Best service ever and they had the tires I needed. Big plus was they brought me home and picked me up when truck was done. Highly recommend them.

Those people are simply the best! Easy to deal with, they ship fast and they take responsibility for their mistakes. They communicate with you and care about your satisfaction. Highly recommended place and definitely coming back for future needs.The owner John kept in touch through the whole thing and made sure everything went right.

My daughter and I were getting over a rough time with the death of her father/my husband. We went on a crystal dig and got a flat tire on the way. Forever thankful to Scot for taking great care of us. Left with a new tire and lots of smiles. Before you let your loved ones on the road make sure they have his number in case they need help with tires. My next tires will come from JBM!

Just want to give a shout out to the guys at JBM tire and wheel wholesale in Malvern AR! These guys went above and beyond to help me out with getting my lift kit in for my truck by today! Ordered it two days ago! They worked with me too since I have an 8-5 job and delivered it to my local shop in Glenwood Arkansas ! These guys a tier above anyone else on customer service! Scott, Steven; guys I appreciate you so much! Wheels tires or all things off road these guys will hook you up!

When my mom and I got a flat that couldn't be fixed, we thought our whole day would be ruined! Luckily Scott saved the day by giving us a great deal on a new tire and had us back on our way to adventure in a flash! Thank you, Scott and crew, for showing us good old fashioned Southern hospitality. We are customers for life!

As a franchise dealer very under whelmed by this company. ordered a tire and wheels, a level kit, and running boards for a ram they sent stuff for a silverado then while waiting on the correct stuff to get here, the customer decided to source his own products from tire rack they do not do refunds but only give credit. Considering the manager has ordered from them 4 times and we have yet to not have an issue I would be weary of ordering anything unless your trying to recover your $ by spending credits on something that was their fault. not only that but trying to get them to pickup their errors took close to 6 months (granted this was during covid close downs) and i would under stand a month maybe even 2 considering the times but space is a limited here for me to act as a storage facility and only get credits in return.

Their wholesale department needs to work from the ground up, 80% of the orders weren't on time(I actually sat down and did the math), and their website isn't up to date, thus selling you items they no longer have in their inventory. "Guess so" seems to be the answer of choice to any questions regarding complaints. Is two-stars a little harsh? "Guess so"

Even though they didn't have what I was looking for they tried a lot more than most would have. Not many places are going to have a key for locked lugs.
