We have used Williams several times, and have always been very happy with their mechanical work and service! Everyone here is so friendly, and they seem to actually care about their customers. They understand times are tough and try to get people the best prices. It's still expensive though, just like it is everywhere! They don't try to sell you repairs you don't need. They do keep you updated on pricing if anything changes. They have a comfy waiting room, with space for a child or two. Most importantly, they do the job right the first time!

When I went there jus because they were close to my home. I took them a 66 ford mustang. I need 1 when stud replaced. I even brought them the replacement. Took about 30 minutes at max.. Cost was 75$. I understand stand prices have increased..understandable. but 1 wheel stud.. thats a bit high..my opinion..of course last month there competitor.. same town down the street.. no name..charged me 500$ for a 1 day rebuilding of a carburetor same car..that truly runs no different.I wish I could find a good reliable/affordable mechanic

I had an electrical issue with my vehicle and my usual mechanic recommended Williams for the job. It was a bit of a drive, but I'm so glad that I received that recommendation, because the service was prompt and they were very transparent and helpful throughout the process. Very professional atmosphere and honest dialog about the issue I had. Will definitely be back for any of the specialist services they provide!

If I could give no stars I would they have messed up not just 2 of my vehicles but 2 of my aunt and uncle s vehicles as well! And my family have know the owner for years I will not use them anymore

Definitely NOT a rip-off auto shop. I went in for 2 front tires and a safety inspection on 6-22-23. Told them I already know I need to replace drivers brakes. They could have taken advantage of me and got more money from me. They were completely HONEST and shown the brakes were great and they only recommend an alignment. Will be the only place I take my car to now. It's hard to find a trustworthy auto shop but this shop is just that. I highly recommend to any and everyone to go to them.Services: Tires, Vehicle safety inspection

These guys are honest professionals!My daughter did a number on her car and trading it in wasn t an option.Chris and Dennis were transparent with my options; even sending pics of the damage. They did an amazing job and didn t attempt to take advantage of me. There was always a phone call before any work (and pictures). They have gained a lifelong customer.Service: Engine repair

So far I received nothing but a great experience with them. They did not work on my truck. I told them when I was ready, that they would be working on it soon. They explained in detail what service they were going to provide, to diagnose and fix my air conditioning issue. I got really good vibes not only with Jeff, but the mechanic who looked underneath the hood.

Down right rude. Called to see about getting some tires mounted on a vehicle and was told with an attitude that they don t use customer bought parts and that their scheduled is full and hung up! Horrible attitude!

Their quality has never been in question for me, but it seems their labor prices have gone up a lot. My bill was over $1000, and over half of it was labor cost, which is absurd. I like their work, but I will likely have look else to take my truck to be worked on. Because they are far to expensive now,Services: Tires, ElectricalServices: Tires, Electrical

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They got me in the same day I called and had it fixed within a few hours. They even gave my toddler and I a ride back to our house and came back for us when our car was ready. These guys are awesome. I spoke to another business about brake replacement before Williams Automotive. I was told a complete replacement was going to cost me at least $800. I called the gentlemen at Williams Automotive and gave me a quote that was a lot more reasonable. They scheduled my appointment for the next available date, which was the next day.The staff was very informative and still quoted me at the same reasonable price from the day before over the phone. They told me how all of my brakes looked and said which ones were still good and which ones weren't. Once they confirmed what I wanted, they started the process in getting the work done. They also told me about any local restaurants nearby while I waited.Overall, I'll definitely be returning to this place for all of my vehicle brake maintenance. Very friendly, professional, clean area, and within walking distance of a few restaurants.Service: Brake service & repair

My truck's water pump gave out, and the serpentine belt flew off on the highway. I had my insurance company tow it to Williams Automotive Inc. I spoke with Jeff, and he informed me of what the damage was. He gave me a best and worse outcome for the fix. It has been my experience that when you are given two options of what may happen from an automotive shop, it's usually the more costly repair that you get to deal with, according to them, when they get back to you about it. However, surprisingly, Jeff got back to me via text with a picture of the the object in question, and informed me that the cheaper fix will do. I was shocked to say the least, and definitely happy about the good news. I believe they did excellent work, and gave me excellent customer service at a reasonable price. Would not hesitate to go back if/when needed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Each time I come in for a repair, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They keep me informed of any services and costs, so there s never a surprise with pricing. They also inform me of more cost effective solutions. Even though I ve moved out of the area to NLR, I still make the drive to them. Very nice people! Clean place and good work. But I've never been charged 126$ just to order my tire and put it on a rim before. I had to go ahead and do it because I needed it asap. Sadly, I will travel back to Bryant for future auto care as the place I used to go to only would charge me 90$ for the same service.But still giving 4 stars for the people being so nice.

I have a peculiar situation which occurs at each tire rotation, an annoying shake in the steering. They work relentlessly and tirelessly to balance the wheels and tires to eliminate future damage to my rig. I have used Williams for routine oil changes, tire rotation, and purchasing new tires. Great ran establishment, I believe family owned. I do make an appointment for all that needs to be done.

One phone call and I knew these guys would NOT be working on my car. 4 hours labor at 80 bucks an hour is 320, plus 100 for the parts doesnt equal 520 to 860. Kept goin on about charging me to diagnose.Edit: .... They would like to add the fact they don't mind lying at all.

They fixed my 2 tie rods, Hub, wheel bearing etc. They did a great job. And Mr. Williams the owner checked my car himself he is great. This will always beMy place when ever I need my car fix. I trust them dearly.
