Do not come to this place for a diagnostic because they will give you the wrong diagnosis. You can't get a refund only a credit. So I would suggest you go to AutoZone because it's not only free but it's more accurate then Jones Quality.

I took my car on yesterday morning (9/10/18)shortly after they opened at 8 a.m. to have the front & rear shocks/struts replaced. They were finished with my car by the end of business the same day. They will call you to let you know if they find any additional things while they're doing the initial repair. They did a GREAT job! WONDERFUL customer service & professionalism! While replacing the front & rear shocks/struts they noticed that I only have about 5% left on my front brakes. I appreciate them letting me know that & I will be back for them to do that for me. Their prices are very affordable! If you're looking for a GREAT mechanic & affordable prices take your car to Jones Quality Automotive! You won't be disappointed!

Very professional!! Made sure we knew the price we were paying before they started any work" I like that." Did not keep my vehicle all day. And not as expensive as most shops in the area. I would highly recommend this shop!!

I have been doing business with Jones Quality Automotive at the beginning of the opening day. They have done and are still giving great quality work and customer service. They will call you to let you know if they find any additional things while they're doing the initial repair. Their prices are very affordable! Mr. Jones Quality Automotive at 8013 Mabelvale Cut Off Rd. Is the best place to take your vehicle. He is Loving, kind, and wonderful. Him and his staff takes great care of your vehicle. I never had one problem with his company. He is very trustworthy. I sleep well at night when he has to work on my vehicle. When ever I call his beautiful wife Mrs. Tonya always very polite, and wonderful with the customers. I hope and pray Mr. Jones company be here for a very long time. I had been to three different places and no solution. He had the problem and options in two days. Great communication while working on my car. I knew cost upfront. He even corrected something that helped even more.

Mr. Jones is GREAT! I had my vehicle towed this morning because it wouldn't start. By 3 pm he was calling to tell me that my car had been fixed and ready to go. He also fixed my headlight as well. I was hesitant to say anything about my light b/c Christian Brothers Auto told me that it was a wiring issue and I was scared of the cost. But Mr. Jones told me all it was, was a fuse and he replaced that as well. His wife Tonya was very nice as well. She got me checked out and ready to go in no time. I would definitely recommend Jones Quality Automotive to my friends and family and I will definitely use him in the future for my auto needs.
