Best warranty experience ever! They were so kind, prompt and honest. Like everyone I m sure, I was dreading having to file a claim but the whole process with ASC was so easy! It literally took one day to everything rolling and had my vehicle back within a few days! I would highly recommend this company. Shout out to Zach who was so nice and reliable! Thanks!!!!!!

This is the first time in four years we have had to use the extended warranty. I was skeptical when we had a vehicle problem and the garage contacted ASC. ASC then contacted me and the same day coverage was approved. The individual at ASC wasInterested and helpful. Amazed how smooth it worked.

I bought a vehicle for my granddaughter. The transmission went out on it. ASC promptly processed the claim and paid the Transmission Auto Shop. The car was fixed.I highly recommend ASC Warranty. Great customer service.

I experienced great customer service working with ASC Warranty for repairs to my vehicle. The 1st contract was issued to a dealership in one city and because of technical issues that contract needed to be changed to a different dealership in another location/city. ASC Warranty personnel gladly issued a new contact immediately with no problems.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY I paid $4,170 for a warranty on a 2018 Silverado. I drove the truck THREE TIMES and the motor and transmission went out. ASC flat out told me "We don't want anything to do with this, and deny your claim." My truck has been in a shop for over a month and ASC won't fix it. And on top of that had the audacity to be rude to me as if I'm at fault, as if I paid $42,000 for a lemon on purpose. Highly do not recommend.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THIS COMPANY !!!! AMAZING , AMAZING, AMAZING!!! I'm so glad I chose the best 1 they had & chose this company. Unfortunately they got the bad end of the stick because Ford sucks and sent cars out with defects in the engine. They only recalled some, I ended up needing an engine, ASC paid for almost the whole repair + kicked in some for the car rental. The check came SO quick I am still shocked !! ASC is a fabulous, easy to work with company. They handled the claims quick & easy & the customer service was AMAZING when I called every time !!!! They were fabulous w/ the dealer also . Just AMAAAAZING !!!

My car had an issue the last day of my warranty and they honored their agreement when so many other insurance companies try to weasel their way out of claims. Do keep your records though but I never had a major issue or unreasonable experience. I am so grateful for this company and that they honor their agreements. I will definitely tell family and friends about your warranties and that you all are actually a company that stands by your agreements. I am in awe and will be praying for your company success and that the Lord blesses you all with even more product ideas. So many dishonest insurance companies out here. It is nice and a blessing to find one that I can truly trust even though my last experience was different. I understand the parameters and self check and he was very professional.

Paid $3k for an extended warranty. Over the last year the truck has had roughly $1500 worth of mechanical issues that were not covered. Recently, the rear main seal started leaking. Another $1500 fix. ASC denied the fix as it wasn t covered again. Called and spoke with a couple people. Sandy was super nice but unable to help. Matt (supervisor) was very direct ..not covered, thanks for calling. Don t waste your money with this company.

I just has some engine repairs on my Harley Davidson Tri-Glide and the work was at Rawhide. ASC Warranty was very to work with them. Rawhide a fantastic good on my engine and it was made much easier when ASC Warranty processed the claim quickly! I am very that.I purchased the ASC Warranty Policy. Thanks to both ASC Warranty and Rawhide Harley Dealership!

Terrible company look for a warranty elsewhere. I recently bought a car and paid extra for this extended warranty only for them to tell me that an oil leak that arose 100mi after purchase was pre-existing and will not be covered. Also the guy I spoke to on the phone was rude and non helpful. He practically told me if I don t put a ton of miles on the car for an issue to happen it will not be covered. Don t waste your time.

When I tell y all they came through for me. They really surprised me with the quick response. My valve cover gasket and water pump failed at the same time, and this Company ASC didn t hesitate to come through for me. They stood behind their word. If you know anything about BMW s then you know it can get pricey, especially if you take it to the BMW dealership. They saved me close to $3000.00 whew . Thank you again ASC

As an auto dealer for 38 years, I sold their vehicle warranty products, I just finished dealing with Jay in their claims department on a significant engine failure that my sons vehicle experienced while under one of their contracts. Jay did an exceptional job of being fair with his settlement .my son and I am very happy withASC. This is a reputable company, have no fear!

So they don't tell you there's a mileage cap even though you have a 2-year extended warranty so now I'm stuck with the vehicle that I have to pay on they will not fix the transmission that went out of it because it's over the mileage cap which I was not informed of when I bought the car this is the worst warranty company ever. Definitely making a call to the BBB and reporting them.

Total waste of money! Filed a claim for something that is supposedly covered but it was denied as it is a known issue in the vehicle. Didn t even call the repair shop or us to let us know it was denied. We had to call. Take your money elsewhere!UPDATE: We are working with ASC on this claim and making it right. They are willing to work with us and the Service department.

