This dealership is my go to place when I m home and need to have work done to my truck. The staff on both parts and service and the mechanics treats me with respect and professionalism. I don t have the volume of trucks that alot of companies bring them. But they have never treated me any different. I m very greatful to this dealership. They have helped me out a few times when I have had some pretty big issues. Always thankful for them.

They do good work when repairing the truck it just seems like it always takes forever and you have to sit in the waiting room the whole time. I got a nap in but its me that has to drive. They do good work and are very thurough. But if wheels aren't turning he isn't earning.

Always willing to help and find anything I need at a moments notice. If they can t find what you re looking for on the spot they take your number and actually call back (imagine that). Great place to do business.

Great guys here. They got me in quick to move a cross member on the frame. Closes at midnight. Parking overnight is in the the front. Get a free Hat with a Google review. Keep up the good work TLG.

Very professional, attentive to anything I said, polite and country style friendly. Drivers waiting room comfortable. Soft big chairs will cause sleepiness. Huge TV. Bathroom very clean. Nothing close to walk to eat. UBER EATS. Other delivery services.

Great service. I ask about how to get airbags for our rv. Susan was super nice and guided me through how to cross reference and get what we needed. Great service and respect for customers. Knowledgeable and knows her business.

They never have the parts we need when we take our trucks in to get fixed. We have 2 trucks in there now, ones been there going on 3 weeks and the other one going on 2. Owner/opps would go broke waiting that long. Local shops are much better now a days. Dealerships just service fleets anymore.

I am the foreman at Meek s Lumber Co in Fay, Ar. I have used TLG Peterbilt off and on for awhile. But after the great service I receive every time I call. I will be using TLG Peterbilt as much as possible! They have great experienced technicians, and friendly sales staff. They are honest and up front, and do everything right the first time. 100% recommend them to take care of your fleet! They have never done us wrong!

Absolutely terrific folks. Stanley even though he didn't have to. Went out and looked at my truck. Figured out what was wrong. The guys got Donlson off their butts and got the repairs approved and truck fixed in less than 12 hours! Great job guys! Thank you very much! I drive for Pinnacle Propane

Cal and the techs at TLG worked tirelessly to get my truck back on the road. The staff is always polite, knowledgeable, and ensure my truck is properly repaired and ready to go when they give me back my keys. A+++++++

Terrible. Poor customer service is the rule. Poor communication within the company causes their clients to have to jump through hoops to get product that they overcharge for. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody unless there are very desperate and bring money with them

Had a truck down and really needed a part. Mike Brown and Everardo helped me out and got my truck on the road. The parts department in Lowell is very helpful and knowledgeable! Would recommend!

I called at 8pm because I had a drive wheel seal leaking. Drove 6 minutes to them was there long enough for the guys to finish lunch then right in. Parts guy pretty cool too.

I work for hurricane express every time I come in here they are very friendly very helpful and they try there hardest to get you in and out as quick as possible very respectful and have a driver's lounge for the wait all around great place

We did have some problems with the people that work nights. They told us they didn't have this part. Came by in the morning and they had it. The day time staff is very nice and friendly
