Absolutely amazing 10/10 best people would only recommend these guys!!! After another mechanic broke my spark plug due to inexperience and bad work ethic these guys fixed the impossible it was supposedly 100% going to take the head being pulled yet they came through and fixed it. For $95! After that a light fell out of a bracket which they also fixed then the fixed a clunk which they found in 2 minutes after multiple other mechanics couldn t find it for years I ve never had more professional work done on my car they can do the impossible and they re amazing people I can t express enough gratitude to them.Service: Engine repair

TLDR: overcharged for coolant, didn't fix true overheating problem, completed work on the car before letting me know what the issue was....My car has been having overheating issues. I *just* replaced the fan and radiator, but it kept overheating so we knew that wasn't the problem. Someone suggested that we go to Spittler's so they could check it out. I dropped it off so they could look at it and tell me what was wrong, and I would decide what to do from there. First of all, they called me back saying they already did the work, they didn't let me know about the issue and decide if I wanted them to work on it. Second, they said the issue was due to low coolant, and (I believe) overcharged me for a "coolant issue" ($80). Third, that didn't fix anything at all! My car is still having the exact same problems. I will not be using Spittler again.

They're great mechanics and people you can trust. From my experience, they never try to upsell or rip you off. When my car had real issues, they always fixed them, and a couple of times they honestly said it was an easy fix, or nothing was wrong with the car, and didn't charge me a penny. Quick turnaround times, too, but be sure to make an appointment, as they have a lot of customers!

They seem to be a trustworthy establishmentJust make sure you ask about ALL service charges.I got charged $25 service charge for asking to verify if I had a battery leak. Since I purchased the battery at auto zone, he said he would take care of it. Me, not realizing to ask if there was a fee.I thanked them for their service, but I had already made arrangements with auto zone and they would have replaced the battery (which they did for free) and installation- free.I just wish Spittler would have informed me there was a service fee.

Car was dropped off to check on a part that was replaced a year ago. Instead of calling me to tell me it wasn t under warranty they did other work and then charged me for it. Some very high priced labor at that!! Won t ever use them again.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

They over charged me for coolant issues and my car is still overheating. I took it to another mechanic because my car has gotten so bad that it shut itself off due to overheating. I trusted Spittler with the issue and they made it worse. I took my car to Splittler 3 times and each time they did not call me for a whole week. If you're having coolant issues, I suggest you go somewhere else.

Took my girlfriends car in ti get an alignment, they told her it qas gonna be 500 dollars worth of repairs (i knew right off the bat that was a lie) so we took it to her dad, who a mechanic. Just in another state. He told her that nothing was wrong with it but an alignment. If I could put no stars at all I would, terrible place.

Spittler Tire & Auto are always amazing. They go above and beyond the satisfaction of the customers needs. They do everything to make sure our vehicles are working and running properly. Always prompt to respond about any issues we have and amazing customer service! My vehicles wont go to anyone else!

This place has gotten to where it only cares about the mighty dollar. Took my car in for one thing when I went to pick it up my was triple what I was told. They told me they went ahead and fixed some other stuff. I never asked them to do that because I didn't have the money at that time. They said "we can ways go unfix it!" Rude, discourteous

I've taken my car to these folks a few times for some relatively minor problems. The most recent visit was prompted primarily by a dead battery which I had to replace to get it to the shop. I was concerned that it might be a problem with the alternator, and asked them to check it. While I was at it, I got new tires and had them check the pads and rotors and a turn signal that was out. Despite ample opportunity to pad the bill with unnecessary work, the only electrical issue was the old battery I'd already replaced, and the only other work besides the tires was a new blinker bulb and topping off the brake fluid. They've always been completely honest and competent in my experience, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Took my truck there for an alignment, was told I needed $1300 worth of parts and service to fix the front end before they would do an alignment. Took it to 3 other mechanics for a second opinion, they were unable to find anything wrong with the front end besides an alignment. The front end had also been replaced not even a year before they looked at it.

I like them. But the condition the driveways/parking lot is in, you need a 4 wheel drive truck. Or else be supper carefull. Iv giving them my car couple times to fix/repair things on it. The 1st time I gave them my car they turned the rotors, put new brake pads on, rotated the tires, and aligned the front end. They did a very good job. The 2nd time i gave them my car was to put new 02 sensers in. They knew to disconnect the ground on the battery 1st, a lot of mechanic shops forget to do that. And it will screw the cars computer up. And then when they finished, hooked they're diagnostic machine to the cars computer to reset reset it, check everything and make sure everything is in working order. And they did it for a reasonable price. And now my car gets 40-43mpg again.

overpriced and if you re not good friends with them they ll put you dead last. if you re good friends with them you can expect them to get done fairly quickly. didn t care for them at all

Messed up my car tires sound like a truck very noisy he does not know what he doing had yo back many times get brakes tires keep saying no help come back never got front end aligned machine was broken my car was damaged
