Julio is so professional. My Jeep needed extensive repairs, and he kept me up-to-date the whole time. He did a fantastic job! He told me exactly what to expect and made me aware of future needed maintenance. 10/10 would recommend to all my family and friends!

Incredible. Julio and his team are absolute professionals, and will be our exclusive mechanic from this point forward. Flawless customer service. Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Genuine, and kind. I am new to the area, and honestly didn't even know what do to when my car sprang a mysterious oil leak. I called several mechanics in the area to find out how much estimates were, etc. and was greatly disappointed with the lack of customer service, failing to return my call, and their general disinterest in helping me. But Julio, and his team are very, very different. They provided photos of the areas of repair, were thorough with their inspection, communicated regularly and in a timely manner with me, and are very affordable.I cannot speak highly enough about them. I have so much confidence in Julios work, and care, I would send my own mother to his shop.Give him.a call today, and see for yourself how Incredible they are.Thanks guys!

Fantastic service. I gave them a call to see if I could get my brakes replaced, got a great quote and was in and out with no problems.I'm getting some more quotes for some additional work done I want on my car, definitely going to be coming here for now on.

Julio kept me informed, gave me 4 different options to consider with itemized price on each and the pros and cons. He saved me a bunch of money on parts, with no deposit and had it fixed before I had any the money to pay. Including a broken bolt in my block in an impossible to reach place. My truck runs great and I Highly recommend Him.

North Central Automotive took my car outside of what anybody else would consider normal operating hours. Offered to come pick up the vehicle and do his best to at least get it diagnosed by the days end. I dropped my car off with Julio and went back to work, he called me before my shift ended and let me know that he had found the issues with my car and had fixed them, per my request to fix anything he found related to my symptoms. Very fast, efficient and professional in every way. Pricing was more than fair considering time and day. Will definitely be using NCA for any further work that is beyond my abilities!Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

Great guy very quick and easy to work with he had my 03 mustang convertible done with replacing the hydraulic cylinders and fixing the drivers seat within 2 days. I definitely recommend him to anyone who is in a bind. This was my first time using North Central Automotive and I was thoroughly impressed with not only the service but also the man behind it all, Julio.I had him change out a front wheel bearing/hub assembly on my Nissan Titan.Julio got me in immediately, no waiting and was finished in the time frame he gave me. His communication during the process was exemplary, keeping me informed the whole way.On top of being a very competent Mechanic he is very accommodating and a super nice person.My wife and I will definitely be using Julio as our primary automobile service provider.If your tired of dealing with car dealerships with the long waits and overpriced services I would highly recommend a change over to NCA , North Central Automotive and Julio.SincerelyJames HumptonService: General repairs & maintenance

Julio had my daughter's car inspected and diagnosed in a day, and started repairs the very next. Suspension was shifted back badly after a slide into a ditch. He got the new parts on and the car aligned quickly and professionally. Julio repaired the brakes on the car. He also replaced a sensor in the fuel system, along with repairing other issues within the fuel system. He made the repairs for less than what another shop had quoted us. Julio was very honest, and kept us informed along every step of the way. He even sent us pictures of the replaced parts which I've never had anyone do! He also was honest enough to tell us that something didn't require replacing instead of trying to make the extra money!! I highly recommend North Central Automotive for all you repair needs!Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement

I was nearly broke down on the first day of our vacation, 425 miles from home. I called Julio, and he was quick to say bring it over. He told me that he looks at all vehicles the day you call. He was a surgeon of a mechanic in my opinion. Within 2 hours, I was back on the road. That included, waiting on parts, diagnostics, and 3 test drives. Very professional, kept me informed and educated the entire process. Best mechanic I have ever met.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Way over priced, he was charged us $130 for a diagnostic, (which was wrong) then was going to charge us $600 for an oil change, gasket kit, and new spark plugs. Another place only charged us $230 for everything. And we had to drive back, and the vehicle is still saying misfire. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else. To follow with what he said, I never told him to continue with the repairs. He quoted over 4 hours for all these repairs. Everyone else quoted me 1.5 - 2.5. He's a nice guy, just overpriced and didn't correctly give us a diagnostic. The repair mall down the road did an amazing job, and we're so sweet. Got the job done super quickly. I called MULTIPLE places for estimates based on what he told Julio told me was wrong and every mechanic said I was being screwed over.

I took my GMC to North Central Automotive with a transmission leak. I have grown used to taking a vehicle to a garage and waiting a couple of days to get a call about what was found. I got a call back in just a couple of hour hours with a diagnosis and cost estimate. I gave to go ahead to do repairs. I was astonished to get another call just 4 hours later that my truck was ready! Repairs were fast, efficient, and done right. Final cost was exactly what he said they would be. He provided a clear and precise explanation of what was done and why. I'll be back to North Central Automotive every time I need auto service! I would recommend this establishment to anyone!Service: Transmission repair

Actually it was the clutch that was replaced on my 2003 Nissan Frontier.I drove to North Central Automotive and explained the symptoms and asked if I could bring it in that afternoon. The next day he ran a diagnostic on my truck which confirmed our clutch assumption.Then he called me the next day with an estimate. I asked him how long he thought it might take, and I had my truck the following day. I was very pleased with the quickness he worked, but even more pleased with his communications with me. He texted me a list of parts he would need when he gave me his estimate and then texted me pics of the old parts he removed. His final bill was right in line with his estimate, and it was totally detailed and printed out when I picked up my truck. Absolutely professional, polite and most of all, he dealt with me respectfully and didn't make me feel like he would prefer to deal with my husband. I would recommend (and I am) NCA to anyone and everyone.Service: Transmission repair

Julio repaired the brakes and rotors on the car. He also fixed the fuel vent valve that was stuck open. He checked other concerns we had and was very honest.
