Will damage your wheel then not do anything to fix it. After you spent almost $1000 on new tires in their establishment. Definitely go to one of the other places in town.

The store and restrooms were clean, however, the young lady working behind the counter was terribly rude. An elderly lady ahead of me was checking out and asked the cashier if she had any quarters. Yes, the girl had just told her she didn t have quarters and would have to take dollars but she raised her voice and was EXTREMELY RUDE because the elderly lady asked the question. She then proceeded to call someone on her cellphone (while continuing to check out customers) and talk about the lady. Just extremely unprofessional and rude!!

One of few places to get non ethanol gas. Tire work and oil changes also. Front desk worker's are always nice.

Both restrooms out of soap. Garbage cans running over. Air hand dryer not working in men's restroom. Tried to buy a bottle drink and couldn't get the cashier to come out of the back room. She just kept hollering that she'd be there in a minute. After standing there for 5 minutes, I left the drink on the counter and went to a different gas station down the street. This Exxon consistently has the highest priced gas in Monticello.It will be a good day in Monticello when Murphy gets their new station built. This Exxon location will probably go out of business.

This location is in Monticello, AR. I stopped here 2 times as it was the halfway point of my trip. The staff were friendly and the store was clean and stocked.

I accidentally shut the pump off too soon and then my card wouldn't work at the pump. The ladies inside were very accommodating
