Had these guys install a 5 inch lift and various other suspension components on my 2005 Dodge RAM. Truck drives like butter and looks fantastic. On top of that Ryan delivered excellent customer service and great communication throughout the process. He thoroughly explained everything that had been done and the follow up service needed after break in. Pricing was also very fair in my opinion. I will be back for more!

I brought my car here to see if it needed BRAKES. It didn t, however they found another issue that required $800 worth of work. I agreed to it, and when I picked my car up after repairs, it started smoking immediately. It wasn t smoking when I first took to the shop. I took it back, and was asked for another $500 to fix the problem. They kept my car for two days without contacting me, when I tried to call up there about it, I was told to call back later because they were busy. I ended up just going to pick my car up without any additional repairs being made. I guess it s too easy to do good business. Very unfortunate.

I go here for everything and everything has been fine. You got A1+ Front Desk & Staff Very positive vibe & comfortable waiting area with a charger department Only reason I would be put on hold right away is only when they are busy. It's very understandable if you think about it.

Here now waiting on my tires and brakes. Called yesterday ordered tires and informed I needed brake pads. Was told be here at 730. Got here 7:30. 2nd person in the door. They DID NOT have my tires, says will be delivered by 10 am! Brake pads not ordered either. 9:40 now. over 2 hours later still sitting here. I'm only giving 1 star as I got to, to leave a review. Horrible customer service and all around just NO. GO ELSEWHERE9:45 brake pads have arrived after me having to ask about it. Regret coming here.John did go get tires sooner after me askingEder Lopez just RUDE!!!!Starts with management & trinkles down!It's now 10:47 & I'm still here. 4 tires and front brakes shouldn't take this long with an appointment

Had a blow out on the way out of state & this was the only place in the area that had my tire! 10/10 recommend! Best service around! Ryan is a life saver!!

The best with tires. Brand new set with a foreign object imbedded in the front passenger tire. Dealership said the tire was not fixable but the shop manager of all about said otherwise. God bless these guys. We will be back!! Thank you!!

I got new tires put on my vehicle, and wanted to get the front end aligned, so I went here to get it done. I dropped my car off in the morning and when they called me to come pick it up they told me I had a bad lower front ball joint. The man at the counter told me it would be $650 to press out one ball joint and align the front end. I bought new upper and lower control arms with the ball joints already in them, because they are easier to change that way, for $240 and went to a mechanic friends shop who couldn't find anything wrong with the ball joints, control arms, tie rod ends or anything in the front suspension. Then I went to Tire Engineers in Benton, and they aligned it with no issues, don't take your vehicle here they tried to screw me out of $550 dollars. ***SHADY***Wesley D.

They put new brakes on my car. They didnt align the front end correctly. It pulled to the right. I took it back and explained to the guy at the front desk. You could tell that it was out of line. Cause of the way the wheel cap. The front desk went outside look at the wheel said it's fine. I had to take it somewhere else and get it fixed. I will tell my family, friends and other about what I experienced at " All about tires" Mabelvale Arkansas.

This is the best shop that I have found to have work done on your vehicle. I ve had several tires replace at a fair price, several batteries installed, and even a couple of times when they ve had to come jump my vehicle in order to get me to their shop, but they ve never left me stranded when I ve called them. My most recent experience was with a power window issue in which the window would not go up. They were able to raise the window quickly so the car could be driven, they ordered the necessary parts and I brought the car back the next day and they had it fixed quickly. These guys are customer service oriented and offer great service at a fair price. The go to place for my vehicle needs

Great place with awesome service and the best prices every time I go to them. Have gone to them on multiple occasions with various problems with my Impala. They keep me updated and service the car very quickly each time. I will always return to them. Just be sure to get there early because they get a lot of business every day, which is a testament to how good they are.

More than 100% pleased. Great, professional and personal service from all staff members. The employees are strictly business as I watched them get vehicles in and out in a timely manner and communicated everything with the front. Whoever is the owner/manager here, you're doing a great job. This business is a well oiled machine. Thanks so much and I will definitely be back!!!!

