I'm not a big car person, let's start with that. I can point out the steering wheel and that's about it! So when I was told to choose a mechanic after my accident, I consulted the community and they recommend Pate's. I am VERY satisfied, I was charged fair prices and he communicated with me better than the insurance adjuster did! On top of that, he finished early and told me as soon as it was ready. The owner is very kind, and I intend to use him in the future if necessary. If you love supporting local businesses and are in need of auto work, I very much recommend Pate's.Service: Body & Trim

Very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to reuse a door cable which is no longer available through dealer by reversing it and lubricating it. Works like new.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great Experience; Great Customer Services; Great Attitude had smile on his face the whole time willing to help with others... Mr.Pate enjoy doing custom painting and turning junk cars to new cars and etc; Mr.Pate keep doing what you love to do and be Bless!!!

Vehicle came back looking worse than when it went in!Went in for a rear bumper repaint. Came back with severe damage on the front fender. Something was dropped on it while being painted. Owner refused to admit his shop caused the damage even though his workers admitted to me that they knew there was no other damage on the car.I then took it back to get fixed, and his worker proceeded to wet sand through the clear coat AND paint before I was told to come back another time to repair their screw up. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back. Terrible business practices. Stay faaaar away from this place!!
