Michael spent time helping me with questions even though I didn't buy anything. He was polite and friendly. The woman helping was also friendly.

Sold me the wrong parts more often than the right ones, sent my girlfriend to do a part exchange on a belt that was under warranty, they charged her for it, when I took it back "again" they warranted it, but refused to refund the previous warranty. Never buy belts, seals or berrings there, they will sell you the wrong one every time. Worst store, at hiked prices, don't have a clue how they are still in business.

I entered the Melbourne store with the intentions of buying well over $100.00 worth of products. There were 4 employees and two customers, myself and my son. I walked around the store looking for the rest of my purchase. After 30 minutes of wondering through the store with no offers of help find everything i needed, i checked out my products i did find on my own and left. I will never enter the Melbourne store again. I will drive to Ash Flat were I am asked the minute i walk through the door if I need help finding anything.

These guys are very helpful decent and kind. I recommend this store at Melbourne instead of the one at Batesville where they are rude, dismissive and lie straight to your face. I highly recommend the store at Melbourne

Not a fan of the one in Melbourne AR. The counter person was very untrained and had very little knowledge of Auto parts to be in auto parts sales
