My personal experience with the team in Magnolia has always been great. They are willing to work with you to assure that you are pleased and happy with your selection. I've visited several locations around the arkla-tex but the friendliness doesn't compare to the Magnolia HomeTeam. If you haven't given them a try, I would suggest that you do.

I enjoyed the experience, they responded quickly after receiving my online application, we got in there they told me to pick what I wanted. There was no pressure added. Their customer service was great and the process was quick and easy. I left with a vehicle last night. They didn't even mind staying over to accommodate me.

On Wednesday, I had an amazing experience at America's Car-Mart,Tren and Cliff will treat you with the upmost respect, these two along deserve a five star,everyone there was all about the customers ,keep up the excellent work everyone ,Thanks for putting me in a better ride.

They say when one door close God will open another and I thank God for the staff at car mart of magnolia the team work, very professional and respectful, my experience was quick and simple they pretty much did all the work for me and I would recommend everybody to give them a try! I have had such bad nerves about getting a new vehicle but Brianna and tren are absolutely lovely to work with and treated me like a friend y all!! I know if I ever have any questions or problems I can reach out too their team. Thank you guys for being so awesome and helping me get into my car!!

If I could give a 0 star I would. My Mom purchased less than a year ago the car didn t work in less than a month of purchase. They said bring it in and they would fix it kept it for more than a month and still wanted payment. They had to take the car apart drugs. Now less than a year later it won t crank and the steering would not turn. They said they still wanted payment on a car that doesn t work. BEWARE and stay AWAY from this lot!!! They use these cars for illegal activities.

I don t know about them, I got a car from them in July-07-2023, it s not drivable now,0ct.18.2023, it broke down on me while grocery shopping. It s a push start everything with a light turned off including radio, air, the speedometer, etc. and I tried trying turning the car off, it wouldn t turned off, I popped the hood and coolant fluids shooting out and the belt came off. So my car is scheduled to be put in the shop next Wednesday and it s no telling how long it s going to be in the shop Someone told me not to fool with car mart but I just wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and needed transportation which was my only transportation to and from doctors appointments and work. And they will not put you in another ride until they fix yours. So yea it s a no for me and my last time. Be Bless.

They are absolutely number 1 in my book! I went to purchase a vehicle today an got absolutely what I wanted! The customer service is amazing! Cliff an Trin made sure I was taken care of an the information they gave me was everything I needed to hear. I recommend anyone that needs a car to go to them asap they are the true definition of a great car lot. They are most definitely a 5 star place

Absolutely the best! Went Friday to get a car very fast an caring. The General manager checked on us more then once. Everyone there is super sweet. I love my car it s perfect. The explain everything to you an make sure you leave with no questions or worries!! Highly recommend there a smaller lot which makes it better for them to be more involved .

I went to purchase a vehicle today , didn t get what the vehicle I expected , but Tren most definitely had an idea of what I wanted and she delivered. The customer service is amazing! Trin and Ashley made sure I was taken care of the information they gave me was everything I needed to hear. I recommend anyone that needs a car to go to them asap they are the true definition of a great car lot. They always go above and beyond & that s what I absolutely love about them most. thank you Tren . I m now stress free They are most definitely a 5 star place

CARMART is a joke. They are so lost in Magnolia and don't know what they are doing. Tren is the one that put on to the Jeep Cherokee that I purchased and from the first week I started having trouble with the Jeep, turned it in. I was told at the time by the manager to contact one service guy that works on their vehicle. I did that he wanted to run his own check on it and told me that it could take a week or longer to fix, so I end up getting it done myself. The truck has been having a wending sound and a cracking sound plus the windshield washer pump has a hole in it. I got this vehicle at the end of May of this year and still it's costing me more than this lemon is worth. It's bad enough that they are over charging us for them but I have bought 7 from them and steal it's no loyalty with their customers. I won't waste my money ever again. What's the lemon law say anyone knows?

These folks are the best! We have used them for years with our vehicle needs and they never disappoint! When we had trouble making payments for awhile due to financial hardships, they were right there to help us and let us know they cared and wanted to help! We recently traded in our previous purchase on a new vehicle with them. Cliff was the nicest guy ever. Great salesman! Mike was right there to help us get our payments where we needed them. The manager we worked with (his name escapes me! ) was also great and a big help! As long as we have the need we will always use them! Thank you Car-Mart-Magnolia!

I was feeling a bit upset Cuz I thought I Wasn t going to leave with a car but when I say they worked with me and made sure that I did Breana & Latren Is definitely the goat 10/10 Definitely Recommend .

Would not recommend this place for any vehicle. Took me calling the cops to find out that they had come and taken the car after calling for a months to talk to Shawn the gm who was "always" busy until I called corporate on them. Then I got the answers I needed. Find a better car place. The one in Hope is way better. Still charging me for a car that was wrecked within the warranty date and before it was ever registered in my name. It still has the paper tags on it.
