The Owner , Gary, came to our house to diagnose a no start issue on my 2009 Sprinter RV. He is knowledgeable, prompt, friendly -putting up with a guy that asks too many questions to understand the problem- priced very reasonably, and gave price of service call up front with no surprises! I subsequently chose Rapid Response to replace the starter, solenoid and relay for a price over $1000 less than the Sprinter dealer that we have always used! He is now our new service guy for all our Sprinter needs!I recommend Rapid Response Truck and Trailer for all your Truck needs!Thanks Rapid Response for a job well done!

Rapid Response truck and trailer got my truck fixed and back on the road. It s rare to have a shop answer their phone but these guys were always available when I needed them. Great service, knowledgeable mechanics and friendly communications. Thanks for everything and for going the extra mile to get me back on the road. And a big personal thanks to Gary for giving me a lift to a hotel while my truck was being repaired. Especially after a snow storm, my hats off to you and your staff for not folding in the wintry conditions.

Went there for diagnostic service , owner and techs spent 2 hrs diagnosing the issues , they determined truck needed to be smoke tested. They didn't have the equipment to perform the service and recommended another shop. All this work was performed and I was not charged anything. Owner said that if he couldn't fix the issue then there would be no charge. Great integrity and great people. Highly recommend.

Changing the oil in my car used to be a real headache before I found these guys. Gary does a visual inspection of my car every time i bring my car in and he is very knowledgeable.. I thought they only worked on big trucks but it turns out they work on cars too. I have not needed any repairs on my car, but if I ever do I'm bringing it here.

Gary from RRT&T is the best! He got us (with four dogs and a newborn baby) back on the road the very next day after our camper snapped a leaf spring and then blew two tires as a result. Had to have camper towed to his shop in the middle of the night. Gary and his team started on our camper as soon as they got in in the morning and had it done in just a few hours. Can t thank him and his crew enough for answering late at night and being so willing to fix it!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I told mechanic to replace air hose from air compressor to air dryer on my cascadia. He said hose is good without checking and replaced air compressor and problem was not fixed then he has to change hose because it was blocked. Oil was leaking from air compressor and I showed mechanic on the spot and he said he couldn t do anything about it. I have to drive 75 miles to other shop, when they took off compressor to find the cause of leakage, they found only 3 out of 4 mount bolts of air compressor were put and rag was squeezed inside 4th hole causing leak. I had to pay labor of 14 hours again just because of 1 missing bolt. Very dreadful and lousy job.

I couldn t see at night driving with my headlights so I went to rapid response and he ordered new ones and bought a tool for my car, without charging, just to put them in correctly and he also adjusted them.

I cant express how much I appreciate these guys, super friendly and honest, saved me more than half of what I would have paid. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I have a load at 9:30pm and got stuck at 2:00pm by 3:45 I was on my way. Highly recommend, as a OTR truck driver, these guys saved my day

While traveling through Tennesse we discovered we had a rear axle seal leak on our Tiffin Bus. Called Gary while driving and said he would meet us at the RV park where we would be staying in Memphis for the night. Gary arrived just minutes after us. And about an hour later he had the seal repaired and done. Great guy, very accomodating and a super fair price, especially for a mobile tech! Highly recommend!
