Quick, reasonable priced, friendly and efficient. Due to a car cutting us off for them to slam on their breaks we decided to take the muddy median rather than plowing into the back of the car. We were pretty buried but thankfully we did not tip over. I called and told dispatch where we were and we had someone out in 15 minutes. They took care of us 100%! Thank you guys again!

Fantastic response and service! We had an axle fail on our 5th wheel RV. Great response in getting our truck and 5th wheel loaded and towed to the repair shop!

I could not believe they charged me $500 to get my car after my fiance killed himself. Predatory towing at its finest. Tried to speak to the owner but he could not be bothered to call back.

Very very expensive! I got my truck towed about 95 miles making it 180 round trip all miles including door to door for their return back to their shop. We were quoted $395 an hour.. plus $395 to hook up. The bill came out to $2100 plus dollars. The driver was cool, but far too expensive to use ever again God forbid...They will offer to store your trailer at no extra cost depending on what shop they tow you to. I give them low stars for the outrageous costs alone. Being the only heavy hauler in the area, I was told by other local haulers, we didn t have much of a choice..Even our insurance company was shocked by the price..lol, but we survived..

I needed a pull start as my road tractor wouldn t start. The guy claimed that it s not something that he d felt comfortable doing as he d have to go to hot springs as that s where I m at. Sounds more like he just didn t want money. Didn t even say hey let me call my boss. As it wouldn t occupy his time short of road time.

Awesome people!!!! Can not say enough good about these guys. When my wife had a wreck they were the most profession nice guys who really cared for my wife and the way the car was handled. Another time I have my trailer loaned out to a friend and I had to move my old corvette I m restoring to paint and body shop that specializes in older fiberglass repair these guys secured and covered my car an moved it on sat at a great price. These are awesome guys. Treated my wife with a lot of respect!!!!!!!Services: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

Great service nice folks kind of expensive though . They picked my car up after a wreck and had it for five days I picked it up after hrs ( so my first tow was after hrs too and each after hrs fee is 75$) my total bill came out to 840$. Luckily my insurance paid all but 15$ of that (FB if your curious) I'd call them again in a pinch but if it wasn't an emergency I'd shop around for cheaper

Takes advantage of people when vehicle is impounded. Very rude. And 4 hours counts as a full day storage fee.
