Awhile back my car messed up and wouldn't start after I had driven to a local business, so I was stuck. After calling someone to retrieve me, I called this location to ask if they had the required part to fix my car and they said that they did. While on the phone I reiterated the required part multiple times because I know that there is a similar part that is different that is also on my car, but each time that I mentioned it the salesman told me that he had the correct part in stock. I went to this location and purchased the part, went back to my car to put the part on and it was the wrong one. I took the part back and told them, so the salesman told me that he ordered the part and it would be in the next day. Once again I reiterated multiple times which part that I needed and he said that he had ordered the correct one. The next day I went and retrieved the part, went back to the car and it was once again the wrong one. I returned it and got my money back and went to Napa Auto Parts and purchased the correct part to install on my car. I have not returned to this location since and have no plans to in the future.

Today was the best experience I have had at this place. The man knew what I wanted and where it was located. I think he was a new hire there and he had me out of the place so fast I couldn't believe it. When I go shopping there again I for sure want him waiting on me. A++

Let s just say my family and I Are very appreciative of the help we received today!!! The store was more than clean inside and out, Pierre, Geoffrey, Dolores, Nathan, Austin all were amazing to us everybody was helpful and we found the parts we needed not to mention we like the people we met outside of the store everybody in that we met left a great impression on us and we ll definitely be back to visit one of my better experiences 10/10 everyone should visit

Very prompt service. Had the part I needed in stock. The one they didn't have in stock arrived the next day. I've been shopping here for a few yrs.Competitive prices available. Rewards available after multiple purchases. Come in when you need a part or other supplies to clean or add fluids. Great crew here. I'm always greeted right away. Thanks Auto Zone. I was passing through Morrilton with my camper trailer when my tow cable dragged on the road and I lost electric connection to my tail lights. In hopes to get back on the road I called Auto zone and sure enough they had a product to solve my problem. More importantly than auto zone having what I need I was assisted by Nathan and Diana who were absolutely phenomenal help! They were key in me getting back on the road. Whoever is their manager should be proud. The kind of kindness and service Nathan and Diana shows me is priceless. Because of their service alone I give this Auto Zone in Morrilton 5 stars! Thanks again to Nathan and Diana for saving me and helping me get back on the road safely!

I walked in and asked for antifreeze and was told by TWO gentlemen "left of oil on back wall". I walked around looking and no one bothered to ask if I needed help so I walked out and went to O'Reilly 's where a very nice man not only said hello but simply walked to the antifreeze and got it for me! Imagine that...customer service . Know where I will go from now on and it won't be AutoZone

Best auto parts store I ve ever been in and the only one I go to anymore. The staff in this store are amazing they go above and beyond to help their customers, and they always make my experience in their store a good one. My alternator went out on my way to work so I stopped by after work to get it tested and I ended up having to change it in the parking lot they charged my battery while I changed it, offered tools if I didn t have them, and even helped when needed. I want to give a big thanks to Matt, Deloris, and Rob for your help and making sure I got back on my way.

Robert and Matt are awesome. They have always been honest about what may be needed to repair my vehicle. Matt helped me avoid being ripped off by a local auto repair shop in town. They kept telling me my a/c compressor was failing, but Matt diagnosed the issue. I was able to catch the repair shop in lies. This saved me so m8ch money. My a/c is cooling properly now. Thanks Matt and Robert.

I would love to tell everyone how amazing Delores, Matt, and Rob are they went above and beyond their duties to help my daughter and I change an alternator and serpentine belt in the parking lot today. They made sure she got it done right and helped us all the way to the end till we finally got it running they were so kind, friendly and professional and just really went above and beyond what was needed. Thank y'all so much for all your help y'all are the best.

Matthew (I believe was his name, he was a manager or assistant) and Robert were awesome. As a female I generally expect to be talked down to in an auto parts store. They did not! They were wonderful and answered all of our questions

Matt goes above and beyond ANY customer service representative I or my wife have ever encountered. Simply amazes me. I'm not mechanically inclined. But he, and ALL his employees always take time to explain. I am 53 and have recently been diagnosed with cancer so this extra kindness helps!!! I never use any other auto place, ever.

They told me they had the tool to rent I gets there from Conway to Morrilton and sees I'm black and tells me someone else ordered to use the tool but isn't here to get it. Delores and Matt made me feel real uncomfortable. Well if he came this morning and I'm here now then asked how long I was going to use it that's some prejudice stuff. I do not recommend them to be working there with the prejudice.

I have been going to this autozone in morrilton now for just over a year and never wrote a review until now and the reason i am writing this review to let everyone know i keep going back to this autozone in morrilton because i really enjoy the fact that when i walk into the store i am treated with much respect as a human being and as family, i will not go anywhere else but this autozone Pierre along with Rob whom works there are very knowledgeable and are always a lot of help i always talk bout my projects im working and they are always willing to listen and help out as much as humanely possible, today Pierre went above and beyond with helping me out with my problem i was having with my wifes car and i believe he deserves recognition for such a great and wonderful job he did by taking the time and patience with helping me....and because of this i will proudly keep taking my business to autozone in morrilton Arkansas....thank u autozone family for everything yall do and look forward to further my projects with parts and such from this store

Needed breakshoes for the car. They had them and told my husband to bring back the other ones beings they weren't even a year old and he would refund our money. That was a great help, he didn't have to do that.

I get all my Auto parts from AutoZone. The parts are more reliable and most of the time the people are very knowledgeable. Unfortunately the stores are sometimes understaffed oh, and you end up standing around waiting 4 service. And if the phone rings they answer it before they take care of you even if you've been standing in line.

Been going to this AutoZone for a year now and wouldn't go anywhere else, Pierre and Robert helped me find what I needed and gave me advice on what would be the best option I can honestly say I am satisfied not only with the purchases I've made but alsothe excellent customer service these employees bring to the business HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 10/10Once again Mr. Pierre & Robert, thank you!

I like going here Mr.ROB LEE IS VERY GOOD AT HIS JOB AND always extremely friendly and knows where everything the whole store is he's your go to man in this store

Auto Zone in Morrilton is awesome!! The guy who assisted us; listened to my vehicle problems and needs. I got all the right parts at affordable price and he went " above and beyond," thank you guys!!

I came to AutoZone with very few tools they were nice enough let me borrow tools that they usually rent all I had to do was leave my ID they're very friendly I'm one of the employees especially mr. Robert Lee he deserves raise and I give my thanks to these people because I helped me out whenever I was stranded and I thank you God bless
