Life Saver Thank you! Repaired tire after J&T Semi repair shop did not repair correctly !!!

Honest and helpful.I had already agreed to come in for four new tires for a better price than anywhere else, but then he informed me right before I paid that he found a better price. He could have easily not said anything, but he did because it s obvious that he cares about the customers. I overheard him give a similar price reduction for at least two other people while I was waiting.Highly recommended. I won t go anywhere else for tire service.Although . a few more chairs in the lobby would be nice.

It has been a year sense I stopped for help! I lost the contact info! It just popped up on my phone I am so glad, these folks were so kind to me, I was on a cross country trip to my sister's in Huston Texas. I pulled over on the interstate, when I pulled over there was a lot of trash on the shoulder of the road, I ran over some of it. After that my low tire pressure light came on. I got off at the next exit , I stopped at a convenient store for help, they told me that help was a quarter mile away. I went to Hart tire , I told them what happened I was instructed to pull my car into the the service bay. They found that there was no problem, they adjusted the air in all 4 tires. There was no charge for the service. I could not believe the Honesty and kindness they showed to me. I highly recommend this tire shop to anyone that needs tires or tire service!

Great customer service, bought 1 new steer, had it mounted, and had 2 drives swapped out with my spares within 1 hour, no waiting. Thank you Hart Tire and your staff

I was trailering my sailboat and wanted to get my spare tire fixed. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted outside with a helpful heart. He immediately had someone replace my tire on the spare and had them check all the air pressure in my trailer, which turned out to be a life saver. Upon a closer look, they found some metal coming through my tire and a bulge on the side like it was getting ready to blow. They replaced all tires and got me back on my trip all within 30 minutes. I couldn't believe the responsiveness. I don't live anywhere near there, or I would say I'd be doing all my business there in the future, but I definitely recommend anyone looking for exceptional customer service and wanting to be treated as a person "friend", then that's the right place to go. Those guys made me want to stick around for a while and have a BBQ with them.Great Job, and thanks for helping out a tired sailor.

Kyle from Hart Tire Service went out of his way to help my parents when they had a blowout on their motorhome. He was not only professional, but he was a really nice guy! I'm so glad that I called Hart Tire Service!

We stopped in here after picking up a flat tire on the highway near by. Unfortunately they weren't able to help fix the tire as it was beyond repair. They don't stock new tires but they called some other local shops and found us what we needed. They treated us like family and even gave our son a snack while we waited. This place knows how to do customer service! Also the tech who helped us with the tire (Freddy) was super nice!!

This is the epitome of a successful family business! Kyle, is the one to call on I 40 in eastern Arkansas. Freddy is the tire specialist! The young lady had the tires at the location super quick! Will let them quote new tires in the future.

Had some unfortunate events while changing a tire, and at the end of the job, the head guy told us to just go on ahead, without charging us for a tire & the repair of another tire.These are truly good people. Always support your local shops!

Zero stars if that was available. Came in 36 min before closing. I needed only 1 tire out on a rim. Less than 5 min job anywhere. Owner told me he was to tired to go somewhere else. So I recommend somewhere else as well

WOW, Hart Tire Service is sooo service oriented. I was travelling on I-40 and had a flat. The roadside service only changed my tire and put my spare on my vehicle... I could not locate any tire repair shop on Broadway St in West Memphis.... We continued to travel west on Hway 70 and finally came to Hart Tire Service... I was serviced as soon as I pulled into the middle Bay. The Owner blessed me and my tire was fixed and We was on the road again. I will take all of my tire needs to Hart Tire Service!!!! Thanks so much for Your Service!!!!

Cool spot to go when all these stupid truck stops crying that they can't legally fix your tires cause they see metal cords and crying about they dot certified and can't fix it man go to Hart and they'll plug your tire and fix whatever and have you outta there quicker than you believe plus they actually recap tires there if your interested

Thanks yall help us out like you don't know! Have kiddo with 3 rare diseases the only one in the world we were on are way back from lelebour hospital heading to Bentonville AR and had tire issue and they helped out immediately and 40 dollars 15 minutes and we're still good thanks!

Travel from Chicago to Houston Texas about to lose a tire and Mr Hart just by him looking at the he knew what was wrong. He fix it and got my family back on the road. I highly recommend
