These guys are fantastic. Came to me and replaced my battery. It was a mercedes so passenger seat had to come out. They were fast professional and have an awesome attitude. This gentleman provides such an amazing service to the community. We were on the last leg of a road trip, checked out of our hotel on a Sunday morning, to a truck that wouldn't start and still 300 miles from home. He returned my VM promptly and was at the hotel within 20 min. He got us taken care of and back on the road. He was more than affordable. So much so, I tipped extra out of appreciation for how much money HE saved me between potential tow costs, additional hotel charges and missed work that would have happened had I had to wait until Monday for traditional shops to open. Can't say enough positive about my experience and I'm so grateful for his willingness to show up and take care of our situation when no one else was there for us.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Overall, honest quick working and helpful, if I lived close. These folks would be my go to mechanic for every situation.Keep reading for details.Thank goodness they answered the phone. A broke down car 300 miles from home on a weekend and no one to assist is what I would call an emergency. I tried 8 places, mechanics and shops and other mobile mechanics with no luck. But when I called C & J, they said they could help. They gave me a dispatch fee up front, no guessing, they showed up in timely manner and gave regular location updates. Upon arrival, I explained what the situation seemed to be and what we had tried so far and within 10 min, he had it diagnosed and we had a plan. They made it simple and helped me out on the price of labor for install and went to get the part. This is where all the other places had sketchy reviews about not coming back after getting paid, but not these folks. They were back with the correct part within 20 min and work started. Got the car running in way less time than we anticipated and we were on our way. We had one additional problem, that thankfully turned out to be a quick fix, but they helped us with it and the car is running like new and we made it back home. they said this monday they check out my car. then said oh were super busy. then next day i asked about them checking out my car they said oh well actually were on vacation. never mentioned vacation that while scheduling me. unreliable dishonest beware using these people . im not the one who scheduled me for this monday. that was all on yalls part. i wouldnt contact this business again regardless.

These folks are fantastic. He took a look at my Husqvarna mower, picked up the needed parts and had it back together in no time. Did the job and did it right! Very pleased. Fast and friendly. I will definitely use them again!

Me and my friends were coming threw going to Houston. I called them cause our car stopped working after we gassed up. Unfortunately the car was unfixable but they made sure we had everything we needed and somewhere to go before they let us out they site. They were a lifesavee for me. I could not get anyone to even look at my BMW for at least a month out. It turns out that a new battery took care of my problem. If I could give NO STAR I would! Communication skills are HORRIBLE! IF YOU TRYNA GET SOMETHING FIXED RIGHT AWAY DONT GO TO THESE FOLKS! THEY DO NOT RESPOND AND THEY WILL RESCHEDULE AND NEVER SHOW UP. Pick and choose who they want to service. I'll be giving them a bad review to EVERYBODY! Just horrible What does it being just two of y'all have to do with responding and communicating with someone. Like I said, HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL For example, YOU CAN GET ON HERE AND RESPOND TO A REVIEW BUT CANT TEXT A CLIENT AND LET THEM KNOW ANYTHING! Had to have them Casey come out and help me get my stranded truck started after being stuck in the snow and wouldn t start. They jumped me but had to get another vehicle to help because I have I big diesel that has 2 batteries to start. Got me up and running them charged me a very fair price . Our turbo went down insurance Ford, I had (no joke) called 15 other places with no luck. We called Casey and they set an appointment, was here the time they said, worked all day in the heat, until it was done. Very friendly and knew his business. I will definitely get Casey to do my work as longas I'm close enough for them to come out!!!! Than you all somucyu were or angels today!!

Where do I start, they was on time very professional and they know what they was doing. They truly blessed me man I could have been dead in the truck I was driving, thanks to C&J I'm still alive. These guys are life savers! In the crazy heat our radiator needed to be replaced and they made an extra effort to make sure we got back on the road in basically no time. They came right out to where we were broken down and made what seemed like a disastrous situation (couldn t find a shop open because it was Sunday), into a minor inconvenience. We re from Indiana passing all the way through to Mexico and we ve already been telling our friends who makes the same journey about their service in case they break down near Little Rock/Texarkana.

My experience was terrible was going get water pump put on car now can't drive my car and still leaking all he could tell me was did not pay him enough when he told me before he come the price now my car not running at all he working on his own car stay away he will take your money make no effort to fix your car

The nicest most helpful mechanic you'll ever want to know
