These guys were spot on, amazing. Googled for a tire place near us and first one couldn't help. Called Choice Auto and spoke with Mike. Said he could have the exact same tire that day. Tire came in and made arrangements for installation this morning. Got there at 09:30 and Derrick had us on our way in 30 minutes. Great place/people. Thank you guys

Mike and his team were awesome. I came in to get an oil change. He gave me an oil change the way it used to be done.They rotated the tires checking the pressure, other fluid levels, etc. it is rare now-a-days to get true service. I paid less at Tire Choice than I have paid in the past for a 5 min oil change service.People passing through Marion or live in Marion are missing a good deal and great service if you don t go see Mike.

Mike is probably one of the nicest guys I've met. His smile is contagious! I called first thing in the morning to fix my bf's flat tire and he was able to get me in asap! I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Took my vehicle here after going to 3 different mechanics, to get rid of the shaking my steering wheel would I was experiencing at highway speeds. Previously 3 mechanic visits included: tires balanced and rotated twice, rotors and brakes replaced, ball joints checked, etc. Problem was corrected after a balance and alignment, here. Happy with my service here.

I had an oil change and asked them to check my front drivers tire because it keeps leaking down about every two weeks I have to put air in it. They told me they checked it and didn t find anything and they said they rotated my tires. Well I know that was a lie because my front drivers tire is still leaking and if they had rotated the tires the leaking tire would have been in the back. So I am not happy with them. I don t like to be lied to.

Tire choice Marion Arkansas it s a great place to get your vehicle serviced about tires there I get my oil changed there. Also, he changed my air filter and they also drove my car and let me know what was wrong with it because I was hearing our sound and gave me a quote on what it cost to repair, I would recommend Tire choice Marion, Arkansas for there time, patience, and experience

Mike was great. I was in Marion moving my son, and a valve stem came off the tire. When I told him my story of being out of town, Mike made sure that I was taking care quickly. I would highly recommend using the guys for all my tire needs.

We had a tire blow on our camper trailer and called first thing this morning to see if we could get it replaced. Mike was so nice and told us to come right in, that they would take care of us. They were incredibly nice and helpful and had us on our way within the hour. I highly recommend these wonderful professionals!

We unfortunately got a flat on our way to the lake, Friday afternoon. We were so grateful they were able to fit us in last minute into their busy schedule and fix us up with a new tire. We were back on the road within 45 mins or so. The staff was very friendly and we re beyond thankful for their help! They saved our trip that we ve been planning for two months now.

We were traveling through Marion AR and noticed a tire on our fifth wheel was wearing quite a bit unlike the others. Looked for a tire place and found Tire Choice. Mike the manager answered the phone at 7:30 and told us he could take care of us. He did! Great customer service, friendly and got us back on the road in a short time!

Went in for a suspected flat tire and it turned out to be a hairline crack in the rim. The welding of the crack took long and Mike s customer service was top notch.

Oil change, fixed a flat tire, replaced two filters in and out in an hour and a half. This time I made an appointment and they got to my car as soon as I arrived.

Mr. Mike Steele went above and beyond to help me get new tires on my moms car. We were just passing through and had a tire fall apart. He helped us get a hotel for the night and then got us taken care of first thing the next morning.

Nothing but good things to say!! My vehicle got a flat tire mid 10 hour road trip and despite their busy schedule they were able to fit me in and get me on the road in no time. Exceptional service and the friendliest staff you ll ever meet. I can t emphasize enough how awesome this experience was!

We were on our way from Grand Rapids, Michigan to Houston, Texas and our Chevy Suburban s engine began spontaneously stopping while on the highway. It was the Saturday before Christmas and this place was closing at noon. We called ahead and they said they d look at it for us before closing. We arrived at around 11:38am. They were kind and helped us right away. They gave us helpful information and took a lot of care in trying to figure out what was going on. The mechanic climbed right up under the Suburban s hood and tried his best to investigate. He gave us a good recommendation of where to go next because they didn t have the module that we needed. We ended up going to a Chevy dealership in Memphis, but we were grateful for the kindness, generosity, and prompt service from the mechanics at this shop. Thank you!

We are traveling from Florida to Montana. Our truck overheated. We got to the Memphis KOA we were staying at, called 6 GMC Dealerships and no one could get us in for 3 days to a week. We called here and they said it would take until the afternoon to be fixed but they could get it in. We drove it right down there and Mike was awesome! Very social and friendly even gave us BBQ joint recommendations. The work looks solid, took the time he said it would take and we are on our way to St. Louis tomorrow morning as planned. 5

I wouldn't trust this place to air my tires. Went in for a seized caliper and new rotors/pads and hubs. $1500 later, after driving a day or so noticed the caliper was never fixed and a bad grinding sound began. Then they guessed that the break line needed replaced, when it didn't. So I replaced parts I did not need. Came to be they just didn't know how to put the hub on correctly, after I recommended re-checking them. Never seemed sorry and still made me wait to get there problems fixed after payment of course. Parts marked up 5x and I had to pay for double labor and shop fees for there mistakes totaling over 3k.. I would give 0 if available.

This was the greatest experience I ve had when it comes to needing emergency tire repair. I noticed my low tire pressure light just before I arrived at work. I was hoping I could go have it repaired at lunch but my tire was already flat. I called and scheduled and appt for after work. These kind gentleman came to my work, aired my tire up, and followed me back to their shop. They fixed my tire quickly and efficiently and I will definitely continue to give them my business. Very nice people!

I had a piece of rubber molding under the front of the car to keep debris from going into the engine compartment which had come loose and was dragging on the road. I stopped by to see about bringing it in after the first of the New Year to get it removed and/or fixed and he said they could do it then within the hour. They got it fixed and finished within the hour. I very much appreciated how quickly they got it done and how friendly they were.

While traveling between Texas and Indiana, my car developed a bad shake/vibration, and I knew I needed help. I found these guys on Google and decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. They got me in as quick as they could, found the problem (bad tire), fixed it for a reasonable price, and got me back on the road within a few hours. If I lived in this area, I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them for travelers who need an honest shop to get them going again.

We were on vacation back in July and lost our brakes about a half hour out of Memphis, so we stopped in Marion, Ark for the night. The next morning Mike got on the job and was going to get us out right away except they could not find the brake part anywhere nearby. So we had to stay another day, but the part came in Mike had us back on the road before noon. He and his team were very personable and quick to get us on our way, all things considered. And they didn t stick it to us knowing we were between a rock and a hard place. I wish we had an outfit like them here. They d have my business

Great guys! We were just passing through on our way to Indiana and had a catastrophic tire blow out. HAD to get a new tire. Got there about 5:30 and they stayed late to get me back on the road. Definitely take your business here. Even if you have to drive all the way from Texas like I did !

I was coming thru town and needed an oil change. They were completed booked till the next afternoon. They squeezed me in and got it done. Very great customer services and friendly staff. If I am coming thru town and need an oil change I will definitely come here.

I was driving to Chicago from Houston and hit a deer. Tire Choice was the closest place and it was about 7pm. Mike Steele let me lift my car and he helped cut the plate off that was dragging and diagnose damage. He was super nice, didn t charge, and helped me find hotel. I d bring my car here every time in the future if I lived in the area. A+
