I'm very happy today. The Doc helped me in 9�F weather and we put my battery in. Those great store managers are still around.

They asked funny questions, like where I was from because I do not speak with the regional dialect. Curiosity is a wonderful trait in humans.

My phone died and wouldn't charge in my car. I pulled into auto zone and asked if I could charge my phone. They were so friendly and had no problem helping me. I saw people being helped and they were very good at what they did.

Won't ever go back they give me the wrong part Everytime. Went and ordered a part yesterday at 12:30 and was told it was supposed to be there by 5:30 well the next day and it's still not there

I really liked the customer service here. The associate I dealt with went over and beyond to try to insure I got the best price and quality they had available for my vehicle.. Wonderful experience..

Great experience! The manager Dave took a personal interest in making sure my experience was great. I wanted them to check my starter. He hooked up and found my battery was bad. He took the battery off cleaned my terminals and greased everything up before installing my new battery. He then took the time to rerun the test to make sure everything was good. Great attention to detail and making sure the job was done right.

They were awesome! Helping us put a new battery in our truck when tornado sirens went off. They then let us hide out in the storm. They were very considerate and understanding.

Well to be honest being a reserve firefighter and working for D.O.T. I felt kind of disrespected by the fact that I was being watched as if I were a shoplifter by whom I believe was a manager. And it really made it more insulting by the fact I had a thin blue line decal in my hand and was looking at some extra safely flashing indicator lights I was planning on purchasing for my personal vehicle in case I'm needed for an emergency. However after the fourth or fifth time of seeing him peeking at me and asking me for the third time for what I was looking for (even though I informed him already) I decided I would purchase some safely lights elsewhere. I would like to say the kind woman who checked me out was very respectful and courteous which made the experience somewhat better. Hopefully this honest opinion helps.

Never had any issues when going to this location. Nothing bad or overly good. Just your typical auto zone. The guys working will help you the best they can, prices are a little ridiculous however, which is why the 4 stars. 50 bucks for wiper blades...the cheapies at that. Almost 80 bucks for a decent pair of replacement blades. Edit: Guess I should make it clear that it's not this particular store running up the prices, it's just the industry as a whole.

It was my son's first baseball game and he just loved it. The food was a little in the high side price wise but he is to small to eat it anyway. Parking pretty easy. All in all kinda loved it.

Worker didn't tighten my battery cables aft putting my new one in. My SUV stalled while I was driving on expressway. I could've been in a bad accident...but God's grace. It shouldn't have happened. I was very upset. Stay focus please!!!

My husband and I went in there today and from the time we entered until we left the 3 employees there stood around every corner watching us like we were thiefs! We wasn't even done shopping and one guy kept saying I'll check you here. We decided not to purchase anything and will take our business elsewhere. Won't be back!

Last month bought a 9006 low beam headlight and asked if they could change it for me. I already knew how to but asked just for sake of not doing it myself... Super lazy lol. The older guy said he'd have to take the entire headlight out to change the bulb. THE BULB!!! Either he didn't know what he was talking about or he didn't want to do it either. I changed the bulb in front of him and left. Love the place. Quick and friendly service.

10/7/20 walked in the unlocked at 7:30 (the opening time) the other door was locked thought they may have just not had a chance to unlock it yet. When I walked in I was greeted with the rudest attitude telling me they are not open for another 2 minutes and stared at me till I walked back out the door. Really if it was only two minutes could I have not got what I needed off the shelf and burnt that two minutes up. Why someone should bring up two minutes is unreal. Just a heads up to everybody oriellys across the interstate is open earlier and on mornings when I ve been pushed for time and got there a few minutes early they have unlocked the door a little early for me. They are ready to work and do there job. Will be going there from now on. I ve always caught hell at the Marion autozone and this is the last time. Will definitely be using oriellys from now on.

Auto Zone West Memphis, don't go there if you want respectful, courteous service for your hard earned money. If you like profanity and you thrive on disrespectful environments, that's your place. Good luck.

I couldn't get the help I needed because they are no longer allowed to come out and check your car due to covid-19... That was a big let down...!!! But from previous visits, they've normally been helpful... I would continue to shop here.

While traveling for my job, I woke up to a vehicle that wouldn't start. I called AutoZone and they came to my vehicle, jumped it off and sent me down the road to the store. At the store, they replaced my battery and put the computer on it to make sure it was only my battery. These guys went the extra mile to help me! Highly recommend these guys!!

I just want to say that I will never walk back into this store again the guy was rude for no reason other than him having to work in a state of crisis because he's the only one that has to work in the world and he's the only one out here putting his life on the line

If you know what your looking for, then it is a great place to pick up things off the shelf and buy them. I sometimes wonder about the qualifications and mental abilities of those who work there. If you need the need to buy parts, I would advise either O'Reillies or Advance Auto instead.

Dude found an inexpensive gas cap, the whole thing was easy and my check engine light stopped coming on. He thought Subaru was a Suburban but that's okay lol.

There was a guy who kept lying about helping me and when i was walking out the store i heard him talking about me. I went to another part store and had plenty of help. I am done with AutoZone

great place for low prices. Apparently the mice like the store also. The candy bars were nibbled by the mice. Dont buy the candy just the auto products.
