Had work done at this location. Technician damaged my television inside my sleeper. I called 3 times and left a message before finally speaking to the manager who told me the technician denied damaging my property. After emailing him pictures he told me he would speak with the technician again and get back to me but never herd from him again. On top of that they didn't even fix my Apu properly which still craps out on me intermittently. Terrible communication and customer service. I will avoid this shop in the future as much as possible.

I had an issue with my bunk heater and Tripac Evolution APU. I called that morning to see if they could fit my truck in, and they said sure. I arrived a few hours later, and 15 minutes after I got there, I was pulling into a bay. The technician took his time explaining everything to me and even showed me parts that were clogged and needed to be replaced. I took the truck back home that day, and everything now runs perfectly.

I am extremely pleased with the level of service provided and the professional atmosphere of this facility. They did an analysis of my apu and gave me an estimate on repairs. They had all parts on hand and the work was completed in a timely fashion. I would not only recommend them I will use them anytime I need work done and can get to them. They told me what I needed done but also other potential issues and the cost to alleviate that problem

Friendly people work there got my truck for apu service in right away when they said they were going to. Mike was very professional and polite over the ph and so was the other service writer when I showed up didn't get her name though. Tommy the tech who worked on my apu was fast but efficient and really did a great job. Would definitely recommend this to anyone needing service.

I've come here twice in the past three years for repairs to my ThermoKing APU. Their service center is spectacular. On both of my visits they were able to get my truck into the shop, diagnose and repair my APU within 1-2 hours. The people working the front desk are friendly and welcoming and the techs are good at what they do and great at communicating what's causing my mechanical problems and how best to fix them. I wish all shops ran this smoothly.

What a great experience!I arrived at 5:32 and the parts office was closed but both Tommy and Jesse went out of their way to help me get the parts I needed. Both super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you!!!

Brought my APU to these guys about four hours before they closed on a Friday night.I have an older TriPak that only gives general error codes so they had to use trial and error to figure out why it kept kicking off.They stayed with me and worked on it well past their closing time to make sure I didn t have to spend the weekend with no bunk AC in Arkansas in late summer.They got it back up and running and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the bill was. I m sure I would have paid more than twice as much somewhere else for the labor alone!TK of Lowell truly cares about their customers and provided amazing customer service to ensure that my APU was fixed. They worked on it until well past midnight and billed me a very reasonable amount.Thanks to Tommy, Sergio and Terry for making sure I left their shop with a working APU. You guys are the best.

Nice people but they spray a "covid" disinfectant all over everything in your cab. Everywhere. Its oily, greasy, sticky, leaves a heck of a residue that will take you hours if not forever to clean up. I don't know what's wrong with lysol but whatever they're using is an absolute horrible idea and if I had known that, I would not have came here.

Worst customer service we ve had. They guarantee to repair a problem and don t deliver them they call a liar. Took it in for an oil leak now instead of being fixed it leaks more. Don t go there.
