I purchased a 2020 GMC Van in 2022 with King Motor Company. Still to this day, I have to call every month to request a new drive out tag since I have been given the run around about the title of the van from the start. I have not been given any updates on the status of the title or why this has been such a hassle. I do not recommend doing business and will not be doing business with King Motor in the future.

I searched all over for a truck for 3 months and just couldn t find what I wanted at a fair price, then found King Motors. My wife and I were both impressed with the staff, truck selection, and prices. A week after I bought my truck, it had a serious braking issue, and when I called, they took care of the costly repair. Don t waste your time anywhere else.

I viewed a nice truck online and contacted the dealership by phone. I got the information I needed from very polite and knowledgeable employees and then drove to Marion. I was given the keys to take a test drive and loved the truck. They politely and patiently went through the purchase process even though there was a computer delay in my electronic transfer of purchase funds. King Motor Company also does not charge the doc fee which is almost universal among dealerships , a testament of the character of the owner. You pay the sales price without a lot of add ons. I plan to be a repeat customer and recommend the dealership to others.

I bought a car in 2015 from Jacob Patterson. He was very attentive to my wants and needs and found the perfect car for me. King Motor Company has the best selection and is guaranteed to find you the vehicle that you are needing. I would recommend this company to anyone local or non local.

We drove down from KY to do business with King Motor co. Dealership is very nice and well taken care of. The vehicle looked just as described in person or better than it did online. Jacob was very professional and nice to work with. Speedy and painless deal. Would buy again.

King Motor Company is a great company to buy your car from. I worked with Jacob Patterson and Jim King while trying to find my car. They were able to work with a dealership in Mississippi to find the best car for me. They even helped transport the car to me. We drove nearly 8 hours to do business with Jim King and it was worth every mile. He was honest and gave me bottom line before traveling which was a tremendous stress relief. Upon arrival not only did he stand on his word but he had everything ready so that after a quick spin and a few minutes of paperwork, literally, we were able to get back on the road in our perfect conditioned vehicle! With his contacts he was also able to send us in the direction of the best finance offer we found! We absolutely love our new Jeep! Would not have it without Jim King!

First contacted Mr. King by phone. Mr. King and his staff were veryfriendly, helpful and professional. No hassle. I drove 12 hours to buy the vehicle and got a very warm welcome by Mr. King and his staff. His vehicle lot and building were clean, organized and wonderfully decorated. Mr. King had all the paperwork ready and in order and the vehicle looked just as advertised. King Motor Company is the epitome of the "All American", well run and honest business that America longs for....

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a truck from King Motor Company. Everyone that I encountered was extremely professional, and friendly. I would recommend that anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle go by their first. Their inventory is top of the line, and their prices were better than anywhere I found in Memphis.

My husband and I drove from Southern Illinois to purchase a 2014 Black Chevy Silverado 4x4 single cab short bed truck and we love it!! It was well kept by previous owner and very clean when we looked at it !! We couldn't find anything in Illinois so my husband widened his search and found this small dealership with well kept vehicles. He found the Silverado in the short bed 4x4 he wanted. .Jacob let us test drive the truck....Fell in love with the smooth ride of the 4x4.....Just couldn't leave without it. They had all the paperwork ready when we got there since we drove so far, very nice of them cause they knew we wanted it....How could you not want it such a awesome truck!I would recommend King Motor Co. for anything for the reason of the friendly atmosphere and for any vehicle on their lot....BTW they had some really nice ones also!! I have to admit I don't think I've seen cleaner used cars, but, that's where it ends. I tried earnestly to purchase a vehicle from King Motor Co. but the lack of communication is something that leaves alot to be desired. I found a 2009 Acadia that I wanted to purchase, I had ti initiate the majority of communication between myself and the self proclaimed, righteous Christian man Jim King claims to be. He claims to live by the "Golden Rule", but in reality does anything but. I filled out the credit app. explained some things to Jim in relation to my credit and he assured me he would what he could with his finance source. I had to call JIm to find out I was approved, I had something come up in regards to the deposit and said to him send the loan docs and I'll sign them so that he will be paid the majority of the money. He may have been spooked by my comment about not sending the deposit at first and instead bringing it with me when i picked up the car, in any event he would've been paid for the car from the finance co. ahead of time. I asked him to email a copy of the title back on the 29th of March he said he would send it Monday April 6th, never received. I still haven't heard from him and now I see the vehicle I wanted to buy is no longer on his website. All I can say is that this guy may espouse christian values but that's as far as it goes. I've been in sales for over 30 years now and all I can say is you never pre-judge a potential customer, especially someone that preaches his adherence to the "Golden Rule".