Had a Vehicle Inspection for $24.95 and Waited about 2hrs. Their Open @ 7:30am So U Need To Be There Cause They Fill UP FAST.

I was fortunate to have found this tire shop about a year ago and I am so thankful to know that I can count on this team! They are honest, reliable, QUICK, and genuinely good people. You often don t find these characteristics in the auto repair industry. As I sit and wait for my repairs (surprisingly fast repairs), I see countless examples of generosity and team members going above and beyond to assist and inform customers, even in their busiest hours! These guys genuinely care about your money, your safety, and your satisfaction. The location on Cantrell and in Mabelvale are both wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. I m a single mom and I know my babies are safe in my vehicle when All About Tire & Brake works on it, and I can trust that they will always give me honest diagnostics and fantastic service at a great price! Thanks guys!!

This opportunistic, greedy repair shop tried to charge me $630.00 for an ignition switch repair on a 2004 Honda Civic. This repair normally costs about $250.00 at an honest/skilled repair shop. The part usually costs $80.00 used and $150.00 new. The labor usually takes about 45-60 minutes ($90 or so). The person I spoke to, Ryan, tried to treat me like an old lady (ie. take advantage of me), but I guess he didn't know he was talking to an informed person. He then proceeds to tell me I cannot pay over the phone because he thinks I'll dispute the charge. I then spoke to the owner, who sounded far more reasonable, who approved the payment over the phone.This was my first time at this place and, of course, I'll never go back. They basically tried to swindle a new customer out of an extra $380.00. Not ethical, fair, or right. Avoid at all costs (or spend an extra $380.00 for no reason).

This was my first time there and i will definitely return. The prices was great for a full set of tires, and the service was great. They got the job done as promised and were very responsive to all questions.

I called the day prior and was told services were 1st come 1st serve. Ok great. so I dropped my car off at 8 a.m. this morning. It has taken 7-8 hours to replace rear breaks & rotors. I rode back by the place at 11 a.m. to see my car in the same place i parked it as well as noticing other cars in the bays that wasn t there when I pulled up at 8 a.m. or wasn t already there because I waited an hour til my ride came to get me. But it s 1st come 1st serve right?!This has been a HUGH inconvenience on my day as I was scheduled to be headed out of town. I will NOT use them again nor recommend them to Anyone.

The best place to have work done. Staff went way out of there way to make sure my truck was right. Super friendly staff and techs. By far the best service in town. Never been treated this good at a service shop in Arkansas.

Great family owned business! Can tell they really try to take a personal interest in your needs and don't pressure you for all the extras or more expensive products. Fast service as well. Have had awful experiences with other companies , so now I am very pleased and RELIEVED to find a company I can trust every time.

After taking my car to Acura and wanting an arm and a leg to fix a tire sensor, i took my car to All About Tires & Brake and not only did they fix the issue it was for a reasonable price. So when my car needed a new Battery i didn't hesitate to look around took it to their shop and got it installed in 15 minutes. the employees working there are friendly, i would recommend this place to anyone

Honestly the best place in town to get your vehicle fixed. They have great prices, customer service is second to none, and the speed of service was amazing. I have searched for other places in town to compare to All About Tire & Brake and there is no one that can compare. It's a very comfortable environment and I recommend that you go there first! Can't say enough about the excellent service. Won't go anywhere else!

I've been going there for Yrs..& EVERY TIME they r extremely friendly..& very professional..& most important they do a wonderful job..they go above & beyond for their people..even will help u get around sum if u need a ride while your vehicle is n their care.

All about Tires went above and beyond for me. I had bought a car in Little Rock and because I am in hospital bed I was unable to get it to shop for an alignment and camber arm installation. They drove the car to the shop, did the repairs and returned it to the dealer for me. We later picked up the car at the dealer and it works fantastically. This was a hassle free deal. I recommend All About Tire and Brakes to everybody.

Fantastic service on the spot! Had a stock trailer WITH calves in it headed to the sale barn and had a blowout. Knew we had a possibility of it happening with 4 old tires but tried anyway. All About Tire & Brake had what we needed, got 4 new tires mounted and back on the road to Blackwell. Thanks Mike and crew!
