We are traveling cross country and our check engine light came on. We just happened to be going past Mena Ford and pulled in to see if they could do a quick diagnostic test on it. Even though the place was a ghost town, we were told the mechanics were way to busy to look at it but we could make an appointment. We ended up having it checked 60 miles down the road at an O Reillys. It turned out to be no big deal and the whole process took 5 minutes. Mind you, if Mena Ford had checked it and it was something that had to be fixed immediately, we would have had them do the work. They couldn t take 5 minutes to give us peace of mind so all they get from us is a bad review.

Good service. Took my truck for an oil change and was in and out very quickly. Vehicle selection was not to bad good variety of used inventory and several nice new vehicles.

Friendly and fast service. Was out of town hunting in Mena for the weekend. Check engine light came on Friday morning. I called Mena Ford at noon and they got me in to diagnose by 3. And they did not even charge me. I was able to relax and not worry about engine failure for the rest of my hunt!

Thought my car needed needed struts and shocks. They ran a diagnostic check and there were no problems! Great staff! Very friendly. Taking my car back next week for the oil change and getting it detailed.

This is my cousin's experience with Mena Ford. I was present and this is in his own words... "About 2 weeks ago I called them about the A/C in my 2015 Mustang. I explained that I would call to bring my car in to have it looked at, and was told by the lady on the phone when I brought the car in they would hook my car up to a diagnostic machine to find the problem and alert me to whether or not the problem was covered by warranty.So yesterday (7/11/18) I brought my car in for the test. The appointment was at 1:00 pm. I dropped the car off at 12:45 pm and went to lunch. Showed up at Mena Ford at 1:45 pm and sat in the lobby until 2:30 when I was finally saw an employee in the lobby and asked what was with my car. I was told that these things take time. I didn't realize that a diagnostic test should take more than 30 minutes. At 4:00 pm after 3 hours a mechanic came in with some paper work and took me to the cashiers window where I was presented with a bill for $125.80. When I questioned the cashier why I wasn't given the results of the diagnostics, she responded that they went ahead and put in the "Freon", without giving me a choice. As I continued to question her as to why i wasn't first informed of what the problem was & the cost to fix it would be; she asked me rather rudely if I had a problem with being able to pay!! Then the cashier went to the back to speak to someone. A rude lady sitting behind the cashiers seat asked me "What do you want us to do Unfix it?" I explained to them again I just wanted to have been given the choice to have my car fixed there or someplace else. In total they kept my car 4 1/2 hours - charged me $55.00 for a $8.00 can of Freon and $70.00 for labor to put it in my car and to top all that off talked to me and treated me so rudely."Customer service is very lacking at this dealership. I over heard things in the lobby that they may not want customers hearing. Plus no one said "oh let me go check on that for you" It was more like oh your waiting on service oh ok $$.

I am really sorry to say that I have got the worst ever car of my life ford edge manufacturing breaks problem and my engine got damage without any notification while I was on the main highway with my family and after I got pathetic feed back and support from ford co. even they are not replying my mails now though my car is not in warranty but only done 112,000 km.Who can imagine car like ford edge they claim most powerful engine will treat me like this not even car but the co. as well treating like I haven't paid them better I would have bought some Chinese car even that engine will work at least for 10 years I am very disappointed. you guys pls take care for buying this brand of car and get ready for anything don't play with you and your family life. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

To start - Do not buy from Mena Ford, as they are an absolutely terrible dealership! I have a 2013 F150 (3.5L ecoboost) with premium care extended warranty through Ford, which my vehicle is still covered under my warranty. I recently had an issue with my turbo, where it is loosing boost at certain speeds. I took my truck to Mena Ford. The certified mechanic drove the truck and said he could not find anything wrong, even though he didn t even try to replicate conditions on which the issue will occur (this was specifically told to him and the service supervisor). I discussed ways to test the boost and since he did not understand how to perform this task, he simply stated that he would not check anything additional. The mechanic simply cleared the codes thrown, and told me that there were no issues. I left the shop and still had the same issue. Fast forward, the issue on the turbo is still prevalent, and my truck started pulling the left. I then took my truck to Mena Tire Company to have it aligned. In doing so, the owner said that he did not want to waste my money, as they found the upper/lower ball joints on both sides were bad, so an alignment would not fix the issue until these components were replaced. I then went to Mena Ford to have them look at the upper/lower ball joints on both sides of the vehicle. The service manager told me that the certified mechanic was not willing to work on my truck. I then had a discussion with the owner about this same issue, and he talked to the certified mechanic , and said that because the mechanic got upset when I discussed with him on how to check the turbo boost on the previous visit (which the mechanic clearly didn t comprehend and took it as hit to his abilities as a mechanic), that he was not willing to perform the work. A Ford certified dealership is required to perform all warranty work (much less premium care warranty work which makes Ford quite a bit of money), yet this facility blatantly denied the warranty work without legitimate cause. I then took my truck to Riverside Autoplex of Poteau, and they evaluated my vehicle and found bad upper/lower ball joints on both sides and a bad tie rod end on the inner tie rod on the drivers side. They then scheduled my warranty work, and perform the work flawlessly! With that being said, I will never buy a vehicle from Mena Ford and I would HIGHLY recommend that no one buys from this terrible dealership as they do not have good practice, customer service, or knowledge. With that being said, I highly recommend Riverside Autoplex of Poteau, and if I do indeed purchase another Ford, they will be number one on my list to look at!!

i dont own any fords but my story is . my cousin came to my house and her car key broke (the one with the chip) so she could not start her car. i went down to ford here in mena and only had 15 minutes to do so before they closed. i talked to the ladies up front they sent me to the parts area and they found a key blank and cut a key with the chip in it. but now it had to be programed to the car. we sir it ws 5 pm by that time and the mechanic guy followed me to my house and programed that key. so im very thankful they did this for us as she had the babies with her and needed to get home. to me you guys are the best and we thank You for being more than just a dealer ship, your people who care about people. ill never forget that. every body there was very nice . i know they did not have to do that, they could have very well said sorry cant help you till the next day, but they went out above an beyond. THANK YOU

In my family were in a horrific otherwise again and meet Arkansas that's where we were saved by the meeting police department and rescue workers we were giving a free rental car by me and Ford we are so grateful thank you that is all the boys has been a police department in the service department that's right or Roy red she's still alive not to see you again I'm watching young satellite bye-bye

Not Mena Fords issue, but a safety recall for our vehicle, and they haven't received the parts from Ford yet. They will call when parts arrive. Will adjust review when it happens.

I received a coupon for one free oil change for my 2008 F350, up to 7qts and I pay for the other 6qts. I make a reservation for the 30th since the coupon expires on the 31st. After taking off work to come in, I'm told that I now have to pay the difference over $45. That's a $200 oil change they said, minus my $45. Aaaaaaaaaaaaahahahaahhaaha. Walmart does the same thing for $45 total and it's across the street. Last time I come here.

The service center takes great care of my car and oil changes cost less then walmart. Best of all they dont forget important stuff like putting the caps back on.
