They did a fantastic alignment on my beloved car. She no longer "tilts" slightly to the driver's right but goes absolutely straight. The service was fast and courteous as well. Great staff too.

I am amazed of the Professionalism and courtesy that I. Experienced while buying a car with them. I had drove a Honda Accord for 12 years and never had one problem so that was what I was looking for again. At their company I found a Honda Accord with only 16000 miles on it that I could afford! I had not had a new car for 12 years so this was a big step for me. First time I bought a car with my own credit. It was an amazing experance for me. Fast simple , and fun. They answered all my questions and helped me get my old and new car back to my home! It still has that new car smell even though it is not. I can not say enough how happy I am with my car. I love it. Thank you Freedon Ford for a wonderful car and. Experience!

Brought my 2004 Lincoln Navigator, Dave, in for service with a laundry list of things to do and check, and repair/replace what was needed. Josie and Doug were incredibly attentive and helpful in getting me in and out in an extremely reasonable amount of time considering all that was done. I HIGHLY recommend the people and service department at this dealership. I look forward to using them in the future, and I live about 180 miles away from them.

They are the best and most decent folks from beginning to end. Everyone obviously cares about getting you down the road safely. The Complete staff went above and beyond. Love the perfection of the technician that worked on our Sequoia. Will never go anywhere else. They ALL deserve raises. What a good group you are fortunate to have. Sincerely, Larry and Kim Johnson

I recently purchased a Vehicle from Freedom Ford in Melbourne Ar. I wanted to share with you how helpful the staff was. From the time I stepped on the Lot, Darren Wyatt, the salesman, was there to greet me with a Smile. He walked me through the parking lot and showed me several trucks. He was very knowledgeable about each truck we looked at. He took his time with me and I never felt rushed into making a decision. After I picked out the one I wanted, we went inside to discuss pricing. There was no haggling over the price. They gave me the best price, plus a lot of rebates! I was very happy with the amount of money that was taken off the truck and felt great about my purchase. Next, I went into the F&I office and met Tessa Bratten. She is the new F&I person and she is very sweet. We discussed several options as far as financing and I believe she got me the best rate available. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Freedom Ford and I would Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

They did not fully make sure my truck was running as well as it should have been, ie radiator fluid was low... by a gallon. I really don't think they fully did the 72-point inspection they said they did... my truck still leans to the right even after their alignment $$$$..... they forgot to put on a cover plate for carburetor housing. If you're going to spend two grand on repairs on this place make sure all the nuts and bolts and the job is completely done like a true mechanic would have it done. I would go with the good old boys down the street, not the corporate "Ford family". . Granted.. they are friendly.... Doesn't do much for a vehicle to run efficiently and properly.. I do thank them for all their work though.. . . . . $$$$

Service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. My vehicle was serviced timely, and I was kept informed of the progress by the service advisors. Great experience!

Service Department was awesome! Of course anything you have done on your vehicle is going to cost some money and dealerships are usually a little more expensive, but you get parts warranty and excellent service. We got a rebate of $140 so in the end it turned out cheaper than going to a local mechanic.

Had quite an expirence on the way to look at a car here. Long story short i was involved in a car accident that totaled my car. At that point i was only an hour away from the dealer and needed ro find a ride. I called and let Brian know the situation snd he immediatley said he would try and get someone to pick me up and he did. Excellent customer seevice from him and i was sold after the test drive. After a long day i drove off with a 2018 charger r/t. 10/10 recommend buying from them.

Had an alignment done on a jeep liberty,Within 2 months the 10 ply tires on the front were bald' I not only had to buy new tires but had to get another alignment done correctly somewhere else.

I really LOVE my vehicle purchased there.But WHEN I purchased it (paid in FULL) I was told that oil changes would be complimentary for the LIFE of my car.New owner DOES NOT honor this.If he doesn't honor contracts with customers, he's a bad businessman.

''Warning'' Today I would never buy anything from this dealer !!!!!! I had bought 4 new trucks, including a showroom new antique Bronco from Freedom Ford, between 2004 and 2008, and back then they were the # 1 car dealer in the country for me and many others..Up front with everything, honest and fair was their business, but that has changed drastically since, and now the current owners are not even qualified to use the name Freedom Ford, much less have someone buy a vehicle from them. They play games on phones now like Tele Marketers with no one on the line when answered, but when you call back they know who you are, and when asked why they called, they put you over on a sales recording, then laugh at you. The girl Holly doing it, wouldn't even put me thru to the manager, and SHE should be fired immediately.. The Boss that allowed it needs a, law suit brought against him & the entire sales team.. I would never recommend buying anything from there now.. A complaint will also be filed with Ford Motor Co, & the better business bureau itself.. When Jack ran the show there yrs ago, they were the best I had ever seen, this would never of happened, and everyone working there I considered personal friends..Just saying I bought 4 new trucks says quite a bit about the dealership as it once was, but today I wouldn't let them sell me even a spare tire.. At age 75 now and retired, I don't need this BS at all, and neither does anyone else.. If you take my advice Friends go elsewhere, where you are appreciated, and not in some sales gimmick routine where your wallet or purse is their only attraction to you. Thank you, John C Maddy
