I had Adam replace my rear coolant crossover and fix a crankshaft seal on my Land Rover LR4 about six months ago, and its been running and driving great ever since. Reasonable pricing, clear explanations, and very friendly. Highly recommend Adam and his team.

Awesome establishment the same people have been there for years and the certified Audi mechanic has saved me thousands of dollars. So far he s put brakes and maintains my A4 with regular maintenance .. The owner is always funny and professional. Save yourself some money and check them out

I am always impressed with the service and help Adam and his team provide me. I had new suspension installed in my 2006 Nissan Xterra. Adam did the research and found an affordabe and creative option for my truck's repair and made the pair timely. Super quick turn around and my truck runs great. Always willing to help me figure out the quirks of an older high milage vehicle. Great place to take your car you want to drive until it can't anymore.

Adam's went above and beyond with 2 repairs that they completed on my Land Rover Defender. They were very easy to work with and did a great job all the way around. It's nice to deal with people that care about doing a good quality job!.

Adam and crew are honest, dependable, and professional. They're not necessarily the cheapest, but they're more than reasonable with their prices. And I for one would rather pay a little more to receive the quality of work they provide combined with the honesty and professionalism.

Team Adam was just the shop I was looking for. I have several vehicles that need servicing and Adam's AutoWerks is the thoughtful, knowledgeable and honest automotive repair business that we are all looking for. He's straight forward with his inspections and recommendations of what our vehicle's needs are, there is no pushing to sell or upsell. I feel very confident driving around knowing I'm using a car that's being taken care of.Thank you guys very much!

So very glad we found this shop! We were 500 miles from home when we discovered a CV axle that we had had replaced the day before our trip was leaking. I went to Adam's shop the next day at 7 am, and he worked us into the schedule and had our car ready by 3 pm so we could leave the area on schedule. Also, his hunch about what was wrong was correct. I highly recommend this shop!

Great ServiceHad a couple of unforeseen events come up and had to reschedule not once, but twice during a short 7 day period. Each time they worked with me quickly to get me back in and fixed up. Great service

These guys are great! ...gave me a quote and scheduled me with soonest availability.. dealt with the owner specifically and he got right to work when I showed up an hour early. the repair was a electrical issue and took some trouble shooting but still stuck to quoted price Even tho I was willing to pay more since it took longer. I will be working with them again in the future and would definitely recommend this shop any day

Great service and friendly staff. The work was done quickly. I appreciate the way they are open and honest about what is needed but they don t try to up-sell for things I don t need or can t afford. That alone would be enough to keep me coming back again and again!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

$3,000 engine repair, 2 weeks later same problem. He doesn't stand behind his work and was going to charge more to redo or what should have been done in the first place. It needed a new engine. Had my car there for a month. Ripped off.

It s the honesty for me. Too many mechanic shops want to lie to you to try and squeeze more money out of you. These guys have consistently quoted me a price and it has been lower by HUNDREDS of dollars when I pay out. It is refreshing to see in this day and age.

Very knowledgeable with great service and communication.It is not often that I have left an auto repair shop feeling good about spending the money and not wondering if it was done correctly. I am not one who will normally post reviews about companies(good or bad) but these guys are great! They took the time to really explain what was going on and what the options were to get my truck taken care of. That is rare in the auto repair industry from what I have seen. Like most people, I have to trust that what an auto repair shop says needs to be repaired is correct and not more or less than needs to be done. They went out of their way to make sure I understood what was going on and what needed to be done to repair my truck as well as a few things to keep an eye on if I continued to have issues. Had my 2000 BMW looked at for a taillight out. They fixed as well as a blinker issue. They are good honest folks that do a super job. Again...the only game in town.

I set an appointment to have the transmission diagnosed in my 2003 Jaguar. They did get my car in and ran the tests in a timely manner. But $140 later they said I had a bad transmission. I already knew that. Then they said they don't work on transmissions! Why would they agree to diagnose a problem that they couldn't fix?

Adam s AutoWerks is a trustworthy reliable auto shop. I recently had a radiator replaced which had some challenges finding the exact replacement but they worked vigorously to make sure I had the right part. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend to get your vehicle serviced here. Prices are very competitive. They go the extra mile for their customers and truly care.

Wow! Adam and Noelle run a tight ship. From excellent customer service to the fastest turn around times I ve ever experienced, I ll never take my vehicles anywhere else. Adam's did a spectacular job with my Honda Odyssey when I needed the alternator, spark plugs, timing and serpentine belts replaced, and then discovered we needed the water pump replaced as well! Not only did they keep me appraised of anything they found or hiccups in the repair process, they provided us with comprehensive estimates to understand what our money was going toward (all while without price-gauging us like another garage was about to do). Adam is a great honest guy. I needed help on my Jeep in a pinch and Adam was able to help me fix it in 25 minutes. I will definitely be doing all further vehicle maintenance through him. Adam's Autowerks in Lowell, AR certainly goes above and beyond the call of duty. They provide great communication and customer service, punctual, and extremely transparent with all work performed. The owners, Adam and Noelle, are friendly, courteous, and very patient. I didn't get to talk to the mechanics, but they all seem friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful.In this day in age, it is very hard to find a trusted auto mechanic. I am glad I found this company. They provide detailed, inventoried reports or receipts on all work performed on my vehicle. I am able to take that information and transfer it to my personal records. They also have up-to-date, online recordkeeping processes, and reminder service.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Adam's Autowerks for your vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
