I ve been a loyal customer of AutoZone on Pleasant Grove Rd in Rogers (Store 3859) for years, consistently spending at least minimum of $5,000 per month on parts. Unfortunately, the experience I ve had with the staff there has been consistently poor, and they have been extremely dismissive of me as a customer. Recently, I encountered a significant issue requiring an engine warranty service, and the staff at this location were unhelpful and unwilling to assist in the process. Their disregard for customer service and lack of professional assistance is unacceptable, especially given the volume of business we bring to them. I strongly advise against using this particular store. Until there is a change in management and the staff s attitude improves, I will not be making any further purchases here. It s deeply disappointing to receive such subpar service from a place where I ve invested so much over the years.

My battery was acting up during the cold weather and I went to get it checked out! It was difficult to pinpoint the problem due to multiple reasons but they helped me from like 3pm-6pm. They were super super helpful when I felt defeated. I wish I would ve gotten the persons name who helped me!

The service , great parts and the availability of, with the low prices their knowledge kept my hopes high with their help I made it back to my home and family . AutoZone and employees in and away from the storeI thank you with all of my heart.

Quick trip over to this branch for a battery replacement. Short wait and the guy that helped me was courteous and also installed my battery for me in about 10 minutes. All in all I was there about 15-20 minutes which wasn't bad at all. I definitely appreciate the guy who helped me and I definitely recommend this branch to anyone. Thanks again AutoZone!

Great customer service - the guy at the register noticed that the oil filter/oil promo discount wasn't applied and went back to double check the promo. Turns out I had the wrong brand of oil and he voided the transaction and swapped it for me so I could get the discount. Then he told me he normally works in the back and not at the register! So one of the service techs ended up caring about me saving a couple bucks.

Super friendly staff. Bought a new battery and they were able to install it in about 15 mins. Cleaned the connectors and disposed of the old battery. Comes with a 3 yr warranty

Gave me a printout telling me I needed to spend $400 in parts when in reality it was a bad code thrown out by a bad battery. Never even offered to check my battery.

You can ask for a air freshener and they will ask what year and if its 2 or 4 wheel drive

Nathan was super kind and friendly and helped me change my engine and cabin filters free of charge, along with giving me a few expert tips on next maintenance issues to save time and money! Deserves a raise!

Was told they couldn t replace the lightbulb for my headlight because they would need to take apart the car. I sat in their parking lot, watched a 3 minute video on YouTube, came home, had it replaced within 15 minutes. Thank you for not knowing so that I could learn.

Ochoa and the manager were excellent but belts and all kinds of stuff and help me out to my car with it what a couple of really nice guys of course I want to say God bless you and yours! I hope this gets corporate attention they need to be more guys like you in the store! Mr Marion Wright

Great staff, very knowledgeable. Helped me pick out the correct fuses for my distribution block. I don't know a ton about electrical applications, but they didn't talk above my head to make themselves sound smart, and I appreciated it. Came back to that store later for some sealant, and got the same great treatment again.

Knowledgeable staff, slow service. When your helping a customer and checking them out, it is okay to answer the phone, but ask the customer to "Please Hold", and finish the transaction you've started with the customer your already helping. an Associate spent at least 2 or 3 minutes on the phone before returning to finish checking out his customer.

Have visited this store a few times since living in NWA. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Rafael. I came for a license plate screw as I had lost one and my license plate was hanging down. He was very kind and helpful. He offered to help me put on my new license plate surround and in the process noticed that the original bolt was gone, he went in immediately and found me another size screw and bolt combo as well as make another trip for another size screwdriver and was able to get me fixed up after a few minor setbacks. Also it was very hot and humid this day and he never once complained. I hope the next time I visit, Rafael will be working. Thank you for going through extra mile!

Went in to get a 35mm axle nut socket it was 18.99 so i asked the parts women if i could just rent one for free. Well the did not have one so she rented me the one I was going to buy! Saved me money and there was no asking her to do this she just did! Great customer service! Everything I would expect. This will be my new parts store.

Good service, clean restrooms, clean store, staff was helpful. Came in to get an AC cooler charger with hose they had them front of the registers in easy access was in and out under ten minutes. And got a 10$ mail in rebate due to a promotion they were running for it.

I am elderly and cannot open hood on my car. Stopped at this store, bought a gallon of windshield washer fluid and an older gentleman filled it for me. However he didn't have the lid on tight and fortunately it was put in a box in my trunk, tipped over and have maybe an inch left in the container. Lid needs to be tighter.

Bought a pair of new headlights here and Kyler installed them for me. The headlights on my car are a pain in the butt to install and he did them super quickly. Needless to say this AutoZone has great service.

Came out at around 7 to patch my wife's tire and my man Omar helped us out big time with an air compressor and just being a cool dude. Major props it's people like him that make me like AutoZone better.

I have never been more impressed at a part store. The guys here went above and beyond helping me. Not only were they great employees but the kindness they showed was overwhelming. They helped me out in a pinch, and I truly appreciate it. Go ask for Oscar and Julio if you need anything, they will fix you up. I will be back. Thanks Guys!

The guys here are the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They will answer your questions and lend a helping hand if you need it, or they will quickly complete your sale if you know what you need. Great staff and large selection!

Did you know that AutoZone will install a battery or a windshield wiper for free if you buy it from them? They will also check your check engine light to help you figure out what is wrong and then offer a solution. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and will go out of their way to make sure you get the right part for the right job for the right vehicle. Tell your kids when they leave home to trust AutoZone to help with small repairs and parts.

I have an old car, and my windshield wipers are very difficult to replace. Declan spent nearly an hour with me, finding the right replacement, replacing a broken clip, and putting the new wipers on my car. He was just great! So glad I chose to go to AutoZone.
