Do not recommend it. They are more worried about up sales and shop fees than they are you. Scheduled 8:30AM told them needed tires and alignment and to check front end because inside of both tires were showing cord. They informed me they'd only have my truck a couple hours, if there were no issues found, and they would call in a couple hours. They called me at 3:30PM to tell me I needed lower ball joints, and they were mounting the new tires right now. And they would have to order the lower ball joints. Why would you mount tires before I approved ball joints? They price on the ball joints changed drastically from when i approved them. Then it was completed the next day after 4PM. I was told the appointment is only to get me worked in that day. They just didn't communicate, and that's not good for business. Oh, and the steering wheel ended up crooked to the right.

I had a nail in one of my tires and Christian Bros gave me a quote for a tire. The salesman gave me options on what type of tire I could get as well as his recommendations. They were prompt and the customer service is excellent. They offer all types of services. Look them up for your auto needs.

I had a great experience earlier this month with my truck. The team did a great job of finding potential problems and consulting with me before they made the suggested repairs. They were also nice enough to give me a ride home after dropping my truck off even though the distance was a little outside of their shuttle area. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the hospitality that was provided while in store. The customer service was wonderful, and the service was done in quick manner! The text updates was a nice touch too, they prompted me about every step that the technician made with my vehicle and sent reports and suggestions straight to my phone.

I m one who tries to fix everything I can myself. But there are times when even I have to take my car into the professionals.They were very detailed and spent plenty of time going over what they found and how severe and or not it is.If your tight one money like we are, you can trust that they will take care of you the right way. And they will not have you spending money on repairs you do not need.

Our dealership kept us for 4 hours to say they wanted a $1000 to fix a sliding door that wouldn't latch on our van but I took it to Christian Brothers for a second opinion. They replaced a single missing bolt for FREE in just a few minutes. Plus they were very patient & kind to me and my children. I wouldn't recommend any other place.

I ve used this facility for years but never again.They were stating I needed quite a few repairs and replacements of items for my vehicle at 300k miles when I only had 42k miles on a new engine that they replaced.They either never checked their records or just tried to sell me these items anyway.My vehicle does need some of the items on their estate but if this was my wife or son they would have had the work done. Therefore spending money for unnecessary work.I wish them well but never again with my business.

I was professionally greeted the moment I entered the door by John, and others as always! Returned home then later returned to the shop by shuttle after completion of service to my automobile! I plan to schedule other service to my automobile in the near future! Thank you Christian brothers!!!

Update:They did take the car back in and fix the AC under warranty! We are still waiting on the bracket, but the car is running well. There are no leaks from the valve cover gasket replacement, the alternator is working well and the AC is now working well. One of the main reason I chose them was for their excellent warranty. They stood by it and did not try to find some other way to charge us for something else.Original Review:The facility was nice and they did a lot of work for us. Unfortunately they left off a bracket and have not contacted me since I informed them about that.Much of the work they did seems satisfactory, if pricey, and I would have given them a higher rating except now the AC doesn t work. They required and charged for an A/C system evacuation and recharge for the other work we needed done. We may adjust our rating depending on how well they honor their warranty for fixing that.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

They were very helpful and friendly. They did their best to keep cost down. They kept me updated both by text and verbal. They have free WIFI and they offer bottle water and coffee. Nice lounge area to wait in.

Over the years CB has been very dependable and affordable. They are an excellent alternative to the cost & headaches of going back to the dealer. We take all three vehix to them over our dealerships. And if their is a required dealer svc and recommendations are made we tell our dealer not to make repairs. We then take the list to CB! .

Connor seriously helped more than I can put into words. I cannot recommend this place enough. They take your finances into advance, they put you as a person first, and they do what they can to help you. Connor is AMAZING, as well as everyone else there!

I'm kinda upset. For years now I've utilized Christian Brothers for matters related to my truck, but I ordered the tires I wanted for my truck on Amazon and when I asked Christian Brothers if they could put them on they told me "no" in that they don't do that.My father has been GM in this industry for 30+ years so I am well aware that shops do not like doing oil changes and minor tire jobs because the profit margins are low, however, by refusing me you are forcing me to look elsewhere when I have more serious problems.If you can't be there for me for something as routine as exchanging tires on rims, to include others tasking that would make this job profitable, then that is disappointing.Edit: your reasoning applies under UCC sale of good, this is a sale for services and is not applicable to your reasoning. You just lost a customer. I won't be returning. I just needed a simple solid from my local auto shop and you decided that it wasn't worth your time, hiding under the guise of invalid legal interpretation.

Held my car 8 days after making an appointment a week in advance. Recommended over $10k in repairs for a 2007 RAV4 that only needed a starter.$900 labor $700 starter, $1763 bill. When I attempted to start the vehicle the key fob fell apart in my hand. "It was brought in like that, we made a note of it". No. It started my vehicle 100s of times with no issues for 3 years. So, now I'm also out for replacing key fob.Some recommended repairs included:Spark plugs $900Wiper blades (that were replaced over the summer and worked perfect) $100Tires: (plenty of tread) $1000Oil change: $161Fix a seal and replace timing components: $4885I was in a bind due to a death in the family and needed my vehicle immediately or I would've pulled it out. Worst auto repair experience of my life. Only go here if you can go a long period of time without your vehicle and don't like money.EDIT: Drove on highway for first time Friday. Engine light came on and started flashing. Engine started vibrating like I was running over speed bumps. This wasn't an issue and never happened before. Just like the broken key fob. If fob was "already broken" why did tech have to show me how to start the vehicle. So, I'm out $1763 and now have to seek more repairs. They did something to my engine. I brought my vehicle in after calling the dealership and various other repair centers for quotes. I had a rear seal that was leaking oil, and most places said around 5000$. CB quoted me at 3700$ and I brought her in for the repairs. Not only did they full repair my issue but amid service they noticed I was also missing a ball joint. They called and talked to me about it and ended up totaling about 4000$. Amazing work and an amazing price for the job. My vehicle drove like new. The same day I picked up my vehicle I left and apparently my O2 sensor burnt out as soon as I had the work done. No questions asked they did the repairs for free and had me on the road again that same afternoon. God bless all of you and your amazing work. Top quality. The cute girl that works at the front desk is also amazing and very polite. All in all great people. I recommend their service to anyone! 10/10

Replaced break light bar on my lift hatch. Ford dealership said I'd have to leave it 2-3 days and quoted me over $900. CB looked at it on Monday, ordered and got the part on Tuesday, had me drop it off at 8am Wednesday and it was ready for me by 3pm the same day! And it was far less than the 900 quoted by the dealership!!I would highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive in Maumelle for your automotive maintenance and repairs. Super kind and helpful team there.

Very good communication. Very professional, polite and courteous. Military discount, I felt a positive difference in my car driving it off the lot. I will be recommending this business and we will be returning with our cars when need be.
