8pm and drove up there to see if they had my oder and it was just sitting on the shelf. Second issue this time is that the part needs an o-ring and they sell them in a 10 pack for $4. Take a .30 cent o-ring, a $10 cable and charge $4 more for an o-ring? No way. I'm done with auto zone. If you buy parts missing things needed to install them then sell the parts needed individually. All parts stores use to have bins behind the counter for this reason! For crying out loud lol. What a joke. Guess I'll go to another auto parts store to get the o-ring to install the part you sold me. Lady even agreed that's what I should do lol. Retarded. Tighten up or keep losing customers. Should have just got a refund. Maybe I will tomorrow since I have to get out for an o-ring!

An auto parts store with a great floor manager and staff. Jeff does a great job on the commercial side and the front staff are very motivated. Thats the reason i go there.
