Had a radiator and power steering hoses replaced on my truck. The mechanic also found a defective serpentine belt and replaced it while the fan shroud was off. Good work and reasonable rates. I will be using this shop again and can recommend it.

I recently moved to the area, and it seems like I can sneeze and something breaks on my new-to-me house, office or vehicle. It is beyond frustrating, and I knew no one to call for repairs. Then, a Good Samaritan named Jason from 62 East Auto Repair went out of his way to fix my Jeep, and showed kindness AND capability beyond my expectations. My heart grew 3 sizes, and I am ever so grateful. Will definitely use him again when next I sneeze!

I just wanted to take a minute to explain how much I appreciate this business. I called and I believe it was the owner that listened to me and was kind enough to tell me what he thought was wrong. Since we were on a tight schedule he recommended other auto repair businesses in the area to fix it and he was 100% correct in what he said was wrong with it. We will be taking our vehicles to 62 East Auto Repair Center in the future.

Jason is honest, fair, and thorough. I went in to get my exhaust looked at. He diagnosed it quickly and got an appointment. There was an issue with my exhaust manifold and while he was getting that taken care of he called and let me know there was an issue with my sparkplug wires. He got that taken care of too. I don't know of many shops that take the time to explain and communicate with customers. I absolutely recommend this shop!

Jason and his guys are the best in town. Trustworthy and efficient, they do the best job the first time. Had two brake jobs done there and my cars have never been better. I will be back as soon as I need something else done.If you're not going here for auto repairs you're just wasting your time and money!

Jason is who my husband trusts with all his vechiles. 62 E Auto is always very busy. Normally booked 1 to 2 weeks out. Depends on the needs of your vehicle. He is a complete shop that can service all needs. However the response time for him to get back to you can be very delayed. Shop phone is hard to get him on since most of his time is spent under vechiles. Walk ins are sometimes best for him. Just be prepared to wait it out if you choose here. They are good, just highly busy!

I have absolutely zero complaints with 62 Auto! This is the most honest, caring car shop I've ever been to. I've had bad luck in the past with shops. It is SO nice to finally be able take my car somewhere and trust the people working on it. They don't just look at what you've brought it in for, they take a look at everything and will even give you a heads up if it looks like you have anything that may be a future issue. And they don't just throw parts at cars - they listen to their customers, thoroughly inspect the vehicle, and get you taken care of in a timely and affordable manner. Love this place!!

Had the alternator changed and got told I have a lifetime warranty! Awesome! Jeremy really knows what he's talking about! Great service all around, will definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs!

If you want an honest mechanic, fair price and great work, stop here. I've taken all of my vehicles for the past 7 years to Jason and I've never been disappointed. They do excellent work and stand by what they do.

Spent hundreds of dollars having my A/C repaired. Worked fine at first. A month later I had to take it into another mechanic to have it fixed. In all the O rings uses were the wrong size, there were 4 leaks, and they did not mount the compressor correctly. That and there was urgency on their side to get the vehicle worked on. It was there for months, kept saying they would get to it. Horrible experience, do not recommend. I don t give one stars lightly. I have given quite a few reviews.

GREAT SERVICE! I am from out of state and was visiting my parents (October 2015) when my water pump went out. 62 East Auto Repair got me in quickly knowing I was in a time crunch. They were very professional, price was reasonable as well. It so nice to find a fair, honest auto repair company out of state at that! Came into town from Kansas to do some fishing with my boys. The oil pressure light went off, a small pool of oil found under car, in a panic I brought my car to 62 East. Being from a big city, I can say the minute I walked through the door these are the kind of mechanics that can be trusted! He told me it was the sensor that had gone bad and it was pumping oil out of the car, he gave me a price upfront, and it was fixed in just a short time. I was relieved and ecstatic that I was taking care of so well. Nothing's worse than taking a road trip and having your car malfunction. When I'm back this way if I have any mechanical needs I will definitely come here!! Very impressed

I have this 18 years old Saturn that always seems like it should be a write off. Miracle of miracles, the car is brought back to life again! This time it was corrosion interrupting flow to a new battery. You need a miracle worker? Bring it to 62 East Auto Repair Center. At the very least, you will get an honest attempt, & maybe your own private surprise. This is a good shop to place your trust.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Battery

Such reasonable prices and I got my trunk fixed in only an hour. If I had taken it to the dealership to fix I'd be out 500+ if it wasn't for these guys!
