Confirmed reservation in advance for March 20, 2024. Drove 45 minutes to pick up the car and was told that no cars were available. Received no notification. Gas and time wasted with no offer of compensation.

It makes me sad to see so many bad reviews about this location yes the number doesn t work or takes you to corporate or on hold forever, but the girl up front is literally the BEST!!!! You can tell she is good at her job, you come in aggravated with insurance but she definitely helps you out the best she can!!! Also she stayed in contact with me and would call. The whole process was a breeze and for her being the only one up front!My car I got was ready when she said, took no time to get it, and no time to turn it back in. :)

Horrible. Will not answer the phone. Totally unhelpful. Do not even bother trying to call. You can walk wherever you are going faster than you can get service at this sorry excuse for a business.Re: Response from the ownerYou can sit on it and spin. I spent all day yesterday providing a few more details to EVERY SINGLE LIVING PERSON who answers the phone at Enterprise. Both of them! Yep, apparently coast to coast there are two people who answer the phone. So go talk to them if you want more details. Their ears are probably still hurting so bring them some drops and a hankie to cry in when they tell you how badly I cursed Enterprise Rental on behalf of ALL VETERANS WHO ARE FED UP!

I have had insurance reservations with this branch over the years between me and my husband. These people must get paid to eat Cheetos on the clock because I can NEVER get anyone on the phone and the one or two times I have talked to them they never have any cars. I kid you not! I went through a whole process of getting my car fixed at a body shop and they called over a week later to say that they had something available. And that was the one time they ever came through. When I didn't need them anymore! I have had to travel 2 hours to Little Rock before because Enterprise in Southeast Arkansas is just TERRIBLE! If you're just a drop-off location then just say that!

It was so nice to rent an SUV for this vacation. We knew driving to Utah was going to be a longDriving hours. So putting up the extra money was Ok for this vacation. The Lady that check us in was fabulous.Thank you for making our trip pleasurable. I'm so happy we had a positive experience.

I got insurance claim dude said he had car didn't have money to Friday and Friday comes no cars available after told I was coming worst winterize can't keep there word sorry sob

I originally requested a rented vehicle in Greenville, MS. I was in route to Greenville when a received a call from that branch saying they did not have any vehicles' available for pick up. I quickly called the Monticello, AR branch and when I arrived they had a car for me. They did an outstanding job in a short notice. The representative was very professional and helpful.

The car was fine once I finally got one. My reservation was scheduled weeks ahead for 12 noon. I didn't receive a rental until 3:30 PM. This caused me to miss the family's dinner and photo shoot that took place the night before the wedding. I was very disappointed.

Can t get anyone on the phone at any location including this one. Waited on the phone for hours for multiple days and still no answer and no call back after messages were supposedly sent to them. Garbage service especially when it s time sensitive.

One Of The Most Kindness Professional Lady I Have Ever Met, I can not remember her name but she is @ the Monticello Branch ! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL YOUNG LADY SHE IS MOST DEFINITELY A KEEPER I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE HER ALL AROUND ! THANK YOU YOUNG LADY GOD BLESS !

Service very bad never answer the phone I suppose to get a call about pick up time never happen I been trying to get some help all day no one from local office I starting working on this last week some one answer yesterday but no answer today

Small selection, can be a significant wait during busy times. But the staff is friendly and helpful. It's about what you can expect in a small town. I would use them again if the need arises.

Had a few problems at first but the manager was very understanding and provided me with great customer service. I was able to get in and out in no time...

All I would like to say is that I love and apprise their affordable and very convenient and the people that work there are amazing customer service is exactly the type that answers all the questions that you have whatever the problem is that fix it I will continue to rent vehicles from Enterprise thank you
