Went to have oil changed today was the only vehicle there they told me 45 min so I go on do some shopping come back to check an hour later the didn't touch it said it would be 2 hours they had other cars in shop at this time and was doing other oil changes I will never be back absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen

After being told it d be easier to use a tire sealer then telling them I don t want that I want it patched, the lady tells me they now can t patch that particular tire even though we ve had them patch it before. (Hint they are lazy and didn t wanna do their job) I then got into an argument with the lady because she claims she didn t say that. I go back inside only to look out and see the person mocking me because I have long hair, to my face, right next to the manager no less. After reading a few other reviews apparently that s the norm for him. Unprofessional to say the least go to Mena tireService: Tires

We are from out of town and got a flat tire. We got to Walmart at 5:30pm and we were out of there by 6:00pm. I didn t catch their names but there were two females one was the cashier and one technician they were super nice and it was the best experience we ve ever had at a Walmart tire center! I have been having my oil changed and buying tires here for many years, and have always been pleased with the service; the people are friendly and helpful. Today, however, was an exception that needs to be addressed. I am a healthy 77-year-old woman but I am unable to stand for long because of low back problems. I left my car to have new tires installed, did the shopping that I needed to do, went back to check on my car and was told that it would be a while longer. I made the comment that I would go try to find someplace to sit. THERE IS NOWHERE TO SIT IN THE STORE! The benches that were out front were removed, the waiting room was roped off and filled with tires--there was literally nowhere for me to sit. My back was hurting, so I just sat down on the floor, where I was totally ignored as people walked around me. When my car was ready I was able to get up unassisted after a couple of tries. I understand the need for precautions, but for heaven's sake please provide a chair for people who are waiting for their cars to be serviced! True, I did not ask for one, but by then, since I had commented on it twice, it was an issue so I staged a sit-in. Next time, if there is a next time, I'll go to the furniture or sporting goods department and get something to sit on while I wait. I'll put it back when I'm done with it.

Absolutely awesome....fast very friendly and inexpensive....I got a new battery replaced tire rotation and an oil change for 110 dollars...another place wanted to charge me 170....just for the battery and I would have to put it on myself....will definitely be back

I usually get in and out really fast when having my lil changed. The people are friendly. My only complaint, and this has happened two recently, is that they use to tell me when my tires needed to be replaced. I guess they have stopped doing that.

Some of the employees are very blunt/rude, but I haven't had an issue getting oil changes, tires, and tire repairs done at a timely an affordable rate. They get the job done, just don't expected to be rung up with a smile.

HORRIBLE DISRESPECT SERVIS. Came in for a battery got it and got it and installed. Took a long time but other then that no problems with the mechanics. While I waited a man came in with a problem and the servis couldn t help him because of a recite problem with his tire. He turned around and saw me there so he asked me where I normally go. I told him I never come to Walmart If i can and only for battery s. I recommended another shop in town that I ve never had a problem from. While me and the man were talking the servis lady (idk her name but she was 35-40 yr old with blondish brown hair )rudely interrupted me and told me to stop stealing customers from them. I then said I was just sudgesting another shop. I never heard of a rule that I couldn t discuss other tire shops in Walmart. I asked her what difference it made to her weather he bought it there or not and she interupted me again and yelled about how much different things they have that the other tire shop doesn t. I asked her to stay out of the conversation and she just kept interrupting. The man was so discussed with her he told me in front of her he wasn t coming back and nether will I. And to make things Worce the manager of the tire shop was standing there and instead of dealing with it he just walked into the shop and ignored it. Don t recommend to anyone would give it no stars but that s not an option.

This place has gone downhill dramatically. Came to have flat fixed on road hazard and they haven't touched it since pulling it in 30+ minutes ago.Service: TiresService: Tires

Tow truck brought us there 15 min before close and they got us in and out super quick and were very friendly despite us showing up last minute. Thank you!

Everytime I go to the Walmart auto center in Mena there is no cars waiting in front of me but they tell me it's a 2 hour wait for a simple oil change. Never experienced that at any other Walmart auto center.

Friendly people, and knowledgeable about what they are doing. It's a great feeling when you can leave your car with them and go shopping while you wait.

Wrong. I visited their electronics center to find out how to print from the cell phone I purchased from them. I didn't like the outcome.

Tires needed, they don't have in stock. Several days to order. Lots of folks in this area have trucks, and you don't have the tires ready. Frustration.
