I live out of state from Meadows Chevrolet. I needed a part for my old Chevy S10, and my local dealer didn't have it. They told me only 5 dealers had it. Meadows was one of those 5, and is in Arkansas which isn't too far from my own state. I called them and they were friendly, gave me a good price and the part was on my door step two days later. It was even the correct part. Sadly I am too familiar with poor service (getting wrong part, broken part, rude workers etc.) so it was a nice change to get good service. Way to go! I'll keep your dealer in mind if I need more parts for my Chevy.

I am so pleased I bought my 2015 Jeep from Korey Caraway at Meadows Cheverolet, he has been awesome in every way. Most dealerships once you purchase a vehicle leave any and all problems you may run into is solely on the buyer. I was sold an extended warranty and being a used vehicle I have had a couple issues that came up, when I called Korey he made what could have been a burden , not an issue. He set up a appointment to have their mechanic Josh (who is great by the way) take care of it and made sure all problems were dealt with. If I were to shop for another vehicle Meadows would be my first stop , I can't say enough about the great experience I have had there.

Very professional and willing to work with you. Gave a lot for our trade in, and dealt with us enough and was able to get us a low enough interest rate to get the payment we needed. Then was kind enough to take our picture before we left. Definitely plan on going back there for future purchases!

Dad bought a new car trade in 2019 impala for same 2019 impala but had black 1 now getting red 1 had only 8,200 just said black showed too many wayer spots lol

Went in looking at vehicle's and got above and beyond service from Korey. He was nice, friendly, understanding, and a great salesman too talk too.and thanks too Korey we drove away in a great reliable dependable vehicle. Korey was quick too understand what we wanted and everything else about our concerns. I would highly recommend anyone go talk too Korey Caraway at Meadows Chevrolet in Melbourne Arkansas if anyone is in the market for a vehicle.

I've always heard of hassle-free but when you deal with meadows chevy it's true had a great salesman Adam I told him what I wanted and made it happen I live about 2 hours away and told I wouldn't be able to come till Friday they said no problem and brought it to me when I get ready to get another vehicle this will be the first place I call! Thank ya'll

They are awesome, down to earth people. All of them were very nice and willing to help any way they could. There's a great friendly, hometown atmosphere there. My wife and I are very excited and grateful to do business with them and will certainly go back.

Korey Caraway and everyone at Meadows Chevrolet have been nothing more than outstanding. We had been to several dealerships and were told no one could help us on payments until we went to Meadows and they went above and beyond for us to get us where we needed to be! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a kind, knowledgeable and reputable dealership.

We have been looking at one suburban at Mark Martin Chevrolet for the last 3 months. On a whim, we stopped by on a Saturday to look again. Jordan Smith met us, we took it for a test drive, and we had a short conversation. We went inside and in a matter of 15 minutes, he had given us his "best" price which was within my expectations and a very fair value for our trade. We left and did not make the deal that day(we tend to move VERY slowly)... So 2 days later, I call him and fill out credit app. We made the trip back down late that day (at closing time!!). I called Jordan to let him know that our trade vehicle was going to be sold to our son. He was very courteous at all times and we made the deal just an outright sale.. Paperwork was easy and fast. No high pressure accessory sales, just a couple of questions. Dave breezed thru the financing and was very helpful. Adam showed us the technical "stuff" on our new suburban and said a very thoughtful and sincere prayer. None of them seemed to be bothered that we were keeping them later than closing time. Honestly, I would have to say this was probably the easiest and best car buying experience ever. I will definitely be back in the future...

Always scary to buying a new car and had lots of trouble with other dealerships acting like they didn t care if they got my business. But, I was in complete shock from the first interaction I had with this dealership! Amazingly professional and personable! I felt like I was a queen and so very happy with my new car and the best deal that no other dealership could come close too!! Dave and Jordan was so awesome and helpful and Made me fell so appreciated! Thank you -

It can be challenging for a younger couple to purchase a vehicle, but Jordan Smith & Dave ensured our process was as easy as possible. They were both kind as could be from the start. I would most definitely recommend to anyone. 11/10 experience .

Jordan Smith is the BEST!!! I searched all over to find the best deal and he made it happen . He was so patient and kind to me . He worked through multiple vehicles to make sure I found the perfect choice . I couldn t be in store because I work out of town and he still helped me with different options along with staying after hours . I am SO IMPRESSED by his work . Highly recommend!!!

Let me first say that I was looking for a Camaro SS 1LE for months and called like 20 maybe 30 plus dealerships all over the country! Came across another dealership that had a Rapid Blue 2022 Camaro SS 1LE in transit, Meadows Chevrolet and decided to call them. Spoke to the Sales Manager Andy and placed my deposit same day! It was a 3+ month process but finally got my Camaro SS 1LE knowing their rare these days to find. They Sold it at MSRP which was evening more rare during these times! I was patient throughout this whole process and Andy made everything worthwhile keeping in contact the whole time! There are still good people in the car salesman industry and sometime you have to go through a lot to find them! Sometimes you have to go beyond your local, even regional area dealerships to get what you want! I want to say thank you to Andy and the whole Meadows Chevrolet team in Melbourne, Arkansa from Charlotte, NC!

I would give them NO stars if that were an option. The old tall man was terribly rude!! We stood there waiting for someone in the cold for 10 minutes then they acted like we were stupid for wanting to trade in our very nice Cadillac! It was ridiculous and I will never step foot on that lot again. I suggest going a couple blocks down the road to the ford dealer!

Bought our car from here. The service was wonderful. Very laid back, no pressure sales. Helped us with all the ins and outs of buying our car. Very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions. The staff was very kind. I would recommend buying a car here!

I went here to test drive a car I seen on the sales lot, before going I did my own research online so I knew all I could before meeting up with the "salesman". I asked him what the price of the car was, though I ALREADY knew, he totally blew my mind by quoting me a HIGHER price than what was listed on THEIR website. I was p*****D! I got into my car and drove to Freedom Ford and bought a brand new car from the showroom floor. I vowed then to NEVER DO BUSINESS with Mark Martin anything. What a disgrace!
