They're very helpful, and they did a great job with my mom's car. So good in fact that we brought her jeep to them to fix the next day. They're super affordable and fair with Their pricing. Would recommend them to everybody!!!

Honest and reasonable. Had the dreaded "check engine" light on my one-ton. They diagnosed a O� sensor problem not by just by plugging in and getting the code but checked on a service that outlines how repairs were completed. It allowed them to recommend the repair that would likely solve the issue rather than just slap a new one on and have me wind up coming back when the "check engine" light returned. I highly recommend you go see Leonard and Scotty. They'll take good care of you.Update 9/7/2023 - They did it again. Great service, personal attention, thorough job. Honest straight forward service! Took my truck to Christian Brothers and they couldn't find the problem after keeping it for days and wanted us to buy a whole new engine for 13k!! Leonard was able to find the exact issues and complete the repairs in one day at a very reasonable price. So grateful to find a good mechanic finally.

Great place! Good honest work done and even gave me advice what I should do after I left. I replace a coil pack I was advised to replace and got my power back in my car!! Ah man, you don't even know how good that feels! Thanks Lewis automotive! You guys are the greatest! Definitely will be telling others how great you guys did! Keep it up! And I will definitely be back to do more work on my car!

Brought them my truck after another shop did some bad "repairs". My truck was a mess and had a lot of issues but they towed it in and started working on it, we got it going great but previous wiring shorted a few things out. They always keep me updated and informed about what's going on with the truck and are always friendly. Gave them a call and they picked it back up the next day, I would Definitely recommend taking your vehicles for them to look at it!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Car towing

Very untrustworthy and dishonest shop. We trusted them with our vehicles for a few years now. We recently took our truck in for a tire rotation and oil change. We got our truck back and it was shaking pretty badly. We took the truck back in and they told us we needed to replace the ball joints, controlling arms and tires. After much miscommunication on when the truck would be finished we picked the truck up to use for the weekend so we weren t without a vehicle and they could start the work on Monday. Over the weekend we purchased and installed new tires elsewhere. We took the truck back Monday and had the ball joints and controlling arms replaced at Stewart s. We left and then notice the truck shaking badly again after a few days. After looking our brand new mud tires we re rubbed bald. After one week of use. We called Stewart s and asked if they had aligned the truck since that s standard for any front end work. They agree it was standard for any front end work and told us that we declined it. We did not. We took the truck to a different shop and they had it looked over. After inspecting the new shop told us the truck was never aligned and caused the tires to go bad after a week. The new shop also noticed that Stewart s did not put the controlling arms back on correctly also causing damage. We took the truck back to Stewart s to show them what was going on and they lied over and over telling us that we were offered an alignment and we declined. Leonard, the owner, said it was even stated on our paperwork. It was not stated anywhere on our paperwork. Even after that was pointed out he still lied and told us we were lying and being dishonest. Stewart s refused to pay for the tires that their work ruined. Definitely would never recommend their work to anyone. Absolutely do not take your vehicles to them.

They always have such awesome quick service. Their new location has a nice sitting area like you are at home. Mrs. Mindy was great at explaining the services and solutions. If you are in need of vehicle mechanical issues this is the place to go. I've been using them for several years. They are knowledgeable,friendly, honest and affordable. I won't go anywhere else

I made an appointment to have my oil changed and to have my coolant system pressure tested. They never did change the oil, and then told me it was my fault for not making the appointment. When I spoke with the owner he also told me it was my fault they didn't change my oil. He wouldn't even listen to me when I tried to tell him that he needs to talk to his scheduler and make sure that it gets all written down. He did not care. I will not step foot in this business again, and I don't recommend anybody else does either.1/10, won't be back!!

They were great. They prevented me from wasting money on something NO OTHER SHOP IN TOWN would admit was wrong. They told me the truth. Even refunded my money to me for work they put into the car because they knew it would be a waste in the end. They called me on updates to my car, and gave me time to get her with no rush. I will go to no other shop in the four states, even if I move. Never had this great of service. Thank you team! Told me to buy a 600$ part to fix my alignment. Got it, went to plaza tire and they said they could align it just fine. So I guess I didn t need the 600$ camber plate.

Not bad people, sort of professional, but took an hour and 45 minutes to remove the old tires then M&B 4 new tires, when I had an appointment. A few days later I could tell something was off, I took the truck to the tire shop I trust and ALL 4 had varying amounts of extra grams of weight that was not needed. 2 tires were even counter balanced.

I would highly recommend Stewart's Automotive. They have excellent customer service, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They even battled my warranty company, which I know was a pain in the butt.I will take my vehicles to these guys anytime I need work done.Thank you Stewart's!!!!!Services: Transmission replacement, Oil change

Went in to have a transmission installed. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, they told me that it now doesn't start. Before I took my vehicle in, it started and ran just fine, it just didn't move, due to a bad transmission. They told me that my engine was running badly when I brought it in, and that my alternator is bad and completely dead. That I would need to replace my alternator, or pay to have it towed home. I called my dad to come take a look, because I didn't trust what they were telling me. Turns out, they had unplugged my mass air flow sensor, and loosened my battery cables to where they were barely attached. They tried to scam me into buying more parts, and paying for more labor. The people here CAN NOT be trusted.P.S.This service was done for me about a year ago. I apologize for just now getting this review/warning out to the public. Don't get scammed out of your hard earned money, and ALWAYS get a second opinion.

Establishment is a disgrace NEGATIVE 5 STAR!!!I wanted my air conditioning fixed, it worked in front but not in back.Turned out to be a REAL CHAOS.Priced extremely high, air didn t even blow COLD AIR AT ALL NOW. Vehicle WORSE Than WHEN I FIRST TOOK IN. They wanted to charge me TWICE for PARTS. I paid parts so work could be started.When ONLY remaining difference was owed THEY TRIED CHARGING ME FULL ESTIMATE!!!IF ANYONE else takes them to court I ll be the first one on their LIST.DEFINITELY NO PLACE FOR CAR REPAIRS!Now I need a NEW ENGINE! Experience is costing me TONS MORE, MY HEALTH was put at risk from such HARDSHIP I have endured, all because I trusted and wanted my workers to have AC running since we work outdoors.DON T GO HERE! Our Motor home broke down in Eureka Springs while on vacation. We called Stewart's and they towed it to their shop. It took a couple of days for all the parts to come in so our experience lasted several days. They were kind enough to allow us to stay in our motor home while we were waiting so we got to experience the people of Stewart's Automotive for a long, long, long time and up close. It was a great experience. I have to say in watching their staff I was impressed. The repairs were done in a professional manor and in the end their professionalism saved us what was destined to be further break down. Highly recommend them on price, quality, and professionalism.

Stopped to get gas on the way to work, my car wouldn t start. Stewart s towed my car in, replaced the starter and had my car back to me by lunch. They even repaired a loose seal around my door without even mentioning it. Price was fair. I was happy with my service here.

I had a custom made X-Pipe made for a Maserati Granturismo. Couldn t be happier with the quality and price. This is a family owned business and they run a busy, quality shop and everyone was super nice and got the job done fast and professionally. I really appreciate being able to call and talk with real people about what I was needing and not getting caught in the robo-answer loop.Service: Exhaust