The mechanic called ASC for us before coming to us, which was unexpected and nice, but come to find out the warranty covers absolutely nothing. I shouldn t say that, it only covers exactly what s on the pamphlet and nothing more. I have the second highest warranty and have yet to find a single item that s actually covered by the warranty. If you plan on using your car like a car, and not breaking things on purpose according to the pamphlet, then you shouldn t buy this. So before you spend money on a warranty, know that I m paying for a warranty, and have to pay $1100 for my mechanic plus the $175 diagnostic fee.

Bought a vehicle headed a week and a head gasket blown they would only pay for half of what it cost to fix that. I drove the vehicle for another week and ignition went out and they would only pay for half of what it would cost to fix that both times their staff is so poorly trained That they automatically turn the claim down when you call.Their customer service is horrible. They re upper management is on epithet and I talk to him for 45 minutes about covering an item that is on my contract that they say is not on my contract and they refused to fix. This is the worst Warranty ITheir customer service is horrible. Be cautious buying this extended warranty. In March 2022 we bought a 2015 Lincoln Navigator and this extended warranty cost $3,500. Everything that went wrong during the warranty wasn't covered by the warranty. One thing was covered by a Ford recall. The warranty was 2 years or 24,000 miles. We hit the 24,000 miles first then 13,000 miles later the engine went bad. Waste of money this extended warranty was.

This warranty is awesome. I have had 0 issues out of them. Waited a year before I did this review. Even my mechanic shops are going on about it. I would recommend this company to everyone.

In April 2019 I purchased a 2015 CadillacSRX with a 8 year/120,000 mile ASC warranty. In 2020 and in 2023 the car needed repairs which were quickly approved by ASC.I simply provided the auto repair shop ASC contact information, and they worked directly with ASC to get the approvals. I only had to pay the sales tax portion of the repair costs as per the contract. I very much appreciate ASC and would not hesitate to recommend them for warranty coverage services.

ASC seemed to find the perfect loophole in their contract. They won't pay for the repair because the part is not specifically listed in their covered repairs. Even though the part is needed for the operation of the parts listed it must be specifically mentioned to be covered. The fuel system is covered, it needs the throttle body intake to function, the throttle body intake is not covered, so the fuel system can't function due to a part not covered. This is bait and switch all day long.

Bought a $8000 platinum warranty plan from this company and after my engine blew on my Jag F pace they denied claim and are completely stonewalling both me and Jag. Giving us the run around and nobody from this company will get back to us. Beware of this company !! Worst of the worst in a business that is riddled with bad actors.

My transmission went out on my , along with the battery going bad. The transmission replacement and all labor was covered 100%. The tow bill and new battery were partially covered. I was without the vehicle for 2 days. No complaints here

Not a good place to work. Don't care about employee family especially if you are a single parent with kids that happen to get sick or goes to hospital. Told to stay home and take care of your child but then when you come back the supervisor attitude changes, and you get wrote up threatened to get fired if your child of single parent happens to get sick. What a terrible place to work if you have kids.

Just filed my first claim. It was a 5 minute phone call with someone from ASC, and 10 minutes later the BMW dealership called to say it was approved. Could not be happier. I hoped I never needed to use them, but they responded when I needed them.

Would not cover the timing belt tensioner on my used car because they said it was a preexisting issue. How can they even know that? Garbage company. Don't buy a warranty from them especially if you have a used vehicle. All used vehicles have wear. I'm contacting the BBB and the Arkansas AG. This is terrible.

What a wonderful resource, offering peace of mind and assistance for the unexpected! As a dealership, we have been pleased with the level and quality of service of ASC Warranty for many years and appreciate the added value we can offer our customers.Beside our many relieved customers throughout the years, I have personally experienced the ease of use on my own personal vehicles throughout the years. I just drop my car off at my preferred mechanic, show them my warranty paperwork; The mechanic and ASC takes it from there, notifying me when the repair is complete.

ASC Warranty company really came through for me and my car. I purchased an ASC warranty along with a used car purchase, and shortly after, I started having an issue with my car. The repair shop I used gladly and diligently worked with ASC. ASC Warranty then stepped up to the plate and really delivered on their coverage of my car repairs. My repair shop said that ASC was one of the best experiences he had ever had with working with a warranty company. And the time that I personally communicated with the customer service and agents at ASC, I found to be very pleasant and uncomplicated. My car and I are truly happy and appreciative of ASC Warranty and their team.

From start to finish everything was pretty well streamlined.. I made a call less than 5 minutes conversation and I knew what I needed to do. Took my bike to the mechanic, got it fixed, got the information sent to ASC via email less than a week I got to check.. Oh there was them Worried feelings only due to past experiences with other warranty companies. The experience I had with ASC is just amazing. If you need a good Dependable honest and proactive warranty company this is the one. I'm glad to found them. I guess they got other warranties. I'll probably be checking them out too lol.Seriously thanks again ASC.
