Very friendly and accommodating staff. We had broken down at the nearby Loves and OReilly was very helpful in setting aside the part we needed until I got there to pick it up

Ordered a lawnmower belt and was told it would be there the next day by 2pm. Called at 3pm and the truck had just ran. Went to pick it up and they forgot to put it on the truck from Hot Springs. They said it would be next week before they would have it. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Lazy female employee up there with brunette hair. Came up there to have my codes ran on my truck. Too busy distracted by getting sprinkled on while wearing a raincoat that she gave me the wrong code to something that wasn't even wrong with my truck, proceeded to give me the wrong part to replace. (This was on Wednesday)Fast forward to Friday my truck won't start. (Something was draining the battery so I was trying to fix it since I had bought a brand new battery on Tuesday) get it charged enough to run codes on it. Lady gave me the wrong problem codes.I don't understand why people are being lazy, do your job that you're paid to do.

I broke down on my way to a camping trip. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty. They are several trips back to the store for tools and stayed with me until I got the radiator on my truck and was ready to go. They are awesome!!! Thanks guys I appreciate all the help.

Adrion is very professional and his customer service is top notch. I purchased a front headlight and signal light and he put them in for me at no additional cost and also checked to make sure all the lights were working properly. I am very appreciative that I didn't have to go anywhere else to find someone to put them in. FIVE-STAR SERVICE

Had my radiator in stock and this was very surprising! Old 2000 dodge caravan. Who has parts for these anymore? Not many forsure, I know, I have to fix mine when stuff goes south when I'm out on the road. Great counter help and just a great visit.

I buy from the store on Airport Rd near intersection of Albert Pike and Airport Rd. Cruz is my go to guy. Always gets me the right part and has vast knowledge of cars and trucks. Customer service is tops. Keep up the great work Cruz I'll see you this week for more parts!

I mean, if you're a Ford guy, they will actually be able to get the parts you need! Unlike their competitors across the street at the zone, who claims that it's a dealer only item. And that's only if they don't turn around and go"well, I don't think I will be able to get it at all"! That's been the shared experience of my buddy and I this week,& each time we have been there they've ended up saying that they can't even get it! But, O'Reilly's had it in stock!

I walked in looking for something to help renew the look of some faded plastic. One male employee and one female employee. Neither ever said hello or offered any assistance. I walked through the store for approximately ten minutes. I then walked towards the door, looked back, and they never acknowledged my existence in the store. They were enjoying each other's company. I guess they can continue that conversation at the employment office. My point is that the only thing keeping small business's open is customer service. Say hello and offer assistance. It really effects the success of your employer and own personal success. Without personal interaction your business will eventually close its doors and the internet will have your job.

I need a light for my low beams in the front. It would have been great for them to install it also. But I don't know if that's their job it Larry Frazier and Randall had me spoiled.

On the way traveling from texas to Tennessee, my car suddenly stopped working at the highway.The tow truck dropped us at this O Reilly.The guys working there offered us the best service and help.Me and my family really appreciate the help was offered from the assistant manager Nicole and the gentleman Michael.

Not enough employees, there were only two people working and the store was slam packed ,one person was outside checking batteries and sensors and the one lady was in the store running around like crazy. They were very nice and apologetic because it took so long ,by no means was it their fault ,management needs to hire more employees

They had the part I needed at a really good price and the store was clean. The salesman was a little odd but I'm sure somebody somewhere thinks the same about me.

Over priced auto parts store. Used to have knowledgeable folks working here, back when Larry and Randal ran it, pretty much the same as autozone up the road.

I'm not sure they really deserve two Stars the prices are astronomical the parts are cheap made and the internet will usually get them to you faster.
