This service department is amazing. Stopped at dealership while traveling with car trouble- they checked for problem-found it and had my car on rack in a short time. Addressed the issue quickly and did not charge us for bolting a shield back to frame.Then helped me get my elderly parents back in the car. So Thankful.

We spoke to Aaron on a Wednesday day morning to tell him we were interested in a vehicle and what all we wanted on it. Wednesday afternoon Aaron had let me know that he had found what we wanted. It was a great car but we did not like the color. On Thursday afternoon Aaron called again and said he had found another car. He sent me pics and we really liked it. We were able to test drive it on Monday and we signed the papers on Wednesday. It took a week for them to find us a vehicle...that is great. We highly recommended Vaughn Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle. They were fast, friendly, and gave us a great deal. I definitely will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I been looking for a ranger for the past year but with the ridiculous prices I thought to wait another year. I found Vaughn Ford on late night. I thought I was dreaming but I found a great deal. I reach out to Aaron Riddle. He worked with me and was able to help with a clarification with the taxes. It is the best experience that I have had purchasing a vehicle. thanks Aaron great customer service.

This is the smoothest, most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Aaron Riddle located the Expedition Max we asked for in south Alabama and handled every detail for us. We handled the entire transaction via text and 2-3 phone calls. We couldn t be more pleased. We will definitely contact him again in the future. It was worth our hour and 40 minute drive to Arkansas. The service department entire staff was excellent. They were so kind, fast and very professional. They were very patient and explained everything very clearly. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had. They went above and beyond to make sure me and my brother was comfortable while we wait on my car. I highly recommend this place. #100

This is the 2nd time that Aaron Riddle and the entire Vaughn Ford team has went above and beyond for me and my family. I had a vehicle in mind and they searched high and low to get me exactly what I wanted. Not only did they find what I was looking for (plus found the perks that I didn't realize I wanted), but they found a great financing option and drove a grand total of 15 hours to pick it up and they even delivered it to my home in Nashville, Tennessee. If this isn't exceptional customer service, I don't know what is. I personally have never purchased a vehicle untouched, unseen or test driven before. However, the trust in the team to take care of me and get the quality that I wanted was never wavered. I knew I was in good hands. Thank you Aaron and Team Vaughn Ford.

Everyone is always helpful and polite, they make you feel at ease. No one tries to push you into making a purchase, they work with you to get you into the vehicle you want. Great service, Kudos to the entire team

I used my preapproved loan through Capital One to search for a truck through Capital One's search tool and found the truck we needed at Eugene Vaughn Ford in Marked Tree - 73 miles away. They actually had 2 used work trucks available, 2019 and 2018, both with the kind of mileage we wanted. The experience was so painless and the staff there was great. I have recommended this place to others already and would gladly drive the 73 miles again.

Vaughn Ford is the best place to purchase new &/or used vehicles. They can accommodate all your vehicle needs and wants! Vaughn Ford also has a full service shop with the same amazing hospitality as the showroom! I can not say enough great things about this Ford store, they are the best!! Service with a smile!!! Everyone here treats you like your family, and works hard to make sure the customer leaves satisfied, and stays satisfied while owning a Vaughn Ford vehicle!!

We are from Florida and were on our way to Mountain Home, Arkansas for my brother's wedding, when we heard a noise coming from our car while on the road. We pulled over at the next exit where we were blessed to have pulled into Eugene Vaughn Ford Sales. Even though I own a honda these good people helped us out and they went above and beyond to help us. Thank you, Danny! Thank you Eugene Vaughn Ford Sales! Traveling from Melbourne Arkansas back home to Melbourne Florida and ran into sometire trouble! John Deer told us to stop at Vaughn Ford to see if they could help! Now mind you I am a mom with 2 young girls and my mom is with us! I walked in terrified cause i didn t know if they could help and had no clue what i was going to do! Danny immediately found the problem fixed it in the middle of a power outage sanitized the whole vehicle and charged us next to NOTHING for the fix! Meanwhile inside my babies before the power went out were able to be in the A.C. watch cartoons and another employee brought them out cupcakes! I could not have asked for a better place to end up for my needs! We have never felt so safe and cared for! IDK of anyone where i m from that would have taken 1/2 as good of care of us than these employees did! they truly made my crisis a minor bump in the road and made me appreciate my fellow Americans! Mr. Vaughn you have an amazing staff!!!!

Vaughn Ford was awesome! Aaron Riddle went above and beyond with my trade in to get me the right deal on a yukon Xl that my family and I are in love with! They were able to help get financing and also helped get the interest rate down lower to help accommodate my monthly payment! I highly recommend recommend Vaughn Ford!

My husband and I were so impressed with Aaron Riddle. We had looked all over Northeast Arkansas for a new pick up. Aaron was so helpful, upfront, and honest, we knew iinstantly that he was a young man with integrity . This was my first time purchasing through a Ford Dealership, these guys were incredibly helpful and made the process quick and easy.I was hit by a drunk driver and totaled out a few weeks later and these guys were right on it doing everything they could to get me back on the road.100% would recommend these guys for anyone looking for a new vehicle.

My bf and I were traveling all the way from Florida we were having issues with one of the bolts that had came loose. It was a break issue. Our car was a Honda they didn't have the part for it. But Danny made sure we were taken care of and back on the rode. Im so thankful for the great service.
