I was very grateful to have W&B Service fix my water pump! Thank you Harold for keeping me moving on time with my load to PA. My APU is working great . No more hot nights in the bunk.

I called their after hours service center and they took my information and what was wrong with my unit. After I hung up it was just a matter of a few minutes when I received a call back from the tech. I met him at their shop in Lowell to get the unit fixed. From the time I backed into the shop until I pulled out. I was treated with the most professional service. You would think leaving your house and driving to work in the pouring rain would make anyone just a little moody. Especially on Christmas Eve. But not this young man. He is a great asset to your team. I hope he continues his career with you for a very long time. Thank you again Charles for your amazing service this evening. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Exceptional Service from Charles at W&B Service Co.I recently had the pleasure of having Charles, a technician at W&B Service Co., assist me with an issue I had for my reefer unit. Though my problem wasn't completely resolved, I must say that John's dedication and professionalism were truly remarkable.Furthermore, Charles technical knowledge and ability to explain the complexities of the issue were greatly appreciated. His clear communication and willingness to answer my questions left me feeling confident in his abilities.Although my issue wasn't completely fixed, I am grateful for Charles efforts and the exceptional service he provided. W&B in Lowell Ar, is an amazing company to work with. Robert in the Parts Dept. knows his stuff, just call and tell him what you re needing and he quickly find the correct part. We get absolutely the best delivery service as Mickey is always polite, and respectful. We couldn t ask for a better team of great to work with when it comes to our reefer units.George s Truck Shop.

Middle of the night needed a alternator belt, Charles Henderson was there with the belt and was very helpful in making sure i knew what i was doing, included great service and will highly recommend the company and service. (W&B)Victoria is very professional & hambel & polite customer service on the phone directions.All the stuff office & TechniciansProfessional & well experienced customer service.My carrier refrigeration unit was having problems with engine smoking & engine shutdown they fixed very quickly.they are Excellent for Emergency loads & unloaded Empty trailers. I highly recommend this carrier refrigeration company W&B carrier refrigeration unit services for every customer.

I use WB Setvice anytime I have an issue with my apu which is rare bc they always do a good job . Today they worked on my apu and it s been a year since I have had to have it looked at . Harold is the mechanic that works on mine . He knows these units like the back of his hand . He gets right to the problem and resolves it . I ve always had same day in and out service . The office personnel are always very helpful and friendly and their prices are very reasonable . Thank you W&B Service Co. !

Had my apu worked on last week was spitting and sputtering. Had same issues this week, took it back to them and they git it running like it should. Would highly recommend them for anyone having problems with a Carrier Cindirt Pro, Harold Scott a great tech.

Brought my Tyson Foods truck to Lowell W&B for APU A/C blower fan not running. Harold got on the problem immediately and fixed the issue within 10 minutes Guess what???? A damn fuse , LOL Great job anyway. I ve been here before and they have always taken care of me in a timely manner. Thanks for getting me back on the road so quickly. ********** 10 STARS ***********. Adding the lady at the front desk was great for getting me taken care as well. Thanks to ALL!!!!

Apu Service is top notch at this location. Harold Scott is probably the most knowledgeable tech I know of anywhere with carrier apu's. He is always eager to answer my questions, and get us going. Joe Janes and the rest of these are are also Top Notch in my book.

We picked up a loaded trailer that had a blown airbag . We had to limp the truck 2 miles to the shop after hours. Chris the technician on call was waiting for us and had it fixed in no time at all! If you are in the area and need somthing fixed this is definitely the place to come! Chris had such a great attitude, super respectful and got the job done right away! Thank you, W&B and Chris we greatly appreciate you!

I have used W&B Service twice now and have not been disappointed . Once was just for maintenance and another time for repair on my APU. I also got right in and out in a timely manner .Harold Scott was my mechanic . He is thorough and very knowledgeable of the APU systems. He is also very helpful and in answering any questions you might have . This will be the permanent shop I will take my truck to for APU services.

Called them at 7 AM it only took them 20 minutes to get to me , they came and replaced the reefer battery in 10 minutes. it got me going for another day but I had to go to a shop to get the real problem resolved . Cant believe they charged me $881.00 ( $507.00 for 10 minutes labor and the rest of it for taxes , fees and parts). I understand everybody has to make a living but that is taking advantage of people in a bad situation. I would be embarrassed.

Only place I take my busses for AC work. Fair pricing and friendly staff. They treat you like a person/friend instead of like just another customer. Highly recommend.

I recently moved from Dallas Fort Worth TX to Rogers Arkansas. Blue Mound W&B use to be my main apu center. They take care of you at this location. Glad I have W&B in the area. When I need service done on my apu it has over 27k hours on it so frequently visits to keep it running, they get me in and get me out in no time. Reasonable prices for PMs.

Waited 3 hours for the technician to show up to replace the starter on the trailer which compromised my getting to my 2nd pick up on time and created a lack of sleep for me. It's a good thing a cold front came through so the product from my first stop shouldn't be lost. Won't know for sure until tomorrow when I deliver this load and it's checked.

Wasn t nice to me at all, but wasn t nasty either.I felt he tolerated me because of how his facial expressions was.I was explaining my reefer unit problems.It looked like he was really tired of me talking.He would ask a question that had been included in my explanation.The lady that answered the phones & took payments was very nice!!My trailer wasn t put in a bay but was worked on outside.Considering it was dusty & he opened the compressor outside I wasn t feeling that.But he put all of the men in bays.

W&B installed a new Carrier APU on my 2014 T680. Was a hard job as i did not have much room for them to work with. They managed to get everything working and fitting perfectly on the truck. I Would recommend them to anyone looking to Buy a NEW APU. Ask for Shawn he was a great help with this whole process and kept me in the loop of whats going on.

Excellent customer service, and they back up their work! Everyone there is awesome. They corrected someone else's mistake the first time we went in, and we have never had an issue since! We LOVE W&B. If you need reefer repairs, this is THE place to go!!

Reefer Trailer needed service when I picked up Load at Cargill in Springdale, Arkansas at 9pm.on a Saturday night. Made the call and I met the Tech at the shop. Real nice young fella named Chris. And he knew his job well. In and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend W&B Service!!
