Was the worst interaction I have ever had with a business. Brian scolded me for not thanking him for being willing to look at my rv. When I tried to discuss my issues, he cut me off bluntly and didn't want to hear a word. When I asked where he was located, he could not have been more rude. I can only imagine what I would have been in for had I brought my rv to him. In complete shock, I finally hung up on him. You should believe all the one star reviews

As others have said Brian called me back quickly. I ended up taking my work to him to have him fix my issue. That is were the good ended. As I was telling him what was going wrong he cut he off and informed me that he was the technician and I was not. Okay. I was only trying to tell him what the problem was and what I had previously done to try and fix the issue. He then cut me off again and said he knew all about the issue and knew what needed to be done. Honestly, I was floored by how rude and condescending he was. Who treats a customer that way? I run a business and I would never dream of talking to a customer the way he talked to me, and apparently talks to other customers. His rates are cheap, but be prepared to be belittled and verbally abused if you choose to have him work on your stuff.

Experience started great, but ended poorly. Bryan seems nice and returned my call quickly. I asked for an estimate of my RV for hail damage. He looked at two sides and forgot the other two. Asked to redo the estimate and told him we wouldn t be repairing, but would be selling as-is. We talked about this several times. He completed the estimate, but submitted to my insurance that he d be completing repairs. They sent a check to him and he tried to call me and manipulate me into using him for repairs. We re now 4 weeks into this and I had to have the insurance company cancel his check. He called me upset, accused me of insurance fraud, and hung up on me. I never got the chance to try to present the truth he d been refusing to hear up to that point. Disappointing.

Brian fixed my furnace vibration, adjusted stabilizer jacks, adjusted awning, checked slide seals and installed a soft start as well as a new module on the airconditioner. All done in a timely professional manner as well and at a fare price. I had no issues as described by some of the other reviewers. Called this repair shop and nobody answer. I got a message to leave a note so I did. In the meantime I made an appointment with someone else because I need to get the work done as soon as possible. the owner called me back later in the day. I told him I already made an appointment with someone else. He said I see you are just wasting time and calling around and then rudely hung up. Not the way in my opinion to act. He lost out by not answering the phone. If he acts this way on the phone, how does he act face to face? I will never take work to this person or recommend him to anyone.

Brian is awesome! Great work, done in a timely manner. Straight shooter and VERY helpful. I brought him a pretty complicated issue and he fixed it, no problem. He even took time to show me what had caused the problem and took extra time to help me correct my hook up.

Had a generator installed in my 5th wheel but first he had to get generator running and it runs like a new one. Would highly recommend him to do any work on your rv. He did what he said and delivered when he said at a very reasonable price

Bryan is very fair and knowledgeable. We have used his services a couple of years now. He needs to operate on a more limited schedule than larger shops but he is definitely worth a short wait.

He's very stuck on himself. I asked him if he could put a max air fan on my van. He acted like that was sooo below his professional ism. Sorry for him, van boom on YouTube is going gang busters, so many converting vans into rvs. Hes missing a great opportunity to cash in on this new industry

I have never dealt with someone so rude. Unbelievable. Such a huge jerk. It s not worth saving a few dollars to have to deal with him. I cannot emphasize that enough.Five days after I dropped my camper off, I called to check in on the progress and see if you had a chance to look at it yet- he started chewing me out and telling me that he would get it done a lot faster if he didn t have to talk to me on the phone. I just let it slide and thanked him for working on it.When I picked my camper up after he had fixed it I asked him what he thought had caused the problem where the slide out wouldn t work. That s my job I fix things. Just say thank you. I offered a credit card to pay. OH AND NOW YOU RE TRYING TO PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD. YOU MILLENNIALS ARE SO ENTITLED AND THINK... and a three minute tirade. Literally yelling. And I m 42 with 5 children. Hardly a millennial :)

Is it possible to give negative stars???We called this man and asked how soon he could get our travel trailer in for a repair and the first thing he said was "you want to know if you can get in before all these other people?!?!" "Do I know you?!?!" "Are you a friend of mine?!?!"All we could say was nevermind.I can only assume that this guy is not interested in taking on any new clients or making any money.He can't seem to get through the initial appointment phone call without pissing off a potential client.How does this guy stay in business?Rock on NW Rv for being so pleasant and helpful on the phone after such a horrible experience with Brian!

My wife and I pass by this shop often and need some work done to our camper so we decided to stop and see about getting a quote and/or seeing if this place could take care myof our needs. No sooner than my wife gets out of the vehicle, the guy says all i do is make appointments and I don't have one for you. That is not how you get business.

I called this guy on Sunday, hoping he was a 24/7 service. I didnt leave a message.. I called again on Monday hoping to catch him.. He called me back and left a rude message stating " Why would you call me on Sunday and not leave a message and call 2 more time... I am not the guy that can help you.. Take it back to the dealer " He never talked to me at all.

I just called this guy to get a repair done on my 65 yo mother's rv and before I could even tell him who I was or what the problem was I was accused of being a solicitor and hung up on. Your loss dude. Enjoy your lack of phone calls.

Horrible customer service. Was trying to get information on removing my furnace to take it in to get it diagnosed. Was rudely interrupted by the man on the phone. Very disrespectful and would never recommend.

I received very good mechanic work there. The mechanic was a little bit contrary and hard to work with but the work was successfully completed and I was very appreciative of that.
