Me and my fiance had the best experience at Hagans. We shopped around a lot looking for an expedition that we loved, with the right miles, and the right price. We didn t find anywhere better than Hagan s and they were willing to work with us to get us to the price that we wanted. Such kind, and funny salespeople that made this buying experience a breeze! Highly recommend everyone at Hagan s! They will have our returned business.

Hagens always does a great job at getting my routine maintenance done in a timely manner. I like the first come first serve service for oil/filter changes. They always do a good job of letting me know how the service inspection goes.

"After an unsettling interaction and a series of disappointing events with Hagans Dodge, where Robert Scroggin serves as the General Manager, I feel it's important to share my experience. Initially, a car purchase was promised within several months, yet delivery was delayed to eight months later. By this time, financial challenges necessitated a reworking of the deal. In a good faith effort, we attempted to negotiate a trade and paid an additional $52,000 on top of the $25,000 deposit, but unfortunately, to no avail. My representative's attempts to find a mutually agreeable solution were met with resistance. Robert Scroggin stated, "No I didn t hang up on you, I heard you saying hello, I assumed you hung up when you couldn t hear me. I would take your call but I don t think there is anything for us to talk about. If Sam completes the transaction the car is his and he receives credit for every dollar he has paid, if he is unable to do so then after I sell the car the deal will be reconciled and he could have money coming back or could owe more, if that is not acceptable then it will have to be worked out in a court of law. This response, while clear, highlighted a significant communication issue and a somewhat dismissive approach to resolving what could have been a simple misunderstanding. The suggestion that legal action is the only recourse over matters that could potentially be solved with more open and understanding communication is disheartening. Our experience with Hagans Dodge and Robert Scroggin has left us feeling that customer satisfaction and effective communication were not prioritized. I hope that this review helps others to make informed decisions when considering engaging with Hagans Dodge and its management."

Oh man do I have something to talk about. It saddens me how disrespectful the GM Robert S. Was to me. I am a private sales consultant and my client is buying a vehicle from him. They have had his down payment for 7 months and the day the vehicle gets here they started Harassing my client. He buys lots of, expensive cars and have money tied up but they are selling us a Demon 170 for a $100,000 over sticker . They told me that our deposit is non refundable and told me guess who is handing this car deal ME he said I m handling ths. I put a trade in the mix and it was a king Daytona and he got super mad and said no we ain t do the the deal that way we need the cash now and that he didn t even know it my client was a real person.. I ve worked with many GM s in the car business and never has anyone treated me or anyone else around me like this. I feel threaten and he made it seem like a dictatorship. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. He has $77,000 of my clients money and refuses to give it back yet he has the car up for sale for anyone else. The worse experience

Chris is a master mechanic and my truck is running better than I remember it could! Very knowledgeable and willing to communicate. They fixed MANY of Red River Dodge's screw-ups and were very fair about it.

Scroggin has been rude and arrogant. It s truly disappointing that even when a customer leaves a large deposit on a vehicle, they are treated with such a large amount of disrespect. Scoggin has simply proven customers are nothing to him, money is all he cares about.

During our journey from Georgia to New Mexico, the 4 wheel drive got stuck on our 3500 Ram, and we were not able to get it to change back to 2 wheel drive. Since we were leaving in two days, we stopped by Hagan's for their help. They were friendly, courteous, and immediately took a look at the truck. They diagnosed the problem, and we were able to continue our trip in confidence that we would be safe. What a great group of guys. Thanks to all!

I go to Hagans Dodge for all my trucks needs. They always access my needs, get me in quickly, advise me quickly of what is needed and potential cost. I decide what I can financial wise and they take care of it. When the service is finished they come back and explain what they did and anything I might need to know in the future.From when you first arrive to time you check out and get back in your vehicle you are taken care of, not just a customer, but as a friend.

Hagans Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Motors, Inc. has the best service department and employees. Currently on a cross country road trip with my brother and one of his friends. His friend s truck had been having some engine issues and we stopped at Hagans for us to get the necessary part to fix the issue, only to run into a few more issues. Everyone from the dealership manager, to sales professionals, to the service department (particularly the diesel mechanics that had to come help us) were so incredibly kind and helpful. They made sure that everything was fixed properly and that we d be safe getting back on the road. I don t have enough words to properly express my gratitude for this team taking care of us. Highest of compliments to this dealership and service department!!

As our son, daughter and bonus son were traveling from west coast to east coast, they stopped at Hagans to purchase a part. Our three were graciously allowed to work on our bonus son s truck in Hagans lot. Ended up that at least two Hagans service guys helped our sons fix the truck. Additional parts were needed and Hagans had those parts in stock. These days, with stock issues, that alone is a miracle!! Without the expert help of the Hagans employees, our sons would either still be there or breaking down further east. Additional kindness was shown to our three and we cannot thank Hagans enough!! If we only lived closer, we would be giving Hagans all of our business!Thank you so much Hagans!! Your kindness, expertise and assistance will never be forgotten!

After months of researching various trucks on the internet. I decided a Ram 1500 Crew Cab fit my needs the best.Once that was decided, the next step was to ask around about the dealerships in my selected area.Word of mouth is a powerful thing. I heard about 3 different dealerships.Hagans was recommended by 3 people, with things like, "every vehicle I buy comes from Hagans," and "I trust Hagans."I showed up knowing exactly what I wanted and verified they had the Ram from the internet listing on their website. It was Friday night with two hours to close. I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised when Steve offered to help. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. He showed me what I was there to see and explained everything to me.Before I knew it, I was signing papers on my perfect truck. It wasn't rushed, but throughly executed.Lance, the Internet Mgr, was knowledgeable and friendly as well. He knew what needed to be done and how to do it.The lady at the front desk offered us refreshments and made sure we knew to make ourselves comfortable.Overall experience: from the website; to the pen-to-paper was pleasant and I look forward to continued support and years of business.

This was my first experience with Hagans Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Motors and I must say that I was reminded of how business generally treated customers 40 years ago. I make the trip from Conway simply because the dealer here behaves as if they don't care if you come to them or not. Hagans were glad to see us and took excellent care of us and our truck. We were helped quickly and professionally and paid a fair price for the service we received. Thanks Hagans, we'll be back for sure!
