These guys are less than competent they had over 20 Oz too much weight on one of my tires and then they tried telling me that I couldn't fit a full size spare tire under my vehicle even though it has one there from the factory. Called on a Saturday, nice and courteous gentleman answered and was very helpful. He quickly provided the cost of the tires needed and assured us they could get us in and taken care of. He was correct - we were in and out quickly.

Quick service, reasonable price. The shop and waiting areas were clean and neat. The service technician was helpful. The automotive department is just out the door of the waiting room, as well as the entire Super Center for that matter. So, plenty of things to do while you wait for your automobile to be serviced.

Had a blow out while pulling a camper from CO to AL. Called at 7:10, they close at 7:00. They confirmed that they had the tire in stock and were going to stay late to mount it for me, until I realized I had a spare. Thank you Chris for being so helpful and willing to stay late to help a motorist in need.

Omg YOU GUYS! I was traveling back to Oklahoma from Mississippi this Memorial Day weekend and a belt and pulley broke on my vehicle, everyone is closed bc its Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend so I have it towed to Walmart in Morrilton Arkansas. Well unfortunately they do not service belts or pulleys so we were feeling a little helpless but the auto service manager called around and found a pulley in a town 45 min away...HE THEN CALLED HIS WIFE TO DRIVE OUT AND GET THE PART turns out the part was incorrect so she drove me to several parts stores, we returned with the parts...the belt i was sold was the wrong size but now all the part stores are closed and the sun is setting so with no thought at all they put us up in a hotel nearby and they went home..we woke up and walked to the nearest auto zone (took like 10 min no biggie) got the right belt walked back to walmart got the car put together...batterys dead, the manager came up on his day off MEMORIAL DAY and jump started us..we paid them back and offered more for their help but they refused...God Bless them and God Bless Wal-Mart in Morrillton Arkansas!

Pretty quick oil change,but they said I didn't have a leak in my tire. It's setting on a flat now

Went to buy two brand new tires this morning and 4 hours later my tire is completely flat.Walmart is telling me they cannot do anything to help unless I bring the car to them...with a completely flat tire.

I was charged for 12 tires instead of what I ordered. The only good thing is I did Not over draw my checking account.

Good service, if you have a couple hours to spend waiting for them to change your tires like 2-3 hour wait.

The best and quickest place to go to is Wal-Mart in Morrilton. I will drive there from Jacksonville and it takes no longer than 20 or 25 minutes for an oil change. I think the guys at Wal-Mart in Conway need to go to some kind of technical training or hire more qualified lube specialist. Morrilton should teach them how to speed the process up. Stop playing around and get those cars in and out.You should not be waiting 3 or 4 hours to get your oil changed.

I got to Wal-Mart today at 1:30 pm to get a tire fixed (or replaced if necessary) and they only had 1 vehicle in front of me to work on and their Just Now getting my tire put back on the rim, This is REDICULOUS and it is now 3:10

They refused to patch my flat tire. They had me drive away with a nail in my tire leaking air. UNBELIEVABLE!
