Such a nice guy! He helped me after dark and towed my car about another hour away! So thankful he came to my rescue! Would recommend him to anyone. I was nervous about having to ride with a complete stranger but Buddy was an upstanding guy with great conversation and I definitely felt safe!

They were at my house in less than an hr and they are 30 minutes away. Very friendly, took care of the problem right away. I can't believe how fast they were to respond.

Where to start? My veh was there and couldn't get a receipt unless I paid another 42.50$. my math and theirs didn't quite add up. 4 days X50 plus the 150 for the tow means they charged me 150$ mileage I need a business like that cash so no taxes and just charge whatever ya want no receipt with itemized charges. Maybe they got some kind of wacky agreement with Searcy county

Yesterday my wife and I were passing through St. Joe Arkansas when our transmission went out. It looked like we might have to camp out overnight in St. Joe. Who would be available on a Sunday afternoon in a remote part of Arkansas? We called AAA and they sent Buddy Parks to us within an hour. Buddy was prompt, courteous and provided great service from start to finish. I highly recommend him!

We broke down in Henderson on our way back to Tennessee. Since all auto repair shops in the area were booked up for over a week, we made the tough decision to tow the car 200+ miles. Parks answered the call and sent someone over to where we were stranded. (Think his name was Randall). He gave me and my wife a ride back. He was very accommodating and wasn't short on conversation.Not saying we hope we break down in this area again, but if we did, we would use Parks.

Buddy Parks is professional and timely. He will communicate well, he can tow vehicles, get them unstuck and unlock cars. He probably does more, but those are just the services I've used or been witness to.

These people are crooks. They not only charged me for anout 700$ unneccesary for a towing and storage fee, but stole my Yeti cup out of my car. Small town crooks. Redneck hillbillies. I have a lot of experience reviewing on Google and would not make anything up.

Mr. Parks saved the day when he brought specialty oil for my car AND fished the oil cap (that I'd dropped) out from under my engine. His expertise and kindness were much appreciated!!!

He came and got me in the morning at a water inlet off of the nearby river. I got my 35' school bus stuck in wet gravel/sand. He was awesome!

Buddy Parks is a very skilled wrecker operator and is willing to help and do anything you can to help anybody at any time calling day or night he's always there to help as long as she's not busy taking care of somebody else in that case he usually has one of his children to run a truck

Buddy came and rescued me he did everything right and was professional until I asked him about re-installaing the drive shaft that he removed...He insisted that the diesel repair shop puts them in ...Well what I think he knows or darn well should is the Drive shafts are balanened and timed so they have to be reinstalled exactly to the same spline alignment...Buddy I m disappointed that I have to spend yet more money to fix this oversite...I ll make sure you never get called by me or any Good Sam member...Thanks for the lesson...JRHann2002 Fleetwood BounderCummins, Allison, Freightliner.

I used his service on February 2 2018 on the ride to his shop he asked me and a friend who was and before I could get home I was already getting texts from my son and now he won't talk to me because m this Park's man did nothing but lie and caused a son her only son not to talk to her because of his lies he is by no means a good business man
