Wow! This kind of customer service is unheard-of... we'd ordered 2 Optima Yellow top batteries for our truck from another location but they didn't come in as expected (not the store's fault) we had to leave town for a week on an 800 mile trip and figured we'd get them when we got back...well God had other plans...we got halfway through our trip south and one of our batteries boiled over...thankfully no one was injured.Called the Monticello, AR location and Dee was sorry for our troubles on not getting our batteries. He immediately got our batteries ordered and said they'd be there in the morning (my thought were that we'd heard that at another location)Got to the store in the morning to find out only 1 of the 2 batteries was delivered...heart sank but Dee was already more than halfway back from personally picking up the other battery over an hour away! Wow! Thanks Autozone for hiring good caring people who are willing to go way above and beyond!

10-07-2023 right before close I came here looking for a part that was a strange odd part an the lady an man working tonight really went above an beyond to find the part I was needing even tho hey didn t have it they found a part number an where I could order it , thanks guys really helpful an good at what they do ! I ll be back definitely

Auto Zone Monticello has the most amazing team members! They will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of -even to driving in their off time to another city to get the part you need. They went above and beyond to get the new battery I needed for my hard-to-fit car. I m a customer for life because of the outstanding customer care, friendly staff and pristinely clean store.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Store is very well organized. I often go in not having any idea exactly which part I need but, I always leave with exactly what I need. The staff takes the time to listen to my questions and explain the answers. They really do go above and beyond at the Monticello AutoZone!

I cannot begin to put into words how much I appreciate this store and the wonderful people that work there. I recently had some car issues that could have caused me to become stranded. I have been in town for a little under a month and do not know the town, nor have any connections nearby. These wonderful gentlemen, not only helped me to identify what was wrong with my car, but also helped me find the correct part and a wonderful auto shop that was able to assist me. They even went so far as to provide me directions to the shop. Without their help I do not know what I would have done. It is these small acts of kindness that help remind me that there are still good people in this world. Thank you so much!

When I need auto parts, like immediately, I always come here first. They don't always have what I need and I will order from there because it's there the next day

I can't remember his name, but there was an African-American man who helped me put everything on my car. He even put in my licence plate for me at no extra charge. He was very friendly and I was more than satisfied with his work! Great customer service overall. If I find this gentlemans name I will update this review to give him his rightfully earned 5 star rating.

This is the best parts store in Monticello. The employee Joseph went above and beyond to change a battery out when my daughter and I were stranded. He was and extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the store and Jospeh to anyone seeking a parts store and a wonderful employee.

BAD ATTITUDE. While most of the employees are helpful, some, are very rude. Sell the wrong part, while munching away, then cop an attitude when you make the trip back up there to exchange it. After they cursed another employee over the phone while I was waiting on the part I asked for in thefirst place. Do yourself a favor and go to Bone's or O'Reilly's.

Sales guy computer skills were mediocre decent atittude managers atittude was trash. My place of employment offers a discount through autozone. Staff did not know how to apply it so just blew it off. Ive never had a problem applying it at other autozones. Sales guy offers a 10% courtesy discount to make up for it manager blows it off because "He's not about to lose his job for giving 10% courtesy discount". Seems to me he already didnt want to be there in the first place!

Very helpful seeing I get what I'm looking for or better. However, very, very disappointed with the clerk's that worked Thursday evening that when I called that a wiper for my truck would only be $ 6.98 but charged me $ 8.99 whenever I got there but I was pressing for Time or I would have argued that issue

There free battery check came in handy. Thought alternator was going out but battery had a dead cell. They removed and replaced it for me

Best place to buy parts if you want warranty. The guys remember your vehicle, your name, and what they sold you. Just like with any other store you may get a part that is wrong on rare occasions but at this autozone they will make it right.
