I wanted to be pleased with this transaction but I can't say that I am.The workers there don't seem to be able to complete the simple tasks correctly and the owner doesn't seem to care.Maybe I'm just to critical but I don't think you should try to lay out dimensions if you can't read a tape measure.If you can't read the words on the box of parts, you probably shouldn't be installing the parts.If you aren't going to hire competent workers, you should check their work to make sure the work is done correctly.I will say that I did finally get them to do all of the work corrected but it took three trips to get it done. I'm pretty sure I'll find someone else to do things for my trailers next time.

My family was just starting out on a long road trip and our trailer had an issue. They fixed it in 30 mins and charged us very little for it. Would definitely go back if we ever had another issue.
