We were expecting more after a neighbor promoted them. We were never called that our vehicle was ready and when we did pick it up it had never been test drove this after it s used transmission that we were told was to be rebuilt was installed. We also got it back with a broken tie rod which they were going to repair then the next day we were told they could not do the work. After 4 weeks we defiantly had consumer regrets. High priced for what we got.

These guys charged me more than they originally quoted me. They claimed my car just needed a tune up, they took 3 weeks to fix the problem then my engine was running and worse than when I gave it to them in the first place. I m talking significantly worse! The engine never knocked and misfired before I brought it. What kind of mechanic give a car back that shakes violently and misfires claiming that they fixed the problem

I had my transmission replaced here with a used one they found 7 or 8 years ago and I've never had a problem with it so I called them to see how long before they could replace my front wheel bearing and they got me in the next morning. I was so relieved and grateful they could do the work so soon when 3 other shops said they couldn't for a month or more. Their prices can't be beat anywhere and neither can their quick service or quality work they do.

Great shop! Everyone is helpful, kind and courteous. I've been there twice, both times they took care of my vehicle in a short amount of time, while keeping me informed and charging a very fair price. I highly recommend Beverly Auto Repair. Thanks! I'll be using your shop again soon.

Absolutely EXCELLENT! We have 5 work trucks that need work on a regular basis. We have both gas and diesel engines. Juan and his team at Beverly Auto Repair are the best. Good prices and excellent service. Highly recommend!~

This is a good place to get your car fixed. Juan who is the owner is a pretty honest guy. They do a pretty good job at a pretty good price. They do stay pretty busy though so sometimes it's hard to get in but overall a pretty good place

Best service, honest, upfront pricing, courtesy practice in all stressful situations with your vehicle. Has a towing service that can get you here when broke down or in a wreck. Saves time and overall cost.

Juan and his wife are the greatest people to know they are nice and friendly and Juan does a good job on cars you could not have a better person to do the job

Worst mechanic in NWA. Would not recommend to anyone. Rude and over charges. Also mis diagnosed my vehicle. Wanted to start car with no oil in it. Just because it was in his way. 150.00 to tow 15 miles. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

This place is a joke. They aren't friendly and their towing is expensive. They towed my car but never worked on it

DO NOT GO FOR DIAGNOSTIC TEST. $70 for him to tell you what he might think is wrong. Not fix the problem or be sure. Just a guess.

Terrible went in for an oil change and when I got my car back my oil pan has a leak and their trying to gouge me 600 to fix a problem they created

The worst place to ask for an estimate the owner supposedly Busy ISO me wait for 10 minutes outside and he just walked from one side to the other lack of professionalism I say I don't think he knows that phrase because of the way the place looksEl peor lugar para pedir un estimado el due�o supuestamente Ocupado me ISO esperar por 10 minutos afuera y el solo caminaba de un lado a otro falta de profesionalismo digo no creo k conosca esa frase por c�mo se mira el lugar
