Rebecca and the rest of the crew are always there to answer questions with a big smile and kind word for the customers of this location. This was a picture they let me take before heading off to a social function and brightening up everybody's Christmas. This team is A++. Where some O'Reilly's locations around the US that both my husband Chet and I have been to a few, this is the absolute best so far for any of the stores around the US where we have stepped in. If they see you looking confused they jump right in and ask if they can help. They greet you coming in and tell you to have a blessed day going out. They all deserve a raise and recognizing for doing a great job at being the face of the company. Great Job O'Reilly's In MARION, ARKANSAS. Byron at this location helped me purchase a new set of tag lights and also installed them for me. He was kind and helpful throughout the whole process and I highly recommend this location for anyone who doesn t know a lot about how to do small maintenance on their vehicle - they really helped me out in a pinch today!

They allowed someone to use my company account from another state. They were not helpful in getting this resolved. They don't care about thier customers. I would look for a different O'reilly to buy from. The company is good but not this location.

They were extremely helpful when our car broke down in Marion unexpectedly. They were patient with kids being hyper while they worked as well. A GREAT experience and they saved the day.

Their website is very misleading . Prices on website or cheaper than prices instore plus pictures and information isn't always as it seems.

Asked for one simple thing: replacement headlight bulb for truck. Gave her all info about truck, she gave me wrong bulb, doesn't fit, cost $50. Terrible Service. This is in a rural area and I'm sure I'm not the only person that had over a 60 mile round trip from home to here and back. Shame on you. Use your catalogs to look up the proper part numbers instead of being so disrespectful to other humans.

I've been a faithful O'Reillys shopper since 2009. I had an older Corvette that needed a LOT of work. All the other auto parts stores always told me the part I needed at any particular time was "discontinued" (yes, even NAPA) O'Reilly got every thing I needed and at times contacted the manufacturer to get what I needed.Haven't shopped any where else since.Edit: Recently their return policy has changed. If you purchased a part with a "lifetime warranty " 10 years ago, and don't have the original packaging, you're S.O.L. even when your purchase is logged in their computer.I purchased 6 door handles for the same vehicle in about 2 months because they kept breaking, and threw the package away for the last one and they wouldn't let me return it after it broke. I mean who keeps the original packaging when you expect the item to last more than a week.
