These are some of the most lazy, prejudice, inexperienced people I have ever known at the UP Marion Railroad. They stand around hide and peep to see if the drivers can see them. It s totally sad and horrible we are not on paper logs we are on ELD s. I wish it could get better but that s a wish. The person in charge is even worse no matter how nice you are to them they are all the same. But remember you all are working with the public no one made you apply for the job.
