Shoped at this autozone in mena arkansas and once again wrong product ordered again it christmas im done with autozone and told me now it mabe days before i get my refund so now have to find money to get another gift all i was told was have a good day hows that for a smack in the face not very professional you have lost a good customer i buy regulary now i guess ill buy from o'reillys

Trailered my dual sport motorcycle here from Baton Rouge, LA and it would not start. They tested the battery and it needed to be replaced. This was 2023 and their records showed I had purchased the battery in Baton Rouge in 2018. It's great that they test and keep such good records.They had the battery I needed in stock so I was able to enjoy some riding in this beautiful area.

Was cool, it had what I needed but it turned out my dad already had the tool so I didn't need it lol but it's cool still they had the tool and the guy with the mask was helpful would put 10 outta 5 stars if i could and when i walked out the door i literally came

Some of the workers that they have had there treat people like they are stupid. There is a very nice man tale and he goes above to make sure that your taken care of at all times.

Friendly, informative, & courteous sales person. Advised which items they had in stock & ran down the specifics for each. Didn't push to sell the highest price point item, so that was much appreciated. Overall, easiest experience I had all day.

Very helpful and friendly. One staff member in particular named Big Jim was extremely helpful and attentive and explained things in a manor in which I could actually understand and also physically showed me what I needed to know on my specific car. Thanks Big Jim!

Stopped in for wiper blades for 2015 Nissan Juke. Need all three blades, each a different length. No prob. Had them in stock, even installed them. Never a problem.

Employees act like they have to many other things to do in the store besides waiting on customers. 3 or 4 working at a time, but only one helping customers. Not knowledgeable about vehicles, if something isn't listed in the computer, then they can't help you.

Every time I go here the service is the worst , They have 2 employees that are Nice and helpful. If you get anyone other then Jarred or the lady with black hair your might as well walk away'

Paid 58 dollars for 6 spark plugs I opened one to look at it and it was a used plug upon further examination 4 of 6 were used, cashier was good about apologizing and replacing them, but remember to look at all parts

Have received wrong part multiple times now in 2 days and now they won't answer the phone!! They once even tried to tell my husband that his truck uses a side post battery when it was clearly a top post.. They are absolutely clueless and very unprofessional when dealing with customers.
