The staff there are super nice. Upon pick up of our hearse they answered every question with a friendly smile. Pictures of our hearse did no justice compared seeing everything in person. I was very impressed with the tour of the shop. Awesome organization.

Our car is beautiful and well built. It definitely took longer to build then anticipated, but the car turned out great. The public is in love with the hearse and pictures are being taken constantly when our Rosewood Prinzing is sent on a funeral service. Great job Richard Neal and Staff.Chad M. I ordered a Hearse from ROSEWOOD CLASSIC COACH in Nov. of 2014. It took a longer time to receive our Grand O'vale Hearse, than we had originally agreed to on our purchase agreement. But then, part of that was our fault, because we added some more options to our Hearse. after we had placed the order. We decided to get a TV camera, to view obstacles, when we were backing up, and we also ordered a DVD player, that would play any song from exterior mounted water-proof speakers. It was well worth the wait! When we used it for our first funeral, people were getting close to the Hearse and having pictures taken of themselves, by the Hearse. I've never seen that, usually people stay away from the Hearse. The camera back-up option, has been one of my favorites, as we can see everything behind the Hearse, when we're backing up. Also, we have used the DVD player, which is activated remotely, from my i-phone. We have used it to play "Taps" at Veteran's funerals. We have had no mechanical problems, an NO rattles when driving down a country road. We are both very pleased with our Hearse, and would recommend ROSEWOOD CLASSIC COACH to any of our friends. Richard Neal, has been honest in his dealings, and has even called me twice to see if I have had any problems with our Hearse. It's been a good experience, doing business with them, and on a scale of one to ten, I rate him nine. Sincerely, C.W. Fuller.

PLEASE READ THIS PRIOR TO DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYWe purchased 2 Rosewood Limousines and through the whole process we believed everything was going well until we made the final payment and the vehicles arrived. Our first payment was on the 13/10/13 and Richard told us completion would be 21/4/15 a whole 18 months ( contract states 120 days per build)The vehicles were delivered half finished, with wiring not complete, upholstery not complete and the whole workmanship of the vehicles well below standard.Richard just gives lip service to you through the process stating he will do this and he will do that but when it comes to actually doing it, it doesn't happen. Richard's promises mean nothing as he never does what he says. The vehicles we purchased have required an additional $50,000 of work to rectify what Rosewood failed to do on the initial build of the vehicles, Richard is refusing to help us in anyway to recify the problems his company has caused by delivering half finished cars even though he stated he would contribute $30,000 to help finish the cars and shipping parts that they forgot to include, this is the type of lipservice you get from Richard with no follow through at allIf this is the level of customer service that they have then why would anyone want to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars only to be let down and be out of pocket due to false statements and failed promisesIf we had known this from the start we never would have dealt with this company but Richard promised that there would be no problems at allIf you are considering purchasing any vehicles from Rosewood Classic Coaches we ask you to reconsider and look elsewhere as this company is nothing but bad news and alot of financial pain and absolutely no customer service and basically don't care about you when they have received your last paymentIf by placing this here, hopefully I can warn the next person not to purchase a vehicle from these people and save them the headaches and financial losses we have had to bear due to absolute neglect and false promises from Richard

Excited to purchase a 2017 Grand O' Vale Classic Coach and matching Princess Limousine. Our orders are in and in the creation stage. Buying funeral vehicles from a long time funeral director Richard Neel has been refreshing. Mr. Neel and his wife while traveling in north Texas have been in our funeral home, plus my wife and I have got to visit his plant in Arkansas. Being a second generation funeral director and former paramedic, Richard is doing something special for us on our vehicles. We package our funeral packages with four motorcycle escorts because in our town (driving to the cemetery) you can get run over. Can't wait to put them in service.

Haven't been able to use them yet. But I'm sure it's going to be a smoking hot deal when I do.
