Don t come here unless you hate your car and you hate your money. They charged $40 more than the Honda dealer and they not only put in the wrong oil and lied about it but they also broke my air box when they over tightened the screws while putting the air filter back. My car calls for 0W20 full synthetic oil it says it clearly on the oil cap and they pumped 5W30 bulk blend into my car it says it clearly on the sticker where the pump was. When I asked about it they said it was the same thing. Then they got upset and told me they were the experts and I needed to keep my eyes in the car . They also lost several of my skid plate bolts. This place is horrible! I would not trust these people ever again to touch my car.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. COMPLETE RIPOFF!! I am a fleet owner and have used Valvoline facilities across the country for all of our Oil changes and have always paid around $30-$40. This location charge us double...Absolutely Insane, stay away or go to a local Jiffy Lube, dont let them steal your money

Excellent service! As a woman who does not know much about cars, this is the first time that I felt I was not being pressured into services I didn't need. The service was quick, thorough, and all three of the men were friendly and kind.

My husband took my jeep here to get my oil changed cause they were advertising 50% off. Long story short when they put the service sticker on the windshield they put there big greasy hand on the side panel. I appreciate the cheap oil change however I do not appreciate the greasy hand print left behind....

Do not go unless you have ample time to kill. Should change the name to Valvoline (instant regret) oil change. Zero sense of urgency.

I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. They did not screw my oil filter on all the way and caused me to leak oil. Then they put all 20 of my lug nuts on my tires backwards. I will NEVER go back to them and I feel like I should get my money back ASAP!! It is crazy I spent over $100 for them to mess my car up.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Blown away. The BEST oil change service we ve received in a very long time. My infant was asleep in the backseat so the drive thru is amazing and they were so kind to reduce noise to not wake the baby. We usually go to Volvo for oil changes but not anymore! The entire crew is Incredibly professional and courteous. They did a great job.

These guys do great work. My wife has come here several times and is always extremely satisfied with their work. They work efficiently and are friendly on top of that. If you need a good, quick oil change done by a staff that treats you right, be sure to get it done here!

I received the best service experience I've ever had today. Ronald and the team were very friendly and fast. I had a full service fully synthetic oil change and my tires rotated. This all happened as I waited in the car and I was even offered a bottle of water. Had a $15 off coupon from a mailer and this helped on the price as I really needed a new air filter. Great value for all of those services and a very professional group of service technicians did an excellent job. I watched the whole experience myself. I like how they show you a screen with all of the costs broken down. If you need an oil change in Maumelle, you've got to go here. Absolutely love this place. They are super patient with me since I m Deaf. They always wrote down in telling me what needs to be done and show me their screen in how How I owe them. Those guys are extremely friendly to me and quick to boot in changing oil. I hardly ever had to wait that long. Good job!

I went to take 5 oil change and they told me I didn t need an oil change but my engine light was on. My car was fine. When I went to this place the people were so knowledgeable and helpful Robert and Amanda knew exactly what they were doing and didn t make me feel dumb bc I didn t know anything about a car lol. They got me in and out. I was probably there less than 5-8 minutes. I ve never had better service and I m a lifetime customer because of Amanda and Robert at the main Elle location. Tons of people in Maumelle recommended this place to me, and I'm glad they did! They're one of the only places open past 5pm, and I work til 6, so I'm extra glad they were open.I knew I'd let my oil go too long, but these guys took care of it and didn't even make fun of me, LOLThey were super nice to explain stuff about my car to me without talking down to me or making me feel stupid!Now I'm ready to go on my road trip with no worries about the oil or my battery!Service: Oil change

I m so grateful for not only the quick and efficient service these guys provide, but also their generosity!Last month I found a nail in my tire. I was near them, so I drove by to see if they could plug it. I was told they no longer provided tire plugs, but a very kind employee plugged it for me anyway, on the spot, at no charge. That plug enabled me to get my vehicle safely to a tire store for a replacement. Thank you thank you thank you!!! I ll never go anywhere else for an oil change!

Last year I rated this as 5 stars now I ll change my rate to a negative star.Went to this branch Sunday to have my sons Ford Fusion 2016 oil changed.. Its the second time that they did the oil change for this vehicle.Apparently I noticed that the oil change too longer than normal like almost an hour.. I noticed that they have difficulty doing something underneath the car as one of them is going up and down the pit.However after all the tinkering is done, they said that everything is all Good to go and that the oil change is done.However while my son was driving on his way to Henderson State in Arkadelphia which is a few hours away.. I received a call from him that there is something wrong with the car and that something is hanging under the engine making a sound like it s falling off, So told him to go to the nearest exit which is in exit 8 from Maumelle , two exits from the bridge.When I arrived there to check on him, I noticed that the metal Plate under my engine bay is hanging and two out of the 4 bolts were not bolted in and it s is dragging on the pavement . Ford Fusion has a metal plate under the engine bay you need to take it off to have an oil change.Good thing he was driving not that far or else he might be in an accident or worst yet the car might catch on fire because of the friction of the metal plate.I ended up going to a mechanic near there to take the steel plate off under the car coz it s damaged and crumpled with skid marks . I don t know if it will cause more problems in the future and it s a Sunday and my son has to go to his college .You need to teach your staff how to do the proper way or if they can t do it better tell us that they don t know how so we can look for another line service that does!!. Extremely disappointed and would would never recommend your lube station from now on

Waited 10 minutes waiting for someone to greet me and wave me in. Called phone to see if anyone was working. Parked in lot behind building then a worker walked up. They changed the oil, but did not do any maintenance checks. The worker checked through everything like it had been done. When asked about checking tire pressure, cause one was low, they said air compressor wasn't working.Service: Oil change

They do drive through service now, I tried calling to check if they were open during COVID, but nobody ever answered the phone. Decided to drive by and sure enough, they were open.They don't really check all your fluids, at least that's not by default and it wasn't clear if that was free or not - but they changed the oil, checked the air filter, and topped up the washer fluid.Service: Oil change

I can right before closing on a Sunday the service was fast and great. I have definitely found my new place for oil changes in this area.

Waited in line for 30 minutes, they let another car that was behind me go into the other lane which got worked on before me. I told them I just wanted my tires rotated, they forgot. They started prepping to do a full service on my car which I stopped. When I told him I just wanted my tires rotated he said, Oh you did say that, I m sorry. Then he made me go around the back and enter the line again. After thirty more minutes he finally speaks to me and informs me that they don t have the part to take my lug nuts off and can t do the service.I check and I had been there an hour and ten minutes with nothing to show for it.

First Great customer service... but the execution was poor... I didnt appreciate the black smudges left on my exterior glove box and the front end of my car after the oil change. I just had my car detailed... also if you dont know how to reset my oil notifications, dont ever press reset on my overall vehicle information now all my performance and radio settings have gone back to factory reset...smh... Be cleaner use foot mats have a clean towel for dirty spots left. I shouldnt have to pay 120 bucks and have to clean my car afterwards
