6 out of 5 stars! Frank (Owner) was communicative, friendly and positive!He is a fair, honest, and very knowledgeable guy.Employees were on time and extremely professional. Cost was fair, work was efficient and mechanic's were polite, neat and respectful. They did the job quickly and explained what they were doing every step of the way.Appreciate the prompt & courteous service!!! <3I will recommend The Shop to my friends. I've been here twice, and I will definitely be coming back. I had two great experiences here. Frank is such an awesome guy! He will stop to explain things for you if you ask him, and he gives great service as well as great rates. I highly recommend going to The Shop next time you need your car repaired. Frank and all of his employees werevp awesome. Very knowledgeable and caring about my family. Frank and his dad even played and talked to my 4 year old he loved them. The best place to go in Malvern, very reasonable on prices as well. My family will be going back for all of our vehicle needs.
