never never never come or call this place they are thieves they wanted to charge me for roadside assistance for more than 2 hours without doing anything since I arrived at the workshop apart from that 2 more hours for work they are thieves never come here.$650 to change the spring or the leaf spring without doing anything, since as seen in the image, that's how we arrived at the workshop and they wanted to charge us and what assistance on the road when we only called to ask if they worked 24 hours a day, we arrived and it was closed by coincidence They came to look for something and they said that they would attend us in the morning. then they wanted to rob us with $650 I repeat never never never.....

These people are actual scammers. You re better off even calling someone in the next city over. This business has changed its name on google to fool people which I m not sure is even legal. This is a very corrupt business and I am concerned for my fellow hard working citizens who get preyed upon. Billy or bill will give you one price upfront then change it once he s got you vehicle behind his fence. These people shouldn t be shut down they should be in jail.

4300 for a clutch replacement that took 6 days to replace. They don't accept any cards. No invoice or proof that they even bought parts. No warranty for these"brand new parts". And the issue is not even fixed. My clutch is still not slowing the rotation of the engine so that I can put it in gear. They don't let u test drive your vehicle. Turns out the problem is $500 fix. After loosing 6 days of work and severely over charged they still wanted me to pay them an extra $500 to actually fix my truck as if I haven't already paid them enough extra to fix that too! I am a god fearing man and ik God will handle this. Please learn from my mistakes guys this is the worst shop experience of my career!! The shop address is 5986 US 70 Marion Ar. I'll be leaving the shop with the same issues I had bringing it in. God Bless

I would like to warn all people to don t go on this location this guy are scammers they will lies you that they have finished your truck but when you get there they can t let you see your truck and checked what they have done this guy are rude scammers ,Thief s, steals don t don t please go there. After they refused to give me my truck I payed before but the reason they can not authorize you to see your truck they know that nothing they have done. My experience don t pay them before you checked your truck, also remember to check your belongings because they steal my shoes. There was no zero star is where they belong too zero zero zero .

Tow for 2.4 miles cause of 2 knock sensors. $1000 for the tow and after i got back to the company shop they found that the sensors was never changed. In total the bill was over $6000 and all i got was a tow for little over 2 miles. I hope my company fries them. The photo is about 5 minuets down the road.

Take heed to the reviews on this place. I didn't and it cost me 5k. Truck was towed for 1.5 miles to their shop for $1,250. They welded my air tank but charged for a new one. Replaced air lines, with old air lines came off old trucks in their yard, but charged for new ones $3,750. Total cost 5k. Then I had to stop in Nashville, TN to get 3 air leaks fix for $180. Made it back to TX and had to get 3 fitting on the old air lines replace for $100. Take heed to the reviews, or be prepared to pay for repairs, that want be repaired. I experienced Highway Robbery for the first time in my life!!

DONT COME HERE Billy will up charge you for everything it cost me 3k only labor work to fix my differential I had to get the parts myself because he wanted to up charge me 3500 for the differential itself from a JUNKYARD. Seems like he has NO buisness that s why he charges up the a**# to make up for his trash buisness

If I can give this place 0 stars I would give it to them! I ADVISE YOU NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE! They are scammers, they told me I had to pay before seeing my truck. After 3 hours of arguing I payed them and when I went to see my truck they had done absolutely NOTHING. It s like they didn t even look at my truck. I advise you again, DO NOT, come to these people.

I try to give anyone chance no matter what reviews say. But they tore my pockets off! Lied and said they replaced the fuel pump....they spray pai ted the old one a d didnt even do a good job of that. Looked me dead in the face and smiled!!!! Should have known better....no other truck around and shop was very subpar. $ 2700 rip off.....they think they got away with it but what goes around comes around. STAY AWAY!

DPF issue...was charged $6100 in less than 24hours. Some guy named Billy claimed that it was a 2-man job and absolutely rude! Could not give me a quote before starting to work on the truck even with several requests. He kept saying that he did not know how much it would cost. If there was an option for a negative star that's what he would get. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!

Horrible horrible service, called them 3 times and each time he answered the phone then I heard snoring and could hear his wife in the background telling him to wake up. I desperately needed service after calling other companies that weren t open or available. Since there was multiple names of this company, I ended up calling again and he answered with a reassuring voice stating he is putting his clothes on and that I m right down the street from his house, he will be here in 20mins ..two hours later he shows up and says he can t force regen my truck and It s probably got something to do with my transmission. He could tow it for 550 down the street. I declined and he charged me $450 for 5mins and did absolutely nothing! I called another company and they came right away and fixed the problem. Meanwhile he s on the phone with other unsatisfied customers!!! RED FLAGS ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys are criminals. They will charge you for repairs they didn t make them try to hold your equipment hostage. They keep changing the name so they can keep ripping people off. The 2 review are them. Beware! They go by 3 different names. Look up commercial truck and trailer repair. The review tell the story. Don t be a victim to these criminals.Service: Transmission

AVOID THEM! They will take your money when they have done absolutely nothing to your truck! They stole my money, didn t fix anything, didn t let me see my truck before paying, they told me I had to pay before seeing my truck because they knew they didn t do nothing! AVOID THIS PLACE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! They towed my truck and trailer for a non starting issue after 3 weeks, they called me needing to collect payment in order to continue working. I t them 5 grand for the tow and electrical wirings and labor. A month later after calling every other day. They tell us we can leave the trailer, the day we decided to pick it up, they come up with a $50/day. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!Service: Electrical

Just had work done to my truck and was here for a day and they started working then had to go back the next morning and then get there and they are putting everyone before me. So I put my own truck together and then he proceeded to call me a Ni99er this and Ni993r that. I paid them and took it to kenworth and is getting it fixed the right way.

$1000 to tow from 55 sub acale house outside Memphis? 10mi away??? $3000+ just to fix theain airline.....how are these clowns still in business? Got here at 7am and still here!!! Won't take cards, who do they think rides around with 3k in their pockets to pay for repairs????

They are great they help me fix my tire when I needed them they plugged it and if it didn't work they put a patch on it and it seems to work I am glad it was near what I had a flat tire

Dont come here The service is really bad very unprofessional people. My truck part nox sencor in side outlet ewas just 1000 dollar they charged me rest 4000 for nothing,Charged 1200 for tow for just 20 miles.Don't ever get service fake people don't even. They just want bluff you.

Rip off, $2300 for 1h repaire work. very bad place. You will get lucky if they don t do more damage to your truck than what you went there for, like they did to me.

Definitely not recommend to anyone,Stay away from this butcher,they will ripped off all of your pockets & will try their best to make you homeless,also provide no receipts for expenses.Stay away Stay away Stay away.
