It was awful will never go back again. The ones servicing the tires were polite but slow .They were visiting with other people, the cashiers inside were rude. From now on, I will have my tires delivered to my home, or else go to a tires store and pay more for better service. I had to put one star because it would not let me post without checking at least one star. And putting negative stars was not an option!

Horrible experience! Staff did not knowwhat they're doing, started out with $58 tires (I was getting 2) ended up paying almost $200 after all the hidden fees!!! I had you explain what I wanted about 30 times before they finally understood!! Was told I was "next in line" but still waited about 4 hours!!!

These folks here are dense...I brought a tire in to change and they couldn't because the front tires were a different size than the back so I said just put four new ones all the way around and I might as well asked the guy to explain how the Space X rockets can land after take off. AND after I left I noticed they left the road hazard warranty charge on the bill for the tire I couldn't purchase...I'm not mad, I'm concerned, that these people are working on cars...

I dropped my Jeep off there this morning and I was the ONLY person there. My Jeep is my inspection vehicle for my job. I gave them my phone number and left to walk back to my office to finish some paperwork while my Jeep was getting an oil change. Well over an hour later I still haven t heard anything from them. Knowing I need to get back on the job site ASAP I run over there to see what the hold up is. My Jeep had been done for well over 45 minutes but no one thought to call and say Hey your vehicle is ready for pickup . When I asked why they didn t call me their only response was you didn t tell us to .... why the hell would I give you my phone number and drop off my vehicle if I didn t expect you to call me when it was done.... they were extremely rude when it came to actually checking me out as well and ignored me every time I asked a question about my Jeep. I will NOT be returning.

This is always a horrible experience when I go here. I was the only car here, and when I asked how long it would be Margie did not even answer my question. She could not even get my hood up and then when I tried to help her (not my job) she gave me a huge attitude. She did not even take my keys so I tried to wait inside to give them to her and I once again was given an attitude and told to go walk around the store? I would suggest just going to a local auto shop.

I had a carry in tire and it took 30 mins just to get someone to put it on my rim so I could go home and put it on my car myself.....it literally takes 2 mins to take a tire off a rim and put a new tire on. This is a ridiculous waste of time. Poor time management.

Person working on my car was also doing other jobs It took forever to get a tire changed and balanced.Air pressure was not checked,tires had 31,32,34,and 37pounds of air

Bought a trailer tire and wheel from here first time it was taken out on the road it blew the side cap off and caused damage to my john boat trailer took the tire back to get them to replace it they did absolutely nothing it was a faulty tire and they would not replace the tire DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM WALMART THEY ARE COMPLETE JUNK AND A WAST OF MONEY

Crappy as hell!! NO SERVICE BECAUSE LAST VISIT TO THE SAME PLACE THEY STRIPPED OIL PLUG AND HAD TO PUT IN A LARGER ONE...NOW THEY SAY THEY CAN'T TOUCH THE VEHICLE! !! WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER VEHICLE OF MINE TO THEM!!!
